April 14, 2002 at 2pm CDT at the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel. with Rev. Chester
Shankles and Rev Wayne Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens

Survivors include his Daughters; Jadell Lyons of Fort Payne, AL.,
Elon Greeson of Rossville, GA., and Abby Stephens of Huntsville, AL
Brother; Jesse Lee Story of Hokes Bluff, AL

Mrs. Jewell Williams age 78 of Rainsville, AL passed away Friday,
April 12, 2002 at BMC Dekalb Hospital in Fort Payne, AL
Funeral service will be Sunday, April 14, 2002 at 2pm CDT at the
Pilgrim's Rest Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Edward Mines officiating.
Burial will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens

Survivors include his Son and Daughter-in-law; Gerald and Shelia
Williams of Fayetteville, TN
Daughters and Son-in-laws; Phyllis and Gary Kirk, and Sherri and Arlan Blevins
all of Rainsville, AL

Mrs. Betty Saunders age 70 of Scottsboro, Al passed away Wednesday,
April 17, 2002 in the Jackson County Hospital. Funeral service will be Saturday,
April 20, 2002 at 11am CDT at the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev. Bill Pace officiating. Burial will follow in the Town Creek Cemetery.

Survivors include her Son; James Saunders of Scottsboro, AL
Daughters; Betty Sue Moore and Deborah Parker of Corpus Christi, TX.,
Teresa Mattingly of Portage, Ind., Marian "Cookie" Lane of Somerset, KY.,

Mrs. James Larry Baker age 66 of Fyffe, AL passed away
Thursday, April 18, 2002 at his residence. Graveside service will be
Saturday, April 20,2002 at the Corinth Cemetery with Rev. Steve McFall
officiating.

of Fort Payne, AL

Mrs. Geneva Chamlee age 74 of Sylvania, AL passed away Thursday,
April 18, 2002 at Crowne Health Care in Fort Payne, AL. Funeral service
will be Saturday, April 20, 2002 at 2pm CDT at the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev. Doyce Putnam and Rev. Kerry Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in the
Unity Cemetery.

Mr. Jerry Wayne Adams age 58 of Cedar Bluff, AL (formerly of the Blake Community)
passed away Saturday, April 27, 2002 at the Redmond Regional Medical Center in Rome, GA
funeral service will be Monday, April 29, 2002 at the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev. Larry McKinney and Rev. Jerry Williams officiating. Burial will follow
in the Weiss Lake Memorial Gardens in Cedar Bluff, AL

Mrs. Frances Owens age 74 of Fyffe, AL passed away Sunday, April 28, 2002
at the Kindred Hospital in Chattanooga, TN
Funeral service will be Monday, April 29, 2002 at the Anticoh Baptist Church.
Body will lie in state at the church 1 hour prior to service
Service will be at 4pm CDT with Rev. Melvin Hilley, Rev. Darrel Sears, and
Rev. David Hairston officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.

Mr. W. L. "Dub" Tumlin age 66 of Fyffe passed away Monday,
January 1, 2001 at Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be Wednesday,
January 3, 2001 at 1pm CST at the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with
Rev. David Hairston and Rev. Ricky Harcrow officiating. Burial will follow
in Warren's Graveyard.

Survivors include a Sister; Anita Tumlin Machen of Fyffe, AL
Niece; Connie Machen McFall of Fyffe.

Mr. Tumlin was preceded in death by his parents Wilburn and Essie Tumlin and
Infant Brother, Ronny Lynn Tumlin. Mr. Tumlin was a member of the Antioch
Baptist Church.

Mrs. Maxine Moody age 65 of McKestes Community passed away Tuesday,
January 2, 2001 at Crossville Health Care. Funeral services will be Thursday,
January 4, 2001 at 2pm CST at the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with
Rev. Travis Carr and Rev. Lavaughn Ayers officiating. Burial will follow in the
Liberty Cong. Meth. Cemetery. Family will receive friends Wednesday,
January 3, 2001 at 10am CST.

Collinsville Funeral Home - Sharpe Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Dan Clanton
officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
