ATHENS - Edith Louise Baugher, 65, of Elkton Road died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home in Athens with Lowell Blankenship officiating.
Burial will be in Sunnyhill Cemetery.
Mrs. Baugher was a native of Limestone County, a member of Valley View Church of Christ and a homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathy Adams and Tonya Gossett, both of Athens; two sons, Tony Baugher and Jeffrey Baugher, both of Athens; one sister, Odell Gardner of Athens; and 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
William C. Beasley
LESTER - William C. Beasley, 71, of 25751 Salem Minor Hill Road died today at his home. Limestone Chapel Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Fleetwood Campbell
ELKMONT - Fleetwood "Doots" Campbell, 76, of Lambert Road died Sunday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Taylor-Ardmore Funeral Home with Bro. Joel Logan officiating.
Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery with Taylor-Ardmore Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Clara Campbell of Elkmont; one son, Paul Douglas of Elkmont; one daughter, Kathy C. Sandlin of Elkmont; one brother, Erskin Van Bailey of Elkmont; two sisters, Patricia Scott and Katherine Reinhart, both of Elkmont; and five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Carlos R. Clark
JACKSON, Miss. - Carlos Ramonda Clark, 41, died Thursday at a Jackson hospital. The funeral was Monday at St. John AME Church in Huntsville with Dr. Homer L. McCall officiating.
Burial was in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Clark was a graduate of Tuskegee University, member of St. John AME Church, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Young Life Christian Association and Boy Scouts of America.
Survivors include his parents, Mrs. Lou V. Clark and Dr. W. Mingo Clark, both of Huntsville; two sisters, Cassandra Thompson of Huntsville and Beverly Hinckley of Cincinnati; and his godmother, Esther Fields of Huntsville.
John C. Cottingham
BIRMINGHAM - John C. Cottingham, 32, died Sunday at his home. The graveside service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Pisgah Cemetery.
Scottsboro Funeral Home is in charge of burial.
Survivors include his parents, Curtis and Linda Headrick Cottingham of Pisgah; one brother, James Cottingham of Pisgah; and his grandmother, Myrtle Headrick of Pisgah.
Visitation was to be today from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pearl L. Frost
Pearl Lowe Frost, 82, of Huntsville died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Crestwood Funeral Home in Gadsden.
Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Frost was a native of Blount County and had lived in Gadsden before she moved to Huntsville in 1996.
Survivors include two daughters, Jarilda Swift of Springville and Linda Vinson of Huntington, W.Va.; one son, Alonzo L. Frost Jr. of Hazel Green ; three sisters, Vina McDonald and Sarah Bell, both of Wattsville, and Roxie Bynum of Oneonta; and six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Tyree O. Germono
Tyree OChe Germono, 10-month-old son of Marcha Thompson and Michael Germono, both of Huntsville, died Friday at his home. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at Huntsville Park Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Carroll officiating.
Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Other survivors include one sister, Chanel Germono of Huntsville; one brother, Michael Germono Jr. of San Jose, Calif.; grandparents, Alice Thomison and Barbara Bennett, both of Huntsville, William Shephard of Atlanta and Michael Germono of San Jose.
O.J. Hatchett Jr.
O.J. "Bill" Hatchett Jr., 75, of Cavalier Drive in Huntsville died Monday at his home. The funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Pleasant Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Fincher officiating.
Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery with Gallant Funeral Home in Hazel Green in charge.
Mr. Hatchett was a native of Madison County, retired owner of Heritage Publishing Co. and a member Fraternal Order of Eagles and Pleasant Springs Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Hatchett of Huntsville; three daughters, Kathy Adkins, Lisa McKinney and Samantha Hatchett, all of Huntsville; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
His body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.

OWENS CROSS ROADS - Ruby C. Hillis, 73, died Monday in Winchester, Tenn. New Hope Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Edward F. Jarmon
GUNTERSVILLE - Edward Felix Jarmon, 69, of 767 Ringold St. died Monday at a Gadsden hospital. A private service will be held with Albertville Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include two daughters, Judy Epps of Douglas and Janice Pearce of Albertville; one son, Johnny Jarmon of Arab; mother, Emily Jarmon of Guntersville; and one brother, Tommy Jarmon of Guntersville.
Jack C. Lovell
ATHENS - Jack Clifford Lovell, 73, of 1303 East Elm St. died Saturday at a Huntsville hospital. The funeral will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. at McConnell Funeral Home with Thomas Buckland officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Lovell was a member of New Life Assembly of God.
Survivors include his wife, Delores Lovell; three daughters, Lindy Stanley of LaGrange, Ky., Jackie Bryer of Latrove, Pa., and Tina Lovell of Littlestown, Pa.; one sister, Vilet Stanley of Shelbyville, Ky.; one son, Tom Lovell of Athens; and 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Cleo G. Lund
NEW LENOX, Ill. - Cleo Grizzard Lund, 91, of 2 East Hickory St. Apt. No. 2 died Friday at a local nursing home. The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home in Hartselle with the Rev. Bob Williams officiating.
Burial will be in Center Springs Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Tommie Owen Grizzard of Omaha, Neb.; one sister, Sylvia Harbin of Detroit; two brothers, R.C. Hardy of Somerville and Carter Hardy of Valhermoso Springs; and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Frances B. McClure
Frances Brown "Frankie" McClure, 87, of Huntsville died Sunday at her home. The funeral was today at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas Episcopal Church with the Rev. Kee Sloan officiating.
Laughlin Service Funeral Home is in charge of burial arrangements.
Mrs. McClure was raised in Murfreesboro, Tenn., and was a graduate of the University of Tennessee. She taught special education in Birmingham for many years and was a member of St. Marys Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Howard McClure Sr.
Survivors include two daughters, Sally Upchurch of Huntsville and Fran McClure of Morristown, N.J.; one son, Bill McClure of Huntsville; and five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

ALBERTVILLE - Bill W. Miller, 62, of 250 Moman Road died Sunday at a Birmingham hospital. A graveside service was to be held today at 2 p.m. at Marshall Memorial Garden with Adams Funeral Home of Albertville in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Miller; two sons, Randy Miller and Larry Miller, both of Albertville; one stepdaughter, Janice McClendon of Greenville; one stepson, Scotty Harper of Boaz; his mother, Myrtle Miller of Albertville; one sister, Donna Cornelius of Albertville; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mamie O. Mitchell
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Mamie O. Mitchell, 89, died Saturday at her home. The funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. Laughlin Service Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Jim Ashworth officiating.
Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Mitchell was formerly of Huntsville and retired as an LPN from Huntsville Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Mitchell; and one son, Howard Mitchell.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary Joyce Brewer of Olive Branch, Miss.; and four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

ALBERTVILLE - The Rev. Billy Obe Morris, 74, of 180 Legion Road died Sunday at a Birmingham hospital. The funeral was today at 11 a.m. at Albertville Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Burial was in Mount Vernon Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Morris; two daughters, Lanette Burttram of Albertville and Karen Sanders of Boaz; two sons, Nelson Morris of Albertville and Steve Morris of Aroney; one sister, Alta Garrison of Boaz; one brother, Donny Morris of Gadsden; and 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Homer L. Nobles Jr.
Homer L. Nobles Jr., 65, of 6300 Cedar Point Drive in Huntsville died Friday at a Fayetteville, Tenn., nursing home. The funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at St. James Primitive Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Nobles was a deacon at St. James Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Bettye Nobles of Huntsville; three sons, Homer L. Nobles III of Apple Valley, Calif., the Rev. Ronald C. Nobles of Bossier City, La., and Toney Nobles of Huntsville; three daughters, Angela Nobles of Van Nuys, Calif., and Cassandra Townsend and Traci Nobles, both of Huntsville; his mother, Lillie Clay of Huntsville; one sister, Lucille Nobles of Huntsville; one brother, Paul Binford Nobles of Huntsville; two stepbrothers, the Rev. Frank Crutcher and Isaiah Crutcher, both of Huntsville; and nine grandchildren.
Judy Ray
Judy Ray, 67, of Huntsville died Monday at her home. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Holmes Street United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Rutland Jr. and the Rev. Dalton Styes officiating.
Burial will be in Cameron Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Ray was a native of Madison County and a lifelong member of Holmes Street United Methodist Church. She was also a member of North Alabama Craft Association and was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Ray.
Survivors include two daughters, Judy Panucci of Huntsville and Renee Rowse of Meridianville; two sons, Tom Ray and Rex Ray, both of Huntsville; one sister, Jean Strote of Prospect, Tenn.; one brother, Joe Hill Jr. of Decatur; and eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Her body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.
William R. Schmidt William R. Schmidt, 75, of Huntsville died March 5 at his home. There was no funeral.
Valhalla Funeral Home was in charge of burial arrangements.
Mr. Schmidt served in the Navy Seabees during World War II. He was also a member of the Plumbers Union for 50 years.
Survivors include his wife, Norma J. Schmidt of Huntsville; one daughter, Debbie Lester of Glenview, Ill.; three sons, James Schmidt, Christopher Schmidt and Patrick Schmidt, all of Chicago; one sister, Mildred Hennig of Primeston, Ind.; one brother, James Schmidt of Chicago; and seven grandchildren and three nephews.

Mary F. Shirley
FYFFE - Mary F. Shirley, 83, died Monday. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at Beulah Baptist Church with Bro. Jerry Simmons officiating.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel in charge.
Survivors include one daughter, Juliah Fay Hill of Fyffe; one brother, Charles Eber Sizemore of Rainsville; and five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Grady Steeley
SCOTTSBORO - Grady Steeley, 79, died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Venable and the Rev. J.A. Linville officiating.
Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Steeley was preceded in death by his wife, Fern Steeley, and a son, Jimmy Floyd Steeley.
Survivors include his wife, Inez Arnold Steeley; one daughter, Annette Askew of Scottsboro; four stepdaughters, Maudena Payne of Hazel Green, Betty Hastings of Pulaski, Tenn., Una Gray of Atlanta and Teresa Keel of Scottsboro; two stepsons, Bill Arnold and Cecil Arnold, both of Scottsboro; and eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, 12 step grandchildren and nine step great-grandchildren.

Walter P. Stone
Walter P. Stone, 80, of Huntsville died Sunday at a local hospital. The funeral was today at 11 a.m. at Laughlin Service Funeral Home chapel with Dr. William Bostick officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Stone was a World War II veteran who received the Purple Heart. He was a retired NASA aerospace engineer, a former Lions Club member and a University of Alabama graduate.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Coyle Stone of Huntsville; two sons, Walter Stone and Ralph P. Stone, both of Huntsville; one daughter, Maye Kathryn "Sissy" Stevinson of Atlanta; and two grandchildren.

Paul L. Tanner
Paul L. Tanner, 66, of Huntsville died today at his home. Laughlin Service Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Mr. Tanner was a member of Harvest Church of Christ and retired as a NASA contractor after 32 years of work.
Survivors include his wife, Eloise Hargrove Tanner of Huntsville; two sons, Steven Tanner of Huntsville and Scott Tanner of Alpharetta, Ga.; one daughter, Cathy Logan of Huntsville; three sisters, Katherine Levan of Huntsville, Anna Ruth Neal of Catlettsburg, Ky., and Peggy South of Harvest; and seven grandchildren.

Mahlon G. Turner
Mahlon G. Turner, 63, of Huntsville died Monday at a local hospital. Laughlin Service Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Mr. Turner was a pharmacist, a graduate of Alabama Polytechnic Institute and co-owner of Medical Arts Pharmacy. He was president of some local and state pharmaceutical associations and a member of the Huntsville Rotary and 25 clubs.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Turner of Huntsville; three sons, Warren R. Turner of Atlanta, Brad Turner of Mountainview, Ga., and Stuart Turner of Huntsville; his parents, Binford and Elizabeth Turner of Athens; one sister, Gay Terry of Athens; and one granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.

Survivors include two daughters, Vivian White of Birmingham and Donna Creel of Arab; six sons, J.C. White of Birmingham, Alton White and Wendall White, both of Blountsville, Benny White of Tennessee, Roger White of Arab and Terry White of Horton; one sister, Wynell Durham of Arab; and 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
