MADISON - Wanda G. Anderson, 82, died Thursday at her home. The funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Fords Chapel Methodist Church with the Rev. Bill Gandy officiating.
Burial will be in Fords Chapel Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph W. Anderson of Madison; one son, Donald Anderson of Madison; one sister, Gaye Iden Sacra of Albuquerque, N.M.; and three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday one hour before the funeral at the church.
Lonnie B. Baker
SOMERVILLE - Lonnie B. Baker, 59, of 831 Bluff City Road, died Tuesday at a Hartselle hospital. The funeral was today at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home in Hartselle with the Rev. Doug Moody officiating.
Burial was in New Friendship Cemetery.
Mr. Baker was a self-employed painter and carpenter.
Survivors include one daughter, Kim Taylor of Somerville; one son, Carlos O. Bunnell of Decatur; five sisters, Virginia Rollins of Decatur, Vennie Terry and Carolyn Witt, both of Somerville, and Clara Wagner and Marjorie Huber, both of Michigan; and four grandchildren.
Dalton K. Battles
BOAZ - Dalton Knight Battles, 89, of 1004 Debbie St. died Wednesday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Carr Funeral Home in Boaz.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Boaz.
Survivors include one daughter, Marie Cox of Wilsonvile; two sons, James E. Battles of Florida and Donald D. Battles of Thailand; one half-sister, Maudell Chastain of Sand Mountain; and 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
James L. Brand
RAINBOW CITY - James Lloyd ''J.L. Brand, 84, of 3035 Pineapple St. died Wednesday at a Gadsden hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Carr Funeral Home in Boaz.
Burial will be in Chapmans Chapel Cemetery.
Survivors include one sister, Mandy Overby of Rainbow City.
Ella M. Burson
Ella M. Burson, 91, of Huntsville died today at a local nursing home. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Ord United Methodist Church in Ord, Neb.
Burial will be in Ord City Cemetery with Laughlin Service Funeral Home in charge of local arrangements.
Survivors include one daughter, Karol Kapustka of Huntsville; one son, Keith Burson of Peoria, Ill.; and six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Monday at Ord Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.

Roger D. Cagle
NASHVILLE - Roger Dale Cagle, 44, died Sunday at his home. A memorial service was held Thursday at Concord Presbyterian Church with the Rev. James Campbell officiating.
Spry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Cagle was a native of Madison County.
Survivors include five sisters, Brenda G. Shirah, Carol Lones and Carolyn McDonald, all of Huntsville, Kathy Maltbie of Florida and Becky Clark of California.
Jessie L. Carroll
RAINSVILLE - Jessie Lee ''Jett Kirtland Carroll, 79, died Thursday. The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Green s Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. David Carroll officiating.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Carroll was a native of DeKalb County and was a member of the Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Carroll.
Survivors include one daughter, Linda Carroll of Clarksville, Tenn.; and three sisters, Cleova Busby of Stone Mountain, Ga., Ruby Fletcher of Rossville, Ga., and Evalene Gilbert of Waco, Texas.
Gracie M. Clark
ELKMONT - Gracie Mae Clark, 89, of Alabama 127 died Wednesday at an Athens hospital. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home in Athens with Leslie Bagsby officiating.
Burial was to be in Bottom Cemetery.
Mrs. Clark was a native of Limestone County,, a member of Pisgah Baptist Church and was retired from Kuhns Five and Dime Store.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Clark Sr. of Athens, Ray M. Clark Sr. and James W. Clark Sr., both of Elkmont; and 15 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Jessie T. Clark
HAZEL GREEN - Jessie T. Clark, 80, died Thursday at a local hospital. Gallant Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Robert L. Hall
ASHVILLE - Robert L. Hall, 90, died Wednesday. The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery.
Elmwood Chapel Funeral Home will be in charge of burial.
Mr. Hall was retired from U.S. Steel. He was a graduate of Georgia Tech and a life member of the Association of Iron and Steel Engineers. He was also commissioned as a special deputy sheriff of St. Clair County.
Survivors include three sisters, Annabell Aust, Margaret Davis and Dorothy Hall, all of Huntsville, and one niece, two nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
Rochelle Houchin
Rochelle Yvonne Toney Houchin, 48, of Huntsville died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Chelsea C.P. Church with the Rev. H. Wendell Thompson officiating.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Nelms Memorial Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include one son, Terence Houchin of Huntsville; her mother, Selekia Toney of Huntsville; and one brother, Eric Readus of Huntsville.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Her body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.
Edith M. Radford
Edith May Radford, 81, of Huntsville died Wednesday at her home. The funeral was to be today at 3 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Henry Pope officiating.
Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Radford was a native of Galt, Ontario, Canada, and had lived in Huntsville 27 years. She was a volunteer at Huntsville Hospital for 23 years and was a member of International Womens Club and the Friendship Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Earl Radford.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandra E. Stewart of Huntsville and Dianne G. Childress of Chesapeake, Va.; two sons, Dennis H. Radford of Novi, Mich., and Paul D. Radford of Suwanee, Ga.; one sister, Florence Daniels of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada; and nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Joshua L. Reinhard
PULASKI, Tenn. - Joshua Lee Reinhard, 13 months, son of Timothy Lee and Joan Ellen Reinhard of Pulaski, died Tuesday in Nashville. The funeral will be Saturday at 9 a.m. at Apostolic Christian Church in Athens, Ala., with Lavoud Moore officiating.
Burial will be in Apostolic Christian Cemetery in Peoria, Ill., with Spry Funeral Home of Athens in charge.
Survivors include three sisters, Kristin Meister of Illinois and Sarah Reinhard and Bethany Reinhard, both of Pulaski; and his grandparents, Daniel and Deloris Reinhard of Canada and Paul and Rhoda Meister of Illinois.

Douglas Richards
MADISON - Douglas Richards, 39, died Tuesday in Courtland. The memorial service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Madison Bible Church with the Rev. Kevin Ravenscaret officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Richards of Madison; two daughters, Hannah Richards and Ruth Richards, both of Madison; one son, Micah Richards of Madison; his mother, Louise Richards of San Pedro, Calif.; and one brother, Donald Richards of Westminster, Calif.
Bertha E. Sharp
OAK LAWN, Ill. - Bertha Ella Sharp, 90, of Stevens Drive died Wednesday. The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Gallant Funeral Home in Fayetteville, Tenn., with the Rev. Chester Stevens officiating.
Burial will be in Elora Cemetery.
Mrs. Sharp was a native of Lincoln County, Tenn., and was homemaker and a member of Elora Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Sharp.
Survivors include one son, John B. Farmer of Scottsboro; two daughters, May Jean Moore of Bridgeview, Ill., and Lemmer Schonard of Oak Lawn; two sisters, Etta Farmer of Huntland, Tenn., and Sallie Thompson of Nashville; and four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

ELGIN, Ill. - Mrs. Lula Skinner, 85, died Wednesday. The funeral was today at 2 p.m. at the Straight Creek Church of God in Rainsville, Ala., with the Revs. Melvin Dawson and Lee Roy Smith officiating.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Rainsville Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include four daughters, Lynette Nichols of Gadsden, Ala., Gail Todd of Elgin, Sharon Brown of Tigersville, Fla., and Ann Bell of Rainsville; two sons, Eugene White of Rainsville and James Travis Gardner of Elgin; and 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Allyne Strong
BUFFALO, N.Y. - Allyne Strong, 75, formerly of Huntsville, died Sunday in Buffalo. The funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Nelms Memorial Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Curtis Strong officiating.
Burial will be in Pennys Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Watt L. Strong of Buffalo, and one son, Richard Strong of Buffalo.
Catherine R. Thomas
MADISON - Catherine Russell Thomas, 84, of 13916 Bradford Road died Wednesday at an Athens nursing home. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home in Athens with Larry Fain and Bobby Robinson officiating.
Burial was to be in Roselawn Cemetery in Athens.
Mrs. Thomas was a native of Limestone County, a member of Sardis Springs Church of Christ and was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Duane Thomas.
Survivors include her stepfather, Thea Thomas of Trinity; two sons, Bobby Duane Thomas of Madison and Russell Glenn Thomas of Rogersville; three sisters, Ruby Rhodes of Decatur and Wilma Eady and Frances Ogles, both of Trinity; three brothers, Bernard Thomas, Cecil Thomas and Lifford Thomas, all of Trinity; and five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Roy H. Whisenant
ARAB - Roy Howard Whisenant, 79, of 703 Arad Thompson Road, died Wednesday at a Huntsville hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Gober Funeral Home in Arab.
Burial will be in Arab Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mary L. Whisenant; two daughters, Shirley Simchik of Huntsville and Carol Colberger of Mobile; one son, Douglas H. Whisenant of Harvest; two brothers, Lester Whisenant of Atlanta and Ray Whisenant of Florida; and seven grandchildren.
Mary Williams
BOAZ - Mary Ruth Perry Williams, 73, of 565 Williams Road, died Wednesday in Boaz. The funeral was to be today at 3 p.m. at Mount Zion Baptist Church.
Burial was to be in the adjoining cemetery with Carr Funeral Home of Boaz directing.
Survivors include her husband, Nelson Williams; three daughters, Kathy Amos of Boaz, Mary S. Brown of Gadsden and Lisa Smith of Trussville; three sons, Donald L. Williams, Timothy W. Williams and Frankie G. Williams, all of Boaz; one sister, Nellie Jo Gilbreath of Crossville; four brothers, Crawford Perry, Bill Perry and Gene Perry, all of Boaz, and Vernon Perry of Florida; and seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Burial will be in Crestview Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Gilbert Williamson; four daughters, Sherry Williamson, Marolyn Cornelius, Carolyn Mills and Vickie Denney; two sons, James E. ''Buck Brown and Michael Brown; two stepdaughters, Tracy Pendergrass and Amy Williamson; two stepsons, Freddie Williamson and George ''Buddy Williamson; three brothers, Dean Smith, Burley Ray Smith and Doug Smith; and 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
