Ethel Martin age 84 of Guin, Alabama died Monday, July 12, 2004 in the Beverly Health Care Center in Winfield, Alabama.
Born in Walker County, Alabama. She is the Daughter of the late S.A. and Callie White Gardner and the Wife of the late Rev. Ralph J. Martin. She had lived in Guin most of her life was a homemaker, Sunday School Teacher and Pastor's Wife. She attended Faith Fellowship in Winfield, AL.
She is survived by 6 Daughters, Dean McDonald, Nancy Berryhill, Becky Garrison and Nina Webb all of Guin, AL, Wanda Pope of Fort Worth, TX and Jo Wilson of Rwanda, Africa. A Son, Bobby Martin of Mansfield, TX, 17 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.

Hezzie Harrison
Hezzie Harrison age 94 of Sulligent, Alabama died Friday, July 2, 2004 in the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, AL.
Born in Marion County, Alabama. He is the Son of the late William Vertis and Dollie Francis Tucker Harrison. He had lived in Sulligent most of his life and was a long time member of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Sulligent. He retired from Ogden Management Company after 57 years of service.
He is survived by his Wife of 68 years, Hattie Harrison of Sulligent, AL, A Son, Hollis (Pat) Harrison of Lincoln, AL, A Grandson, James (Shannon) Ferguson and Two Great Grandsons, Andrew and Connor all of Atlanta, GA, A Sister Mae H. Gilliland of Birmingham, AL and several Nieces and Nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a Son, Jerry Wayne Harrison.
Services held Sunday, July 4, 2004 2:00 PM from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dwayne Hammontree and Bro. Edward Puckett officiating. Burial in the Sulligent City Cemetery.

Martha Dillard age 49 of Detroit, Alabama died Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at her residence.
Born in Sulligent, Alabama. She is the Daughter of the late Houston and Hattie Williams Merchant. She had lived in Sulligent most of her life, was a member of the Eastern Star and the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
She is survived by A Daughter, Kathy (Dale) Flippo of Detroit, AL, A Step Daughter, Tammy Dison of Millport, AL A Son, Michael (Amanda) Dillard of Ethelsville, AL, Four Grandchildren, Jennifer Flippo, Justin Flippo, Houston Flippo and Brandon Dillard, Two Step Grandchildren, Chris Burns and Bridgett Burns, Four Sisters, Peggy (Doc) Dillard, Wanda Norris, Janice (Matt) Dillard all of Sulligent, AL and Francis (Dale) Pennington of Gattman, MS, Two Brothers, James (Nancy) Merchant of Sulligent, AL and Donald (Judy) Merchant of Houston, MS, A Special Friend, Randy Crisel of Hamilton, AL.
She was also preceded in death by a Step Grandson, Jason Burns.

Fannie Mae Gilmore age 90 of Detroit, AL died Monday, October 4, 2004 in the Care Center of Vernon.
Born in Monroe County, Mississippi. She is the Daughter of the late Cullen and Martha Pickle Scott and the Wife of the late John Jackson Gilmore, Sr. She had lived in the Wesley Chapel Community all of her life and was a member of the Old Center Point Methodist Church.
She is survived by a Daughter, Alice Mae (Leon) Kennedy of Sulligent, AL and A Son, J.J. (Anita) Gilmore, Jr. of Detroit, AL. Two Grandchildren, Six Great Grandchildren, Two Step Great Grandchildren and Three Great Great Grandchildren.
