Stella Brown age 87 of Beaverton, Alabama died Saturday, November 27, 2004 in the Sunbridge Shoals Nursing Home in Muscle Shoals, AL.
Born in Beaverton, AL, she is the Daughter of the late Aler and Lithia Ann Rainwater Smith and the Wife of the late Guy Brown. She had lived in Beaverton most of her life and was a member of the Taylor Springs Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by Three Daughters, Ruth (Sam) Myers and Sue (Neal) Willingham all of Tuscumbia, AL, and Sally Myers of Hanceville, AL, A Son, Jerry (Pat) Brown of Birmingham, AL, 11 Grandchildren and 28 Great Grandchildren.
Services held Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at 2:00 pm from the Taylor Springs Free Will Baptist Church with Burial in the adjoining Cemetery. Bro. C.C. Berryhill officiating.
Pallbearers were Steve Claunch, Wayne Claunch, Kenny Oliver, Don Myres, Sammy Myres, John Montgolf, James Birmingham, and Paul Creasy.

Lowell C. Dill
Lowell C. Dill age 88 of Beaverton, Alabama died Saturday November 27, 2004 in the Care Center of Vernon.
A native and life long resident of Lamar County, the Lost John community. He is the son of the late Henry Houston Dill and Icie Ann Hill Dill. He was a member of Union Chapel Baptist Church, Woodman of the World and had worked for McCoy Manufacturing as a Presser.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Irene Rye Dill, a Brother, Lecil (Millie Gray) Dill and a Sister, Pauline (Curtis) Taylor all of Beaverton.
He was preceded in death by Five Brothers, Gayle, Steven Wade, Clovis, Dorris and an infant brother, a sister, Gurtie Markham.
Funeral Services held Monday November 29, 2004 at 2 PM from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel with Burial in the Olive Hill Cemetery with Bro. Tommy Spruiell officiating.

H. P. "Pewe" Aldridge
H.P. "Pewe" Aldridge age 67 of Guin, AL died Saturday, November 13, 2004 at his residence.
Born in Lamar County, Alabama. He is the Son of the late Addie Melton and Elsie Ruth Pugh Aldridge, and the Husband of the late Marva Lee Cooper Aldridge. He had lived in Guin most of his life, attended the Union Chapel Baptist Church and was a refrigeration repairman, electrician and plumber. He had served in the US Airforce and was in the National Guard for over 30 years.
He is survived by A Daughter, Jo Lee Aldridge of Gulf Port, MS, Two Grandsons, Matthew McCollum of Iraq and Adam MaCollum of Hamilton, AL, Six Sisters, Polly Chambless and Lee Cantrell both of Beaverton, AL, Faye Cantrell of Oneonta, AL, Linda McFee of Brunswick, GA, Jannette Spann of Winfield, AL and Margie Kingsley of Killen, AL, Two Brothers Bill Aldridge of Beaverton, AL and Gene Aldridge of Kilgore, TX. Several Nieces and Nephews.
He was also preceded in death by A Sister, Maxine Ryland and A Brother, Leon Aldridge.
Services held Thursday, November 18, 2004 1:00 PM from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Webb Cemetery with Military Honors. Bro. Donald Edge officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.

Gene Weeks age 67 of Guin, AL died Monday, November 08, 2004 in the Medical Center East in Birmingham, AL.
Born in Wayne County, Tennessee. He is the Son of the late William Wiley and Mary Matilda Motes Weeks. He had lived in California several years before moving to Guin in 1995. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in California and the Marion County Elks Lodge in Hamilton, AL.
He is survived by a Special Friend, Peggy Green e of Guin, AL, Two Sisters, Ruth Barkley of Kissimmee, FL and Marie Hayes of Sulligent, AL, A Brother, Ralph Weeks of Winfield, AL and Several Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by Two Sisters and Five Brothers.
Services held Thursday, November 11, 2004 2:00 pm from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel with Burial in the Beaverton Cemetery. Bro. Dwight Bailey officiating.
