Hubert M. Aull Sr.
LOMBARD, Ill. - Hubert Marshall Aull Sr., 82, died Thursday at his home. The graveside service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Maple Hill Cemetery with Dr. William H. Bostick Jr. officiating.
Laughlin Service Funeral Home will be in charge of burial.
Mr. Aull was an Air Force World War II veteran. He retired as a captain in 1955 and had served in the 305th Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. He flew 31 combat missions as a bombardier in B-17s, 25 with the U.S. and six with the R.A.F. During his service he received the Distinguished Flying Cross.
Survivors include his wife, Marguerite Aull of Lombard; three sons, H. Marshall Aull Jr. of Oswego, Ill., James P. Aull of Mobile and Jeffrey Aull of Jacksonville, Ala.; two daughters, Diane Winkler of St. Charles, Ill., and Frances Aull of Westmont, Ill.; and 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Walter J. Battle
The Rev. Walter J. Battle, 81, of Huntsville died Saturday at a local hospital. The funeral was to be today at 1 p.m. at Phillips CME Church with Elder Perey Jackson officiating.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include two stepdaughters, Charlotte K. Strong and Clara M. Morris, both of Huntsville; two stepsons, the Rev. David Kelly and Joe Kelly, both of Huntsville; one sister, Lorene Woods of Huntsville; one brother, Andrew Battle of Huntsville; and 24 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
His body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.
Richard E. Dole
LEXINGTON, Ky. - Richard E. Dole died Thursday at his home. The funeral will be at a later date here.
Mr. Dole was a former resident of Pulaski, Tenn., and for 20 years was master of Mells Foxhounds near Pulaski.

Aubry Hallmark
ARAB - Aubry Hallmark, 87, of 742 Wallace Road died Monday at his home. The funeral was today at 11 a.m. at New Harmony Baptist Church.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Gober Funeral Home of Arab in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Irene Hallmark; one daughter, Betty S. Barnum of Joppa; three half-sisters, Mary Hallmark of Hartselle and Virgie Shadrix and Addie Brown, both of Tennessee; two half-brothers, Henry Hallmark and Chester Hallmark, both of Arab; and two grandchildren.
Geneva J. Hargrove
ARDMORE, Tenn. - Geneva J. Hargrove, 78, died Monday at a Limestone County nursing home. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at Taylor-Ardmore Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Larry Bottoms officiating.
Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, Tommy Ray Hargrove and Garon Hargrove, both of Ardmore, Tenn.; one daughter, Deloris Hammel of Brentwood, Tenn.; one sister, Mary B. Bond of Ardmore, Tenn.; and six granddaughters and six great-grandchildren.
James V. Henson
BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - James V. Henson, 77, died Sunday at a Battle Creek veterans hospital.
Mr. Henson was a native of Madison County.
Survivors include his wife, Lucille Henson of Kalamazoo; five daughters, Sherine Dornbos of Schoolcraft, Kathy Russell of Coral Springs, Fla., Denise Brosler of Millis, Mass., Lynette Black of Plainwell and Kimberly Myland of Portage; one brother, V.O. Henson of Toney, Ala.; four sisters, Sybil Blecker of Joplin, Mo., Ruth Milam and Joan Smith, both of Huntsville, Ala., and Opaline Allen of Ardmore, Ala.; and 15 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Robert Jennings
TITUSVILLE, Fla. - Robert Jennings, 70, died Sunday at a Florida hospital. The funeral will be today at 7:30 p.m. at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home.
Mr. Jennings moved to Titusville from Huntsville in 1981.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Jennings of Titusville; one son, Robert F. Jennings III of Hixon, Tenn.; three daughters, Jere Young of Hixon, Machelle Eyer of Cocoa, Fla., and Mon Barham of Titusville; his mother, Dorothy Thomasson Jennings of Hixon; three brothers, George Jennings of Mt. Juliet, Tenn., Gary Jennings of Atlanta and Tim Jennings of Harrison, Tenn.; one sister, Sue Swann of Chattanooga, Tenn., and 11 grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Peggy A. Jones
Peggy Ann Jones, 64, of Hampton Cove in Huntsville died Sunday at a local hospital. The memorial service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at First Christian Church.
Laughlin Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Jones was a native of Wytheville, Va., and, after marrying her husband, moved to California in 1953 and raised two sons. She, her husband and her granddaughter moved to Huntsville in 1994.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Jones of Huntsville; two sons, Richard Jones of Redding, Calif., and Howard Jones of Hollytree; four grandchildren, Erica Jones of Huntsville and Heather Jones, Jamie Jones and Thomas Jones, all of Shasta, Calif.; and several cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
Shelby Lanier
Shelby "Rimp" Lanier, 75, of Huntsville died Friday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Friday at noon at Union Chapel M.B. Church with Pastor O. Wendell Davis officiating.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Nelms Memorial Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Lanier was a trustee at Union Chapel M.B. Church for 20 years. He was first baseman with the Huntsville Industrial League, Huntsville Stars and Huntsville Athletics. He later joined the Louis O. Johnson Softball Officials Association and umpired games through the 1998 summer season. Mr. Lanier had been enlisted in the Army 36 years with the Army Missile Command. He was also commander of American Legion Post No. 351.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred Freeman Lanier of Huntsville; one daughter, Shelvie Jean Lanier Miller of Huntsville; two sons, Thomas Earl Lanier Sr. of Atlanta and James Michael Lanier of Huntsville; and 10 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Martha A. Martin
FLINT, Mich. - Martha Addie Martin, 84, died Nov. 25 at a Michigan hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Oakwood College SDA Church with Elder E.C. Ward officiating.
Burial will be in Northside Cemetery with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include three sisters, Ethyl Walwyn, Otelia Moore and Arnita Cartwright, all of Huntsville; and four brothers, Samuel Anderson Jr., Sydney Anderson and Zephaniah Anderson, all of Huntsville, and Charles Anderson of Flint.
Her body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.
Icey F. NeSmith
GUNTERSVILLE - Icey Floyd NeSmith, 82, of 1707 Seibold St. died Sunday at her home. The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at St. Minor P.B. Church with Elder Benjamin Burt officiating.
Burial will be in Warrington Cemetery with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. NeSmith was a member of St. Minor P.B. Church and the No. 1 Usher Board for several years.
Survivors include two sisters, Idell Havis and Sara Jackson, both of Guntersville; two brothers, David NeSmith and William NeSmith, both of Guntersville.
Her body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.
James A. Phillips
ALBERTVILLE - James Allen Phillips, 45, of 1418 North Carlisle St. died Saturday at his home. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home in Albertville.
Burial was to be in New Harmony Cemetery.
Survivors include his mother, Mildred Phillips of Albertville; three sisters, Caroline Davis of Guntersville, Autumn Powers of Albertville and Myra Sims of Tuscaloosa; and one brother, John Phillips of Albertville.
Reynold Pickett II
ARAB - Reynold James Charles Pickett II, 31, of 2608 Maple Hill Road Northeast died Monday at a Huntsville hospital. Visitation will be today from 5 to 9 p.m. at Carr Funeral Home in Guntersville.
Survivors include two daughters, Heather Pickett of Arab and Jennifer Stanley; one son, Cambron Pickett of Arab; parents, Jim and Joyce Pickett of Arab; one brother, William Pickett of Arab; and grandparents, Herbert and Vinnie Cambron of Albertville and Margaret Siler.
Lucille W. Wood
CULLMAN - Lucille White Wood, 86, died Tuesday at a Cullman hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Shelton Funeral Home in Decatur with the Rev. James Toone officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Wood was a native of Boaz and was preceded in death by two sons, Edward C. White Jr. and Ray Loyd White.
Survivors include one son, Bobby J. White of Decatur; one sister, Pauline Drain of Harteslle; and 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
