FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. - Mr. Michael Daniel, 20, of 281 Ardmore Highway died Thursday at a Lincoln County hospital. The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Brother Jim Swafford officiating.
Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Daniel was employed by Cherokee Tree Service in Toney.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Charles W. and Jean Boyett Daniel of Fayetteville; his mother and stepfather, Dianne Ray and Jerry Crowell of Fayetteville; one sister, Brenda Manning of Kentucky; two brothers Phillip Daniel of Fayetteville and Terry Daniel of Nashville; one step-sister, Pam Armstrong of Hazel Green ; six step-brothers, Mike Rochelle, Dickey Rochelle, Tony Rochelle and Stan Rochelle, all of Hazel Green, Randy Crowell and Brian Crowell, both of Fayetteville; step-grandmother, Gracie Boyett of Hazel Green ; and maternal grandmother, Dorothy Ray of Athens.
Visitation with the family will be today after 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
Lottie Inez Fowler
ATTALLA - Mrs. Lottie Inez Fowler, 67, of Attalla died Friday. The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Free Home Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack Miller officiating.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Survivors include three daughters, Linda Bozarth of Woodville, Paulette Fowler of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Darla Faylene Plunkett of Hazel Green ; two sons, Lonnie M. Fowler of Gurley and Raymond Fowler of Rome, Ga.; two sisters, Ruby Justice of Woodville and Mabel Sluce of Milledgeville, Ill.; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and one step- great-grandchild.
Visitation will be today from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Thomas R. Harrison
DORA - Thomas Randall "Randy" Harrison, 39, died Thursday at a Walker County hospital. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at New Horizon Memorial Chapel with Joe Spivy officiating.
Burial will be in Walker Memory Gardens in Jasper.
Mr. Harrison was a former chief jailer with the Walker County Sheriffs Department. He was also a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Robin Cottrell Harrison of Jasper; one daughter, Rilee Harrison of Jasper; one son, Jake Randall Harrison of Jasper; his mother, Mickie Harrison of Huntsville; two sisters, Kim Wright of Atlanta and Wendy Berry of Huntsville; two brothers, John Harrison of Jasper and Lee Harrison of Birmingham; two grandmothers, Mildred Harrison of Dora and Eileen Taylor of Huntsville; and several nieces and nephews.
Marvin B. Jones
Marvin B. Jones, 59, of 2603 Gibson St. died Monday at a local hospital.
Burial was Friday in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Bettye P. Jones of Huntsville, four sons, Alfred Kent Coger of Mooresville, N.C., Blohely Jones and Todd Readus Jones, both of Detroit, and Reginald D. Pace of Atlanta; two daughters, Yolanda Toney of Huntsville and Anita P. Kirkman of Honolulu; and five grandchildren.
Mark A. Kendall
SCOTTSBORO - Mark A. Kendall, 40, of Scottsboro died Wednesday. The funeral will be today at 9 a.m. at the Scottsboro Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Raispis officiating.
Burial will be in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include one daughter, Katie Kendall of Guntersville; three sons, Justin Kendall, Michael Kendall and Stephen Kendall, all of Guntersville; his parents, Bob and Mary Ann Kendall of Scottsboro; and one brother, Matthew Kendall of Knoxville, Tenn.
Susan Marie Kincaid
ELKMONT - Mrs. Susan Marie Kincaid, 43, of Tillman Mill Road died Tuesday at her home. The funeral will be today at 10 a.m. at Spry Funeral Home in Athens.
Burial will be in Runyan Cemetery in Tennessee.
Mrs. Kincaid was employed by Avis Car Rental and SCI.
Survivors include her husband, Douglas A. Kincaid; her parents, Kenneth and Mary Stephens of Oklahoma City; one daughter, Meagan Miller of Elkmont; one son, Tony Meinert of Birmingham; one grandmother, Hildred Bauman of Shawnee, Okla.; two sisters, Cindy Pritchett and Teresa Andrews, both of Oklahoma; one brother, Kenny Stephens of Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews.
Walton Kindred
Walton Kindred, 65, of 2825 Gus Grissom Drive died Tuesday at his home. The funeral will be Sunday at 1 p.m. at First Seventh-day Adventist Church with Dr. Sherman Cox officiating.
Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include four daughters, Carolyn Anderson Garland and Yolanda Bradford, both of Huntsville, Helena Kindred of Marietta, Ga., and Christel Ford of Douglasville, Ga.; three sons, Maurice Kindred of Huntsville, Walton Kindred Jr. of Palms, Calif., and Darryl Kindred of Smyrna, Ga.; two brothers, John Kindred of Albuquerque, N.M., and Daniel Kindred of Detroit, Mich.; and 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
His body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.
Roly Kluger
ATHENS - Roly Kluger, 46, died Thursday at an Athens hospital. The graveside service will be Sunday at 10 a.m. at Twickenham Memory Gardens with Rabbi David Jacobs officiating.
Twickenham Funeral Home will be in charge of burial.
Mr. Kluger lived in Indiana before moving to Athens two years ago.
Survivors include his wife, Susan E. Kluger of Athens; two sons, Joshua B. Kluger and Keith M. Kluger, both of Athens; his mother Martha Kluger of Cora Springs, Fla.; and one sister, Lily Haggag of Franklin, Tenn.
Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
Sandra G. Marbut
ALBERTVILLE - Sandra Gay Marbut, 53, of Albertville died Thursday at her home. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Lynn Marbut of Albertville; father, Odell Bonds; two sisters, Janice Wilder of Boaz and Jane Gallman of Albertville; and three brothers, Ray Bonds, Mac Bonds and Roy Bonds, all of Albertville.
Emma Middlebrook
ALBERTVILLE - Emma Kate Light Middlebrook, 80, of 506 Barnes St., died Thursday in a Huntsville hospital. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at Arab Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Hebron Church of Christ Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Jake Middlebrook; two daughters, Helen Jenkins of Huntsville and Ann Eberhardt of North Carolina; two sons, Max Light of Guntersville and Dennis Light of Arab; one stepson, Jacob Middlebrook Jr. of Florida; and seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Heinrich K.R. Paetz
GRANT - Heinrich Karl Robert Paetz, 88, of Grant died Thursday at his residence. The funeral will be Monday at 1 p.m. with Pastor John Means officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Paetz was a native of Hannover-Linden, Germany, and a resident of Grant for the past 28 years. He was an orginal member of the von Braun rocket team and retired from NASA in 1970.
Survivors include one daughter, Karen Keuchel of Hamburg, Germany; two sons, Juergen Paetz of Huntsville and Hein Paetz of Plantation, Fla.; and two granddaughters, Elaine Paetz and Amy Paetz of Huntsville.
Visitation will be Sunday from 6-8 p.m.
Lucille Parker
HYTOP - Mrs. Lucille Parker, 76, of Hytop, died Thursday at her home. The funeral will be Sunday at the Hytop Holiness Church with the Rev. Ed Avans and the Rev. Shirley Byrum officiating.
Burial will be in Hytop Cemetery with Scottsboro Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include her husband, Alvie Parker; three daughters, Marie Smedley of Virginia Beach, Va., and Dorothy Smedley and Ellen Couch, both of Hytop; two sons, Wayne Parker of New Hope and Martin Parker of Hytop; two sisters, Ida Parker of Hytop and Irene Pennington of Calera; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Mukesh C. Shah
Mukesh Chimanlal Shah, 46, of Huntsville died Wednesday at a local hospital. The memorial service will be today at 3 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home.
Mr. Shah was a native of India, had lived in Huntsville seven years and worked as an engineer for SCI.
Survivors include his wife, Surekhaben Shah of Huntsville; one daughter, Miral Shah of Huntsville; one son, Ankit Shah of Huntsville; his mother, Reva Ben Shah of Huntsville; four brothers, Kanti Lal Shah, Bhanu Bhai Shah, Jitendra Bhai Shah and Ravindra Bhai Shah, all of Huntsville; two sisters, Suni Ta Ben Shah and Indumati Ben Shah, both of India.
Visitation will be today from 2 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
James W. Sullivan
Mr. James W. Sullivan, 63, of 3906 Goldwire Circle died Tuesday at his residence. The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at St. James P.B. Church with Rev. Billy Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens Cemetery with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include three daughters, Cindy J. Humphrey of Huntsville, Peggie A. Felder of Kennesaw, Ga., and Angela Sullivan of Boston, Mass.; his mother Annie Bell Sullivan of Huntsville; two stepdaughters, Carol Y. Braggs of Newport News, Va., and Jennifer D. Bishop of Kennesaw, Ga.; two stepsons, David Braggs of Huntsville and Marvin Braggs of Fort Worth, Texas; three sisters, Carolyn Sullivan and Rosalyn Archie, both of Huntsville, and Beatrice Morris of Decatur; two brothers, Barry Sullivan of Huntsville and Nathaniel Sullivan of Clayton; and 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
His body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.
Ralph F. Tiley
SCOTTSBORO - Ralph F. Tiley, 82, of Scottsboro, died Sunday. A memorial service will be today at 11 a.m. at the Scottsboro Funeral Home.
Mr. Tiley was an office manager at Pease-Overton Lumber Co.
Survivors include his wife, LaVon Tiley; one daughter, Gail Gahring; one son, Gary Tiley; one sister, Doris Adkerson; and three grandchildren.
Ethan I. Williams
HARVEST - Ethan Isaac Williams, infant son of David and Tammy Williams, died Thursday at a Decatur hospital. The graveside service will be today at 2 p.m. at Huntsville Memory Gardens with Rev. Mike Allison officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing.
Other survivors include his grandparents, James and Christine Hoskins of Decatur, Anita Williams of Decatur; and great-grandparents, Johnny and Ruby Johnson of Bessemer.
John H. Williams
BOAZ - John Hershel Williams, 71, of 50 Blackbottom Road died Thursday in a Gadsden hospital. The funeral will be today at 3 p.m. at Carr Funeral Home in Boaz.
Burial will be in Walls Chapel Cemetery.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary F. Riddlespur and Lula M. Gregory, both of Gadsden.
