Syble S. Bailey
BOAZ - Syble Snead Bailey, 81, of 2132 Dyar Road died Wednesday at a Shelby County hospital. The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Albertville Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Boaz.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Snead; and one son, Glenn Snead.
Survivors include one daughter, Linda Foshee of Birmingham; one sister, Jewell Diket of Louisiana; and eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

William Barham
BRIDGEPORT - William ''Bill Barham, 78, died Tuesday at his home. A graveside service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Cumberland View Cemetery in Kimball, Tenn., with the Rev. Owen Durham officiating.
Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, Ala., will be in charge of burial.
Survivors include one sister, Addie Sue Thomas of Bridgeport; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was to be today from 4 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Adis S. Barnard
VALLEY HEAD - Adis S. Barnard, 86, died Wednesday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Burt Funeral Home chapel in Valley Head with the Rev. Marty Jordan and John Barnard III officiating.
Burial will be in Valley Head Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Jean B. Cassady of Huntsville; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Morningside Baptist Church, 15001 Bailey Cove Road, Huntsville, 35803.

Horace E. Bradshaw
BOAZ - Horace Edgar Bradshaw, 77, of 708 Stephens Street died Tuesday in Boaz. The funeral will be Friday at 3 p.m. at Carr Funeral Home in Boaz.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Mr. Bradshaw was a retired Republic Steel employee and a former employee of Weathers Floor Covering.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Bradshaw; one son, Mokie Bradshaw of Georgia; one sister, Sarah Johnson of Alabama City; one brother, Donnie Bradshaw of Tennessee; and three grandchildren.

Lawton Collier
Lawton Collier, 76, of Huntsville died Tuesday at his home. The funeral will be Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Carl Malm officiating.
Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
Mr. Collier was a native of Red Bay, Ala., but had lived in Huntsville 24 years. He was also a World War II Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Nelta Maxwell.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth M. Collier of Huntsville; two brothers, Ultra Collier of Red Bay and Charles Collier of Smithville, Miss.; two grandchildren, Teresa Renee Rutledge of Madison and Michael Lawrence Maxwell of Lexington, Ky.; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Donnie A. Corbett Jr.
Donnie A. Corbett Jr., 22, of Huntsville died Saturday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. Elizabeth C.P. Church with the Rev. George Moore Jr. officiating.
Nelms Memorial Funeral Home will be in charge of burial.
Survivors include one daughter, Rabrionne Simone Moore of Dallas, Texas; his mother, Carolyn Fitcheard of Madison; his father, Donnie A. Corbett Sr. of Atlanta; his stepfather, Roderick Fitcheard of Madison; three sisters, Tamika Corbett, Amanda Fitcheard and Carolyn E. Fitcheard, all of Huntsville; four brothers, Terrence Corbett, Roderick Fitcheard, Quinton Fitcheard and Adam Fitcheard, all of Huntsville; one grandmother, Mattie Davis of Huntsville; one step-grandmother, Nellie Fitcheard of Toney; two grandfathers, Johnny Davis of Huntsville and Carnell Corbett of Douglas, Ga.; and one great-grandfather, Sanders Davis of Madison.

George E. Cordell
HENAGAR - George Elmer Cordell, 92, died Wednesday at a Chattanooga hospital. The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the Kerby Funeral Home with the Rev. Burman Cape officiating.
Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery in Henagar.
Mr. Cordell is survived by several nephews.
Visitation was to be today from 4 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Helen L. Crum
ALBERTVILLE - Helen Leona Crum, 78, of 1202 Old Horton Road died Tuesday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Assembly of God in West Virginia.
Burial will be in High Lawn Memorial Gardens in West Virginia. Albertville Memorial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
Survivors include four daughters, Janet Jacobs, Barbara Riley and Carolyn Thompson, all of Georgia, and Charlotte Harper of Albertville; three sons, Bob Crum and Jim Crum, both of Michigan, and Gary Crum of Virginia; 20 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Hayward Cummings
Hayward Cummings, 49, of Huntsville died Sunday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Taylors Chapel P.B. Church with the Rev. James Lane officiating.
Burial will be in Meadowlawn Garden of Peace with Nelms Memorial Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include nine brothers, Beauregard Cummings Jr. of Fayetteville, N.C., Alberta Cummings of Columbia, S.C., Clarence Cummings of Manning, S.C., James H. Cummings of Huntsville, Johnny Cummings of Charlotte, N.C., Sylvester J. Cummings of Camden, S.C., Charles Cummings of Wyoming, Avance Cummings of Savannah, Ga., and Daryl Davis of Virginia; and a dear friend, Irene R. Jolley of Huntsville.
Visitation will be Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
His body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.

James T. Dockins
MADISON - James Turner Dockins, 44, of 12794 Oliver Lane died Wednesday at his home. The funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Partlow Funeral Chapel in Lebanon, Tenn., with Bros. Donald Owens and George Wagner officiating.
Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Lebanon with Madison Funeral Chapel in charge of local arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara J. Dockins of Madison; three sons, Wayne B. Dockins and Richard L. Dockins, both of Alabama, and Dustin G. Dockins of Waynesboro, Tenn.; his mother, Eunice Dockins of Lebanon; one brother, Tony Dockins of Lebanon; two sisters, Phyllis Estes and Janice Vann, both of Watertown, Tenn.; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 1 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Margie L. Esposito
BREMERTON, Wash. - Margie Laster Esposito, 49, formerly of Madison County died Sunday at her home. The funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Gallant Funeral Home chapel in Hazel Green .
Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Joseph Esposito of Bremerton; two daughters, Kim Austin of Bremerton and Michelle Clemons of Lamarque, Texas; one son, Terry Garwood of Danville; two brothers, James Earl Laster of Huntsville and Wilburn Laster Jr. of Ardmore, Ala.; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Dorothy G. Hatfield
Dorothy G. Hatfield, 71, of Huntsville died Tuesday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Valhalla Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Richard Carpenter officiating.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Hatfield was a member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church and was a licensed practical nurse at Crestwood Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, L.C. Hatfield of Huntsville; one daughter, Linda H. Beason of Huntsville; one son, Gary L. Hatfield of Columbus, Ga.; two sisters, Louise Packard of Grand Rapids, Ore., and Barbara Carpenter of Albuquerque, N.M.; four brothers, Harry Dow and Robert Dow, both of Texas, and Raymond Dow and John Dow, both of Chula Vista, Calif.; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ronald E. Hertz
Ronald E. Hertz, 65, of Huntsville died Wednesday in Athens. Laughlin Service Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Mr. Hertz was a member of Helkin Lodge No. 1, Scottish Rite-Blue Lodge and Trinity United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth H. Ludwig of Huntsville and Carrie H. Newby of Hartselle; his mother, Carrie B. Staton of Birmingham; one sister, Nadine Hamilton of Birmingham; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association.

Georgia E. Hillis
GURLEY - Georgia Edna Hillis, 83, died Tuesday at her home. The funeral will be Friday at noon at Spry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Ricky Holman.
Burial will be in Cochran Cemetery.
Mrs. Hillis was a native and lifelong resident of Madison County. She was a member of Briar Fork Holiness Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hillis.
Survivors include six daughters, Ophelia Thornton of Kirsky, Ky., Cena Whiro of Florida, Ozene Hereford of Madison County, Peggy Berry of Pineapple, Alta Drake of Owens Cross Roads and Shirley Patterson of Gurley; five sons, Walter Hereford of Toney, Franklin Hereford of Park City, Tenn., Donald Hereford of New Market, Bobby Hillis of Gurley and Ricky Hillis of Maysville; one sister, Ola Tipton of Huntsville; 28 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Tommie Jones
Tommie Jones, 88, of 1611 Armstrong St. in Huntsville died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at noon at Royal Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Billy J. Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Faith Memorial Park.
Survivors include his wife, Bessie Elizabeth Hughes of Huntsville; two daughters, LaVerne Moore and Debra Estes, both of Huntsville; one son, Lamount Hughes of Jackson, Miss.; his mother, Elizabeth Gore of Huntsville; one sister, Mary Jones of Alexandria City, Va.; and one brother, Houston Hughes of Huntsville.

Dorothy P. Key
NEW HOPE - Dorothy Paseur "Mama Dot" Key, 75, of 2449 Old Gurley Pike died Wednesday at her home. The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at New Hope Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Gary Paseur and the Rev. Lynn Dimon officiating.
Burial will be in Panquin Cemetery.
Mrs. Key was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Houston Key of New Hope; one daughter, Jan Key Clark of New Hope; one son, Barry N. Key of Page, Ariz.; one sister, Violet Smith of New Hope; one brother, ONeal Paseur of New Hope; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.

William E. Klug
HARVEST - William Edwin Klug, 47, died Tuesday at a local hospital. The memorial service will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Bill Gandy officiating.
Mr. Klug was a native of East St. Louis, Ill., but had lived in Madison County four years. He also lived about 20 years in McAllen, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, JoAnn Taylor Klug of Harvest; two daughters, Melody Klug of Columbia, Mo., and Brandy Klug of Denton, Texas; two brothers, Carl P. Klug of Kansas City, Mo., and John Klug of McAllen; and his father, Carl A. Klug of McAllen.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Earnestine Nobles
Earnestine Nobles, 61, of Huntsville died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at noon at Phillips CME Church with the Rev. Willie N. Owens officiating.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Nelms Memorial Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include one son, Eric Nobles of Huntsville; one daughter, Sharon N. Jones of Powder Springs, Ga.; her parents, Rush Carr and Rudy Mae Carr, both of Birmingham; and one brother, Henry Carr of Birmingham.
The body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.

Allene Ray
Allene Juanita Lyle Ray of Huntsville died Monday at her home. The funeral was Wednesday at Maple Hill Cemetery.
Spry Funeral Home was in charge.
Survivors include one sister, Margaret Jones of Huntsville; four nephews, Phillip Drake and Ed Lyle, both of Big Cove, Wendell Lyle of Atlanta and Luther Drake of Hazel Green ; and several grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Paul N. Smith
Paul Nye Smith, 73, of Huntsville died Wednesday at a local hospital. Spry Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Mr. Smith was a native of Jackson County, but spent most his life in Madison County. He was a member of Pulaski Pike Church of God. He was preceded in death by one son, Melvin Smith.
Survivors include his wife, Billie F. Smith of Huntsville; four sons, Paul Curtis Smith of Madison, Larry Smith of Livonia, Mich., Paul Charles Smith of Macon, Ga., and Fred Mayes of Corpus Christi, Texas; four daughters, Joyce Smith of Huntsville, Theresia Harding of Monrovia, Kathy Flowers of Harvest and Terri Wright of Houston, Texas; his mother, Lillian Mae Smith of Cleveland, Tenn.; three sisters, Mary Leon, Linda Holcomb and Geneva Miller, all of Cleveland, Tenn; and 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Roy Warren
FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. - Roy Warren, 88, of 29 Lancer Drive died Wednesday at his home. The funeral was to be today at 3 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Dr. Larry Barnes and Bros. Walden Tarpley and Don Hudson officiating.
Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Warren was a native of Lincoln County, Tenn., a World War II veteran and a member of Washington Street Church of Christ. He was also a Buick dealer in Fayetteville from 1939 to 1983 and later worked as a salesman with Rambo Motor Co. and Patriot Chevrolet/Buick. He was a member of Fayetteville Lions Club.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Warren of Fayetteville; one son, Henry Sorrells Warren of Shelbyville, Tenn.; one sister, Clara Lee Brown of Fayetteville; one stepson, Bill Phillips of Fayetteville; one niece; one great-nephew; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
