Mildred W. Baker
Mildred Woodall Baker, 90, of Huntsville died Thursday at her home. The funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home chapel.
She was a longtime resident of Scottsboro and Woodville and was preceded in death by two husbands, Paul R. Hodges and Claude N. Baker.
Survivors include two sons, Paul E. Hodges of Knoxville, Tenn., and Bobby C. Hodges of Huntsville; and five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Union Cemetery Fund in Woodville.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Douglas C. Broyles Jr.
SAN ANTONIO, Fla. - Douglas C. Broyles Jr., 81, died Tuesday at a Tampa hospital. The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Trinity Memorial Gardens Cemetery with full military honors.
Trinity Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is in charge of burial.
Mr. Broyles was a native of Madison.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Broyles of San Antonio; three sons, Douglas Broyles III of Lutz, Fla., Greg Broyles of Tampa and Robert Broyles of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; one daughter, Bonney Dunn of Wenatchee, Wash.; two sisters, Mary Lee Mahaffey of Montevallo and Lucille Alsup of Madison; and seven grandchildren.
Ola Davidson
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Ola Elsie Walker Davidson, 89, of 2626 Walker Road, died Wednesday at her home. The funeral will be today at 11 a.m. at Albertville Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Huntsville.
Survivors include three stepdaughters, Edith Veal and Imogene Domsic, both of Georgia, and Zelma Ward of Albertville; and two stepsons, Edward Davidson of Guntersville and Jerry Davidson of Florida.
Gladys H. Dickson
ALBERTVILLE - Gladys Howard Dickson, 85, of Albertville died Wednesday at a Huntsville hospital. The graveside service will be today at 3 p.m. at Memory Hill Cemetery.
Adams Funeral Home of Albertville is in charge of burial.
She was preceded in death by her husband, L. P. Dickson, a former sheriff of Marshall County.
Jan P. Dunn
UNION GROVE - Jan Parks Dunn, 45, of 5384 Friendship Road died Tuesday. The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Grant Memorial Chapel with Bro. Mark Askew officiating.
Burial will be in Free Home Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Ricky Lynn Dunn of Union Grove; one daughter, Sallie Clark of Union Grove; her mother, Lucille Parks of Grant; her stepmother, Lois Parks of Guntersville; one sister, Joan Jackson of Grant; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Eliza Love
Eliza Love, 73, of 1302 Lancewood Drive in Huntsville died Monday. The funeral will be Sunday at 1 p.m. at First Seventh-day Adventist Church with Elder Benjamin Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Meadowlawn Garden of Peace with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include two daughters, Lena Love of Huntsville and Alice Omaji of Starkville, Miss.; two sons, Bobby Joe Parker of Huntsville and Howard James Parker of Chattanooga, Tenn.; four sisters, Margaret Nance and Olivia Love, both of Huntsville, and Mary Pruett and Peacola Whatley, both of Chattanooga; two brothers, Willie Love of Huntsville and J.T. Love of Cleveland; and five grandchildren.
Her body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.
Thurman Mauldin
Thurman "Tim" Mauldin, 76, of Huntsville died Tuesday at his home. The funeral will be today at 10:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church with Dr. Ralph Langley officiating.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Valhalla Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Mauldin was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Thea Mauldin of Huntsville; three daughters, Julia Mauldin of Massachusetts, Rebecca Roller of Auburn and Lisa Browne of Missouri; three sons, Manning Mauldin of Colorado, Harris Mauldin of Huntsville and Michael Mauldin of Holland; one sister, Edith Davis of Mississippi; and seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the church.
Visitation will be today from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.
Lucille Melton
MADISON - Lucille Melton, 84, died Wednesday at a Moulton hospital. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home in Athens with Ray Pettit officiating.
Burial will be in New Garden Cemetery.
Mrs. Melton was a native of Limestone County, a member of Madison Street Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Survivors include four sons, Charles Melton of Florence, Thomas Melton of Virginia, Ivor Lee Melton and Walter Melton, both of Madison; one daughter, Barbara Jean Moody of Haleyville; two brothers, Jesse Putman of Athens and Olibe Putman of Elkmont; one sister, Dora Osborne of Coco Beach, Fla.; and 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Madison Street Baptist Church.
Tommy B. Moore
ARAB - Tommy Bain Moore, 63, of 7050 Brashiers Chapel Road, died Wednesday at a local hospital. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at Guntersville Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Brookwood Cemetery in Arab.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Moore; one daughter, Brianna Moore of Arab; two sons, Phillip Moore of Double Springs and Lindsey Lyons Jr. of Arab; two sisters, Sandra Long and Mary Whitehead, both of Albertville; and one brother, Anthony Moore of Albertville.
Teresa Pinto
Teresa Pinto of Huntsville died Thursday at a local hospital. The funeral will be later in Rhode Island.
Burial will be in St. Mark's Cemetery in Rhode Island with Laughlin Service Funeral Home in charge of local arrangements.
Survivors include one nephew, Vincent E. Colane of Rhode Island; and five great-nieces, eight great-great-nieces, two great-nephews and one great-great-great-nephew.
Susie L. Price PARKER CITY, Ind. - Susie L. Pricedied Tuesday in Indiana. Laughlin Service Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
She was formerly of Huntsville and a member of Central Baptist Church in Huntsville.
Survivors include one daughter, Jeanette Gaddis of Indiana; one son, Gene C. Price of Meridianville; and six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
L. Albert Richards
L. Albert Richards, 87, of Huntsville died Thursday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with the Rev. Louis Giardino officiating.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Pittsburgh, Pa., with Laughlin Service Funeral Home in charge of local arrangements.
Mr. Richards was a retired train movement director for Union Railroad, a member of the Union Railroad Welfare Association, the Veterans Association and the Men's Club and a former member of the church council at St. Joseph's Church in Duquesne, Pa. He was also a member of Council No. 4210 of the Knights of Columbus, former president of Duquesne Annex Fire Company's Seniors Group, a member of the 55-plus Seniors of St. Agnes in West Mifflin, Pa. and a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Huntsville.
Survivors include his wife, Marie C. Manns Richards of Huntsville; one son, Lawrence A. Richards Jr. of Huntsville; one daughter, Carol A. Richards Pritchard of Ivyland, Pa.; one brother, John B. Richards of Libertyboro, Pa.; and seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 7:30 p.m. with a vigil at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the Holy Spirit Catholic Church building fund, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the American Heart Association.

ALBERTVILLE - Katharine Mae Segers, 69, died Wednesday. The funeral will be today at 11 a.m. at Little Antioch Church with the Rev. Jimmy Estes, the Rev. Junior Kitchens and the Rev. James Malone officiating.
Burial will be in Rehobeth Cemetery with Albertville Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include her husband, Jim Segers of Albertville; two sons, Jimmy Segers of Guntersville and Alan Segers of Jackson, Miss.; two daughters, Sandra Sorter of Guntersville and Donna Patterson of Albertville; two brothers, James Jones of Gadsden and Ed Jones of Tennessee; two sisters, Sarah Bunch of Enterprise and Ruth Jones of Florida; and six grandchildren.
Wanda R. Smith
UNION GROVE - Wanda Ruth Smith, 65, died Wednesday at her home. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at New Hope Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Joe Stephenson officiating.
Burial will be in Hayden Cemetery in New Hope.
Survivors include her husband, James E. Smith of Union Grove; one daughter, Jan Layne of Owens Cross Roads; one son, Danny Moon of Owens Cross Roads; two stepdaughters, Debbie Wooten of Union Grove and Darlene Boyd of California; one stepson, Dennis Dombrowski of California; and one brother, three sisters, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
James C. Wade
ALBERTVILLE - James Christopher Wade, 6, of 1190 Rice Mill-Chavers Road, died Thursday at his home. The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Albertville Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Union Grove Cemetery.
He was a student at Big Spring Lake Elementary School.
Survivors include his parents, Ken and Marsha Wade of Albertville; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Wade and Mr. and Mrs. J.T. Hanvey, all of Albertville; and one great-grandmother, Retta Payne of Albertville.
William E. Weaver
William Edward Weaver Sr., 80, of Huntsville died Thursday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Sunday at 2:15 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Andy Wisner officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Weaver was a native of Limestone County and had lived in Huntsville most of his life. He was also a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Carlene L. Weaver of Huntsville; three sons, William "Billy" Weaver of Huntsville, Charles "Chuck" Weaver of Decatur and Mark Weaver of Gurley; three daughters, Carrol Barrett of Meridianville and Brenda Martin and Susan Wright, both of Madison; three brothers, Roland "Chuck" Weaver and Paul Weaver, both of Huntsville, and Charles Weaver of Madison; five sisters, Elaine Hooper of McBurg, Tenn., Viola Carroll and Reba McCary, both of Huntsville, Goldie Sellers of Morgan City and Catherine White of El Monte, Calif.; and 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Jessie L. Zarger, 64, of Huntsville died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at Valhalla Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
Survivors include her husband, Courson Zarger of Huntsville; three daughters, Suzanne Zarger of Huntsville, Michelle Marshall of Nicholasville, Ky., and Tina Bagby of Campbellsville, Ky.; one son, Curtis Zarger of Louisville, Ky.; and eight grandchildren.
