Mr. Howell was a native of Dekalb Co., born February 4, 1916 son of the late Theodore and Julia Ann Kershaw Howell. He was a member of the New Oregon United Methodist Church. Mr. Howell
was the first dairyman of Dekalb County, was a former member of the Dekalb County Hospital Board and a member of the Dairyman Association.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years; Rosa Lee Culpepper Howell. One son and daughter-in-law; William (Scooter) and Charney Howell of Centre, AL
