Jeanne B. Accardi
Jeanne Burns Accardi, 76, of Huntsville died Monday at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Laughlin Service Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Roy R. Accardi of Huntsville; two daughters, Claire Denise Accardi of Huntsville and Joan Lankford of Tacoma, Wash.; one son, James Roy Accardi of Huntsville; and four grandchildren.
Marguerite Daugherty
LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. - Marguerite Elizabeth Daugherty, 77, died Wednesday. The funeral will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Mount Catholic Church in Lookout Mountain with the Rev. Frank Richardson officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery with Wann Funeral Home of Chattanooga, Tenn., in charge.
Mrs. Daugherty was a member of Our Lady of the Mount Catholic Church, the Ladies Altar Society, the Womens Bridge Club and Fairyland Country Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Milton Daugherty Sr.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Patrick Daugherty of Lookout Mountain and Joseph Milton Daugherty Jr. of Ardmore, Tenn.; two daughters, Brenda Daugherty Armstrong of Scottsboro and Barbra Ann Daugherty of Huntsville; and nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church.

Eva H. DeVaney
HARTSELLE - Eva Hightower DeVaney, 62, of 602 Pattillo Circle died Tuesday at a local hospital. The funeral was to be today at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home with the Rev. Francis Proctor officiating.
Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery.
Mrs. DeVaney was a member of Speake Christian Fellowship Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandy Russell and Penny Cottingham, both of Decatur; three sons, Kenneth Hightower, Rickey Hightower and Chris Hightower, all of Hartselle; two sisters, Frances Herron and Minnie Lawrence, both of Hartselle; and 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Anneliese E. Dilworth
APPLETON, Wis. - Anneliese E. Dilworth, 61, died Tuesday in Appleton. No service is planned.
Wichmann Funeral Home of Appleton was in charge of arrangements.
She was born in Germany but lived in Huntsville as a child.
Survivors include two daughters, Lisa A. Stephens of Alpharetta, Ga., and Eleanor M. Dilworth of Addison, Ill.; one brother, Dr. Otto F. Eisenhardt of Birmingham; and three grandchildren.

Pearl H. Ford
Pearl H. Ford, 92, of 3238 Delicado Drive in Huntsville died Sunday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Beaver Dam P.B. Church with the Rev. McKinley Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Beaver Dam Cemetery with Nelms Memorial Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include one son, Jimmie Ford of Chattanooga, Tenn.; and seven grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
Her body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.
John R. Grimwood
HAZEL GREEN - John Robert "Bob" Grimwood, 80, died Wednesday at his home. The funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with Jeff Havens and Tommy Rosenblum officiating.
Mr. Grimwood was a lifelong resident of Madison County and was a World War II veteran. He was also a retired dairy farmer and was a member of the Madison County school board from 1967 to 1976. He was a member of Hazel Green Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Martin Grimwood.
Survivors include one daughter, Joan Grimwood Alday of Stafford, Va.; one son, Dale Martin Grimwood of Hazel Green ; one sister, Martha Shinkle of Meridianville; two brothers, William O. Grimwood of Hazel Green and Dave N. Grimwood of Richmond, Va.; and three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Patricia S. Hanson
Patricia Stuckman Hanson, 70, of Huntsville died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Friday at 3 p.m. at Laughlin Service Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Dalton B. Styes officiating.
Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Hanson worked in Huntsville city schools for 26 years and taught more than 5,000 seventh-graders. She began teaching at Chapman Middle School the year it opened. She also did volunteer work and was a member of the Holmes Street United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, R. Frank Hanson.
Survivors include three daughters, Janyce Stout of Elizabethtown, Ky., Lynn Sims of Alamosa, Colo., and Mary Pat Riley of Huntsville; two sons, Hugh Hanson of Huntsville and Phillip Hanson of Raleigh, N.C.; one sister, Elizabeth Geer of Cleveland, N.Y.; and eight grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
William D. Hornsby
CONYERS, Ga. - William Duncan "Bill" Hornsby, 78, died Tuesday at a Dunwoody, Ga., hospice center. The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Maple Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Edmonds officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville in charge.
Mr. Hornsby was formerly of Gurley and Huntsville. He was a World War II Marine Corps veteran and was retired from Sears in Huntsville. He attended First Baptist Church in Gurley.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Doughten Hornsby of Conyers, Ga.; one daughter, Dianne Still of Conyers; two sons, David Charles Hornsby and Robert Daughn Hornsby, both of Huntsville; and four grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Jeanne Townes Lowe, 81, of Huntsville died Wednesday at a local hospital. The graveside service will be Friday at 11:30 a.m. at Maple Hill Cemetery with the Rev. A. Emile Joffrion officiating.

Mrs. Lowe was a member of the Order of St. Luke, the Grace Club and Saint Stephens Episcopal Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Jean Halsey Lowe and Linda Darwin Lowe, both of Huntsville; and one brother, Harry Rhett Townes of Huntsville.

SWOOPE, Va. - Jeb Ray McDonald, 20, died Monday in Charlottesville, Va. The graveside service will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Cameron United Methodist Church Cemetery in Gurley with the Rev. Bill Stone officiating.
Laughlin Service Funeral Home will be in charge of local arrangements.
Survivors include his mother, Linda "Ray" McDonald Meinert of Swoope; his father, William H. McDonald of Chattanooga; one brother, Merv McDonald of Chattanooga; one sister, Molly Meinert of Swoope; his stepfather, Vic William Meinert of Swoope; his maternal grandmother, Patty Ray of Huntsville; his paternal step-grandmother, Dorothy Arnold Meinert of Fisherville, Va.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

KELSO, Tenn. - Margaret Nix, 52, of Champ Road died Tuesday at a Lincoln County hospital. The funeral will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Gallant Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Barnett officiating.
Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Nix was a native of Madison County, was a member of Christian Learning Center in Park City, Tenn., and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Guy Lee Nix of Kelso; two sons, Terry Wooten of Flintville, Tenn., and Gene Tuck Jr. of Athens; one stepson, Joshua Lee Nix of Elora, Tenn.; two daughters, Shelia Nix of Flintville and Julie Kleshinski of Huntsville; her father, Bill Jennings of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; one brother, Michael Norwood of Monrovia; two sisters, Debbie Meeks of Huntsville and Daisy Grimes of New Hope; and seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
Visitation was to be today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Floyd Seay
Floyd "Biggon" Seay, 81, of 310 Ward Ave. died Saturday at a local nursing home. The funeral will be Saturday at noon at Union Chapel M.B. Church with the Rev. O. Wendell Davis officiating.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include three daughters, Theresa Seay, Amelia M. Seay and Angelia F. Seay, all of Huntsville; four sons, Floyd E. Seay and Carl L. Seay, both of Huntsville, Reginald Seay of Decatur, Ga., and Floyd Martin of Paramount, Calif.; one sister, Henrietta Townsend of Detroit; one brother, Lawrence Seay of Huntsville; and 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
His body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.

Jewell D. Shipe
Jewell Dean Shipe, 71, of Huntsville died Tuesday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with Dr. Jimmy Jackson officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Shipe was a native of Dyersburg, Tenn., and had lived in Huntsville 33 years. She also attended Whitesburg Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Stuart D. Shipe of Huntsville; one daughter, Judy Lassiter of Huntsville; one son, Steven Dale Shipe of Cincinnati, Ohio; one sister, Patsy Leishman of Altadena, Calif.; five brothers, Harold Borden of Colorado Springs, Colo., Royce Borden of Virginia and Bobby Borden, Jerry Borden and Jimmy Borden, all of Dyersburg, Tenn.; and one granddaughter.

BRIDGEPORT - Bo Stewart, 69, died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral was to be today at 4 p.m. at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson with the Rev. Donnie Guinn officiating.
Burial was to be in Union Cemetery in Woodville.
Survivors include his wife, Sue C. Stewart; one daughter, Pam White of Bridgeport; two sons, Blaine Stewart of Whitwell, Tenn.; and Bryan Stewart of Bridgeport; two sisters, Louise Roden of Scottsboro and Edna Wallace of Florence; and four grandchildren.
Virginia Stewart
ALBERTVILLE - Virginia ''Granny Stewart, 88, of 13 First St. died Tuesday at a local hospital. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home in Albertville.
Burial will be in Marshall Memorial Garden.
Mrs. Stewart was a former hostess at Adams Funeral Home.
Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Mashburn of Albertville; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
R. Webster-Reinert
Robert Webster-Reinert, 83, of Huntsville died Tuesday at a local nursing home. The funeral will be tonight at 7 p.m. at Laughlin Service Funeral Home chapel with Antonio John officiating.

Survivors include one daughter, Nancy Webster of Huntsville; one granddaughter, Dawn Ellen Baxter of Toney; two grandsons, Peter Robert Schneider and Noel Torrey Webster, both of Huntsville; and two great-grandchildren.

John Larry Woodard, 50, of Huntsville died Wednesday at his home. The graveside service will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Fords Chapel Cemetery.
