Mary Smith age 63 of Guin, Alabama died Tuesday December 2, 2003 in the Beverly Health Care Center in Winfield.
Born in Guin, she is the daughter of the late Luther and Banks Sizmore Knight. She had lived in Guin most of her life and worked at Health Tex and Munsingwear. She was a member of the Guin Free Will Baptist Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of Elks Lodge
She is survived by Two Daughters, Vicky (Ricky) Hosch of Winfield, and Virgina (Bill) Boyett of Guin, A Son, Larry "Buddy" (Grace) Smith Jr. of Jasper, Three Sisters, Judy Weeks of Beaverton, Joyce Silas of Guin, and Sara Stanford of Brilliant, A Brother, Jerry Knight of Guin, Eight Grandchildren, Kyle and Bradley Hosch, Daniel and Drew Boyett, Chasity and Sydney Smith, Josh and Alexis Harder, and Several Nieces and Nephews.
She is preceded in death by Four Brothers, Eugene, Henry, Leon, and Leroy Knight, and A Sister, Ann Bridgeman.
Graveside Services held Wednesday December 3, 2003 at 11:00 AM from the Guin City Cemetery. Bro. Steve Lawrence officiating.

Tommy Bozeman age 54 of Guin, Alabama died Thursday, November 20, 2003 in Hamilton, Mississippi as the result of a truck accident.
Born in Guin, Alabama. He is the Son of the late Hill and Florence Erwin Bozeman. He had lived in Guin most of his life and was a member of the Nouvoo Church Of God were he served as Sunday School Superintendent and Church Clerk.
He is survived by his Wife, Modine Tucker Bozeman of Guin, AL, A Daughter, Shonna Michelle (Jason) Robertson of Winfield, AL, Two Sons, Anthony Dewayne (April) Bozeman of Winfield, AL and Steven Dewane (Lisa) Bozeman of Guin, AL, 5 Grandchildren, Allyson, Alaina and Abbie Bozeman, Leah and Gracie Robertson, Two Sisters, Lisa Tilly of Winfield, AL and Doris Silas of Twin, AL and 4 Brothers, Harold Bozeman, of Guin, AL, Rodger Bozeman of Ft. Smith, AR, Calvin Bozeman of Winfield, AL and David Bozeman of Hartselle, AL.
Services held Saturday, November 22, 2003 2:00 PM from the Nauvoo Church Of God with burial in the Old Liberty Cemetery. Bro. Johnny Simms officiating.

Donald C. Weeks
Donald Chamberlain Weeks went to be with his Lord on November 11, 2003. He was born in Palmetto, FL, on January 21, 1914, to Herbert and Josephine Weeks. After high school graduation, he moved to Belle Glade, FL, where he owned a grocery store. He was a deacon and charter member of First Baptist Church, Belle Glade. He married Virginia Thompson of Sulligent, AL on May 14, 1950. He answered God’s call to ministry and was graduated from Samford University and New Orleans Baptist Seminary. They were appointed by the Home Mission Board of the SBC. Don and Virginia began churches in Pueblo, CO, and Gary, IN. After retirement in Lamar Co., AL, he served as Director of Missions for 8 years. In 2001, they moved to Las Cruces, NM to be near their son.
He is survived by his loving wife, Virginia, a son, Dr. Douglas Weeks (wife, Rosanne) of Las Cruces, NM, a daughter, Dr. Janet Hicks (husband Dr. Tom Hicks) of East Asia, grandchildren, Ryan and Bethany Weeks and Rebekah and Sarah Hicks and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services held Nov. 15, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. from the Shiloh Baptist Church with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Bro. Glenn Boman and Bro. Clark McCrary officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Shiloh Baptist Church for the International Mission Board or North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention.

Willie B. Snow
Willie B. Snow age 77 of Guin, Alabama died Wednesday November 05, 2003 at his residence.
Born in Guin, Alabama he is the Son of the late David V. and Janie Elizabeth Keenum Snow. He had lived in Guin all of his life. He was a member of the Guin First Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge #885. He retired from REA after 37 years. He was also a Veteran of World War II serving in the Navy.
He is survived by his Wife, Jean Taylor Snow of Guin Alabama, A Daughter, Jane Snow Wise of Trussville, Alabama, Two Sons, Randy Snow of Northport, Alabama and Terry Snow of Bennett, Colorado, Eight Grandchildren, and One Great Grandchild.

Jean Franks age 57 of Guin, Alabama died Friday, February 6, 2004 in the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield.
Born in the Pea Ridge Community. She is the Daughter of Letha Warren Franks and the late Woodrow Franks. She had lived in the Pea Ridge Community most of her life and was a resident of Sunset Manor in Guin, Alabama the past 3 years.
She is survived by her Mother, Letha Warren Franks, Three Sisters, Joan Ellis of Double Springs, AL, Libby (Donald) Crow of Hamilton, AL, Kay (Phil) Segraves of Guin, AL, Five Nephews and Nieces, Donna Franks, Jason (Tina) Ellis, Jamey Segraves, Jeremy Crow, and Whitney (Barrett) Webb, Five Great Nephews and Great Nieces and very Special Aunts and Uncles.
