James T. Branch
James T. Branch, 78, of Huntsville died Saturday at his home. Spry Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Survivors include three brothers, Felix "Buck" Branch and W.T. Branch Sr., both of Huntsville, and Alvie Branch of Estelle Springs, Tenn.; five sisters, Nannie Cobb, Louella Helen Sanderson, Gladys Branch and Barbara Branch, all of Huntsville, and Mary "Mae" Williard of Harvest.
Hurl H. Chandler
Hurl Huel Chandler, 66, of Huntsville died Friday at a local hospital. The funeral will be today at 1:30 p.m. at Whitesburg Baptist Church with Dr. Jimmy Jackson and the Rev. Boyd Armstrong officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery with Laughlin Service Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Chandler was a custom home builder and developer in Huntsville for more than 35 years and was inducted into the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association Hall of Fame. He and his brother played an initial role in the development of scenic mountainside home sites. He had a reputation for quality construction and his workmanship is known by clients, the business community and his peers.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Jo Chandler of Huntsville; three daughters, Anita Luna of Cumming, Ga., and Kathy Smith and Stephanie Jattuso, both of Huntsville; one brother, Burl Chandler of Huntsville; two sisters, Obera Jester and Jean Stisher, both of Cullman; and seven grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Whitesburg Baptist Church building fund.
Loretta H. Clayton
HARTSELLE - Loretta Hemming Clayton, 71, of Goose Pond Road died Saturday at her home. The funeral will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home with the Rev. Hal Daigre officiating.
Burial will be in Falkville Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Harold L. Clayton; five daughters, Dawn L. Hastings, Barbara A. Wiley, both of Hartselle, Beverly J. Roberts, Kathy S. Roberts and Suzanne K. Legg, all of Lake Orion, Mich.; and 21 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Chesley Donahoo Jr.
Chesley J. Donahoo Jr., 78, of Huntsville died Friday at his home. The funeral will be today at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Seanor and Dr. Dennis Wiles officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery with Laughlin Service Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Donahoo was a member of the Alabama Baptist Historical Society and the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Louise Donahoo; one daughter, Elaine Quick of Huntsville; four brothers, Edwin Donahoo, Orville Donahoo, Eugene Donahoo and Wilson W. Donahoo, all of Chattanooga; one sister, Willene Woodall of Soddy Daisy, Tenn.; and two grandchildren.
Sandra F. Faiss
Sandra Faye Faiss, 47, of Huntsville, formerly of Akron, Ohio, died Saturday at her home. W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel will announce funeral arrangements.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Blackburn.
Survivors include her husband, Glen Faiss of Magadore, Ohio; two sons, Jason Stevenson and Kyle Faiss, both of Huntsville; two daughters, Ginelle Stevenson and Vanessa Faiss, both of Huntsville; her mother and stepfather, Lois and Buel Mays of Ider; and two brothers, Don Blackburn of Ider and Larry Blackburn of Akron.
Anthony E. Febrina
HENAGAR - Anthony E. Febrina, infant son of Antonio and Karen Febrina, died Tuesday in Hackensack, N.J. The graveside service was Saturday at Green Haven Memorial Gardens with W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel in charge.
Harvie P. Jones
Harvie P. Jones, 68, of Huntsville died Saturday at a local hospital. Laughlin Service Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Mr. Jones was a native of Madison County and was a principal in the firm of Jones and Herrin Architecture/Interior Design for 31 years. His projects include Alabama Constitution Village, Weeden House, Huntsville Depot Museum, various Burritt Museum and Park buildings, homes and churches in historic districts and many preservation and restoration projects in Alabama, Tennessee and Savannah, Ga. He received more than 30 design awards for architectural excellence.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn "Lynn" M. Jones of Huntsville; three daughters, Anne Nieman of Tallassee, Martha Lofty of Huntsville and Evelyn Ferrero of Round Rock, Texas; one son, Steven Jones of Huntsville; two stepdaughters, Steve-Anna Stephens of Boston and Jennifer Lynn Aylesworth of Framingham, Mass.; one stepson, William Daniel "Dan" Stephens of Alpharetta, Ga.; two sisters, Dr. Edith Ledbetter of Rogersville and Emily Good of Las Cruces, N.M.; one brother, Howard C. Jones, Jr. of New Market; and three granddaughters and three grandsons.
Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Evelyn H. Leslie
Evelyn Henry Leslie, 95, of Huntsville died Wednesday at a local hospital. Laughlin Service Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Mrs. Leslie was an Auburn University graduate and a member of Chi Omega and the Culture Club, both in Huntsville.
Survivors include one daughter, Evelyn "Lynne" Hagood of Takoma Park, Md.; two grandsons, Bruce Hagood of Huntsville and Bob Hagood of Cleveland, Tenn.; and one granddaughter, Linda Frost of Kansas City, Kan.
In accordance with her wishes, there will not be a memorial service. Visitation will be today from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Laughlin Funeral Home.
Lucille Marsh
MADISON - Lucille Marsh, 77, died Friday at a local hospital. A graveside service will be today at 3 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur.
Roselawn Funeral Home of Decatur is in charge of burial.
Mrs. Marsh was a homemaker and a member of Bellmor Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Melvin Marsh; five daughters, Ann Swanner of Athens, Brenda Stevenson of Birmingham, Bonnie Thomas of Trinity, Billie Griffis and Melba Carrol, both of Madison; one son, W.M. Marsh Jr. of Capshaw; one sister, Mary Henderson of Madison; one brother, Paul Haggard of Decatur; and 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Leo Tam
TAMPA, Fla. - Leo Tam died Tuesday at a Tampa hospital. The funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
Spry Funeral Home is in charge of burial.
Mr. Tam was formerly of Huntsville. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Tam.
Survivors include three daughters, Patricia Comley, Brenda Comley and Debbie Roberts, all of Huntsville; one son, Leo Tam Jr. of Cookeville, Tenn.; and one sister, two brothers and nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Gilbert Tidwell
ALBERTVILLE - Gilbert Tidwell, 96, died Friday at a local nursing home. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at Mount Vernon Baptist Church.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Adams Funeral Home of Albertville in charge.
Survivors include one son, Benny Tidwell of Albertville; and two grandchildren.
Patrick B. Waye Sr.p>
HARVEST - Mr. Patrick Benjamin Waye Sr., 43, of Harvest died Thursday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Valhalla Funeral Home with Rev. George Wagner officiating.
Entombment will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Valhalla Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Waye was a veteran of the Air Force. He was employed by NASA and involved with local youth baseball.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Pascal Waye.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Waye of Harvest; two sons, Patrick "Ben" Waye Jr. of Florence and Christopher Thomas Waye of Harvest; two sisters, Betty Laymance and Louise Ferguson, both of Tullahoma, Tenn.; two brothers, Billy Waye of Chattanooga and Mike Waye of Winchester, Tenn.; his parents, Dorris and Edna Webb of Tullahoma, Tenn.; and his stepmother, Setsuko Waye of Russellville, Ark.
George T. Wright
ARAB - George Turner Wright, 77, died Friday at his home. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at Gober Funeral Home in Arab.
Burial will be in Arab Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Wright; two daughters, Nancy Birdwell of Guntersville and Martha McGinnis of Arab; one son, Larry Neal Wright of Arab; one sister, Eva Keese of Arab; and five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
