Mrs. Phillips is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Rheanetta Phillips of Scottsboro; daughter, Sheila Brown of Scottsboro; daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Billy Milligan of Scottsboro and Sherry and Joe Mason of Scottsboro; brothers, Paul York of Scottsboro and Wayne York of Scottsboro; sisters, Faye Sanders of Skyline and Wanda Sanders of Fackler; ten grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
