RAINSVILLE - Michael Jeffrey Baker, 33, died Thursday in Chattanooga. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at W.T. Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Haymon officiating.
Mr. Baker was a veteran of Desert Storm and a computer technician.
Burial will be in Kirk Memorial Gardens with W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Kimberely Baker of Birmingham; one daughter, Kara Maison Baker of Rainsville; one son, Gerald Logan Baker of Rainsville; parents, Floyd and Ernestine Stanbery of Rainsville; two stepsisters, Theresa Stanbery Addison of Fyffe and Debra Prestwood of Fort Payne; one stepbrother, Robert Stanbery of Rainsville; one brother, Eugene Baker of West Monroe, La.

Bobby E. Eubanks
Bobby E. Eubanks, 63, of Huntsville died Saturday at local hospital. The funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Twickenham Funeral Home-South Parkway with Rve. Jim Daughty officiating.
Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens with Twickenham Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Eubanks was a retired truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Laura McDonald; one son, Bruce E. Eubanks of Owens Cross Roads; two daughters, Cindy Brunette of Huntsville and Ronna Beth Eubanks of Raleigh, N.C.; five brothers, Billy Eubanks, Buddy Eubanks, Gary Eubanks, Butch Eubanks, and Jim Eubanks all of Huntsville; four sisters, Lou Shubert, Brenda Eubanks Franklin, Jean Dunn and Birdie Eubanks, all of Huntsville; one stepchild, Chris Bevel-Owens; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 4 to 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, doantations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Mary A. Eubanks
BOAZ - Mary Argell Elder Eubanks, 78, of 320 Roger Ave. died Friday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Albertville Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, L.G. Eubanks; one sister, Nellie Jo Wesley of New Hope; and two brothers, James H. Elder of Boaz and Joseph H. Elder of Ohio.

Earl E. Ewing
ATTALLA - Earl E. Ewing, 76, died Saturday in Birmingham. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Kerby Funeral Home in Henagar.

Helen C. Ewing
CULLMAN - Mrs. Helen C. Ewing, 72, of 401 Arnold St. N.E. died Friday at a local hospital. The funeral will be today at 11 a.m. at Calvary Holiness Church with the Rev. Johnisey Suit and the Rev. Jimmy Morrow officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home of Hartselle directing.
Survivors include one son, Larry Jinkins of Valhermoso Springs.

Stella M. Fanning
ELORA, Tenn. - Mrs. Stella Mae Fanning, 87, of Limestone Lane died Saturday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Gallant Funeral Home with Elder Harlas Hale officiating.
Burial will be in Miller Cemetery.
Mrs. Fanning was native of DeKalb County, Ala. She was a member of Mountain Fork Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Santford R. Fanning; two sons, John Earl Fanning and Dwight Fanning, both of Elora; one daughter, Ruth Hale of Huntsville; one stepdaughter, Florence Head of Fayetteville; one brother, Irvin Wallace of Fontana, Calif.; three sisters, Maxine Smith of Crossville, Ala., Lillian Nicholson of Gardendale, Ala.. and Nina Spurlock of Fontana, Calif.; and one grandson and three step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from noon to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

James L. Green
OWENS CROSS ROADS - James Lois Green, 72, died Saturday at a Huntsville hospital. A graveside service will be Monday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Leslie Brown officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Green was a native of Jackson County and had lived in Madison County since 1947.
Survivors include three daughters, Patricia Williams of Owens Cross Roads, Peggy Clemons of Huntsville and Shirley Medley of Pensacola, Fla.; one son, Richard Green of Huntsville; two sisters, Mary Ella Wilbourn of Huntsville and Edith Green Andrews of Montgomery; one brother, Harold Green of Huntsville; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mona E. King
ARDMORE, Tenn. - Mona Elizabeth King, 85, of 481 Rolin Hollow Road died Saturday at a Pulaski nursing home. The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Taylor-Ardmore Chapel with Rev. John Ives officiating.
Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Taylor-Ardmore Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 9 p.m.

Ethel Lacy
SOUTH PITTSBURG, Tenn. - Mrs. Ethel Lacy, 92, died Saturday in Jasper, Tenn. The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Kerby Funeral Home in Henagar, Ala., with Rev. Kevin Wilks officiating.
Burial will be in the Henegar Community Cemetery with Kerby Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Lacy was a member of the Henagar Baptist Church.
Mrs. Lacy was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Lacy.
Survivors include one son, Tilson Lacy of Inverness, Fla.; two brothers, Foy Peek of Henagar and Coy Peek of Tunnell Hill, Ga.; and six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday from 1 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Jimmy F. Liner
Jimmy Frank ''Chip Liner, 56, of Huntsville died Wednesday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Monday at 10 a.m. at St. John A.M.E. Church with Dr. Homer L. McCall officiating.
Burial will be in Handy Memorial Cemetery with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Liner was a recent retiree from Redstone Arsenal OMMCS after 35 years of service. He was past president of the Johnson High School Athletic Boosters Club and served on the Urban Emphasis Scout Leaders Council and Boy Scout Troop 400. He was former president of Lakewood Recreation Center. Mr. Liner also was a member of St. John A.M.E. Church and Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Georga W. Liner; one daughter, Charnish D. Wilson of Huntsville; two sons, Joel M. Liner and Jonathan F. Liner, both of Huntsville; four sisters, Dorothy Ann Cole of Evanston, Ill., Mary Faye Stoner of Salt Lake City, Utah, Martha Wylodene Shaw of Muscle Shoals and Frances Louise Reeves of Jackson, Mich.; three brothers, Will Liner Jr. of Florence, Charles E. Liner of Jacksonville, Fla., and Larry G. Liner of New Orleans; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
The body will be at the church an hour before the service.
Memorial donations may be made to Johnson High School Athletic Booster Club, 6201 Pueblo Drive, Huntsville 35810.

Ruby B. Montgomery
HARTSELLE - Mrs. Ruby Braly Montgomery, 80, of 1959 Peach Orchard Road died Friday at an area nursing home. A graveside service will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Athens City Cemetery with the Rev. W.G. Henry officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Montgomery was a member of First United Methodist Church of Hartselle, a former president of North Alabama United Methodist Women and did missionary work in Haiti and Bolivia.
Survivors include three sons, James Robert ''Bob Montgomery of Durham, N.C., Mays Elliott Montgomery Jr. of Huntsville and John Peyton Montgomery of Decatur; two sisters, Daisy Weirich of Hondo, Texas, and Betty Brennand of Umatilla, Fla.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church Library Fund of Missionary Fund.

Junior H. Mount
SCOTTSBORO - Junior H. ''Shine Mount, 67, died Friday in Riverdale, Ga. The funeral will be today at 3:30 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Venable officiating.
Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery with Scottsboro Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include two sons, Doyle ''Eddie Mount and Dustin Mount, both of Scottsboro; three daughters, Betty Mount of Scottsboro and Brenda Sego and Lisa Barge, both of Atlanta; two brothers, Bill Mount and Luke Mount, both of Scottsboro; three sisters, Grace Dulaney, Evelyn Ledwell and Gladys Potter, all of Scottsboro; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

David D. Newton
David Devon Newton, 43, of Huntsville died Saturday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home in Decatur with Bernard Dawes and Bobby Smith officiating.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Town Creek.
Mr. Newton was an Air Force veteran, was employed at Delphi Saginaw Steering Systems, and was a member of Price ville Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Katie Newton; three stepsons, Chris Calhoun, Adam Calhoun and Josh Calhoun, all of Mount Hope; his parents, Gary and Shirley Rose Brackin of Price ville; three brothers, Paul Newton of Sandwich, Ill., Albert Newton of Huntsville and Steven Newton of Brunsswick, Ga.

Diane L. Phillips
HAZEL GREEN - Diane Louise Phillips, 48, died Friday at a Huntsville hospital. The funeral will be Monday at 11:30 a.m. at Spry Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Golightly Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Phillips was a native of Harrisburg, Pa., and a lifelong resident of Madison County.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Sullivan.
Visitation will be Monday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Mable H. Ray
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Mrs. Mable Halcomb Ray, 90, died Saturday at a local nursing home. The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Tullahoma Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Mark Gregory officiating.
Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Tullahoma with Tullahoma Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Ray was member of the First Baptist Church in Murfreesboro. She worked for the First National Bank of Tullahoma for 41 years and when she retired in 1965 she was a vice president. Mrs. Ray was active in the Tullahoma Fine Arts Center and the League of Women Voters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Ray.
Survivors include three sisters-in-law, Jean McMahan Banks of Halcomb, Tenn., Ora Lee Shirley Halcomb of McMinnville, Tenn., and Aileen McCollum Halcomb of Huntsville; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday from 10 to 11 a.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the Tullahoma Fine Arts Center or the Murfreesboro First Baptist Church Library.

Beatrice A. Rorex
Miss Beatrice Anne Rorex, 62, of Huntsville died Thursday at a local nursing home. A graveside service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Huntsville Memory Gardens with Bro. Lem Tipton officiating and Laughlin Service Funeral Home in charge.
Miss Rorex was a graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She retired from NASA in 1994 with 36 years of service.
Survivors include one brother, Herschel W. Rorex of Durham, N.C.; one aunt, Nell Jetton of Morris; and two cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Arthritis Foundation.

Elda Sokol
ELORA, Tenn. - Mrs. Elda Sokol, 76, of Vanntown Road died Saturday at a Lincoln County nursing home. No funeral services are planned.
Survivors include her husband, Andy Sokol Jr.; one daughter, Nancy J. Sokol of Elora, Tenn.; two sons, Andy Sokol of Virginia and Charles Sokol of Pennsylvania; two brothers, Foster Fortney and Paul Fortney, both of Pennsylvania; one sister, Dorothy Murphy of Pennsylvania; and four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Kenny A. Tedder
GUNTERSVILLE - Kenny Alvis Tedder, 46, died Friday at his home. The funeral will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Carr Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Kerry Glover and Cristy Buccellata, both of Arab; one son, Seth Tedder of Albertville; parents, J.C. and Vivian Tedder of Guntersville; three sisters, Carolyn Lemaster and Teresa Riedlinger, both of Guntersville, and Shelia Metcalf of Arkansas; one brother, Sammy Tedder of Guntersville; grandmother, Atha Tedder of Guntersville; and one grandchild.

Hermann Wagner
TUCKER, Ga. - Hermann Wagner, 88, died Friday. A memorial service will be held Friday, Jan. 15, at 11 a.m. at St. Marks Lutheran Church in Huntsville.
Mr. Wagner was a native of Pirna, Germany, and came to the United States in 1953 where he worked as as engineer for ABMA and NASA until 1973.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Wagner; one daughter, Gudrun Klauss; one brother, Walter Wagner; and one grandson.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Marks Lutheran Church, 200 Longwood Dr., Huntsville, Ala., 35801.

James E. Wallace
James Edsel ''Jimmy Wallace, 44, of Huntsville died Friday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Laughlin Service Chapel with Father Dick Marshall officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery with Laughlin Service Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Wallace was manager of W&W Electronic Inc.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Jones Wallace; two sons, James Bradley Wallace and Alexander James Wallace, both of Huntsville; three daughters, Stacy Amanda Wallace, Judy Christine Wallace and Jamie Annette Wallace all of Huntsville; parents, Edsel and Virginia Wallace of Huntsville.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
