Jeanne B. Accardi
Jeanne Burns Accardi, 76, of Huntsville died Monday at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London. The funeral will be today at 11 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with the Rev. Louis Giardino officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery with Laughlin Service Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include her husband, Roy R. Accardi of Huntsville; two daughters, Claire Denise Accardi of Huntsville and Joan Lankford of Tacoma, Wash.; one son, James Roy Accardi of Huntsville; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be today at 10 a.m. at the church.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.

James S. Crisco
UNION GROVE - James Shelby Crisco, 72, of 193 Crisco Road died Friday at his residence. The funeral will be today at 3 p.m. at Pine Ridge Baptist Church.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Arab Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Crisco; three daughters, Shelby Rikli of Apopka, Fla., Mary Trussell of Anniston and Carol Knighten of Union Grove; two sisters, Wilma Allen of Somerville and Elsie Hendrix of Union Grove; and two grandchildren.

Martha O. Dupree
Martha Ophelia Dupree, 68, of Huntsville died Friday at a local hospital. Spry Funeral Home will announce the funeral.
Mrs. Dupree was a member of Gurley Church of God.
Survivors include four daughters, Connie Hodges and Barbara Hodges, both of New Market, Lisa Cantrell of Huntsville and Phyllis Bartolo of Detroit; four sons, Ricky Dupree, Billy Dupree, Danny Dupree and Robert Dupree, all of Huntsville; one sister, Omie Glover of Huntsville; two brothers, Shelby Lanford of Huntsville and Claude Lanford of Florida; 36 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Robert W. Emrick
Robert Warren Emrick, 74, of Huntsville died Thursday at home. A memorial service will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at Memorial Southern Methodist Church with the Rev. William S. Daniel and the Rev. Rudy Whitaker officiating.
Spry Funeral Home will direct.
Mr. Emrick was a native of Hawaii and had lived in Huntsville the past 38 years. He was a Navy veteran, a retiree from civil service and a member of Southern Methodist.
Survivors include his wife, Jean K. Emrick; two daughters, Donna Eileen Emrick of Toney and Mary Deete Parsons of Alexandria, Va.; and three grandsons.
Memorial donations may be made to Southern Methodist.

Ray T. Epperson
Ray Talmadge Epperson, 71, of Huntsville died Aug. 29 at home. Spry Funeral Home will announce the funeral.
Mr. Epperson was a retired Army sergeant major, a native of Leeds and had lived in Huntsville since 1975.
Survivors include his wife, Hermine E. Epperson; and one daughter, Kristina E. Epperson, both of Vienna, Austria.

Russell Eschenberg
Russell Eschenberg, 76, of Huntsville died Friday at a local hospital. Laughlin Service Funeral Home will announce the funeral.
Survivors include his wife, Eve Eschenberg; two sons, Gary Eschenberg of Colorado Springs and Kent Eschenberg of Vicksburg, Miss.; and two grandchildren, Jenny Eschenberg and Scott Eschenberg, both of Colorado Springs.

Linda Kay Fanning
Linda Kay Fanning, 50, of Huntsville died Friday at her home. The funeral will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Sparks officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Fanning was an Illinois native, had lived in Huntsville since 1972 and worked for Cooks Pest Control.
Survivors include one son, Donald S. Fanning; one stepsister, Connie Freeman of Somerville; one stepbrother, Ronnie Moody of Huntsville; her mother, Elna J. Moody; her stepfather, J.D. Moody, all of Huntsville; and one brother, Ronald D. Johnson of Danville.

Carrie Hall
SCOTTSBORO - Carrie Hall, 80, died Wednesday at her home. The funeral was Friday at Oak Grove Holiness Church in the Swearengin community with the Rev. Clarence Webb and the Rev. Arthur McAllister officiating.
Burial was in New Prospect Cemetery.
Mrs. Hall was a native of Marshall County and a member of Pleasant Grove Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Hall.
Survivors include one daughter, Carolyn Shelton of Section; four sons, Roy Hall, Alvin Hall and Burl Hall, all of Scottsboro; and Harvey Hall of Woodville; one sister, Eleanor Dunn of Scottsboro; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Olen D. Holland
BOAZ - Olen D. Holland, 76, of a local Nursing Home, died Friday at a Birmingham hospital. The graveside service will be today at 3 p.m. at Beulah Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Marcelle Holland of Birmingham; a daughter, Sheila Malcomb of Trussville; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Michael C. Hurt
MADISON - Michael Christiaan Hurt, 29, died Friday at a Huntsville hospital. The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Highland Baptist Church with the Rev. David McMichael and the Rev. John Thweatt officiating.
Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens with Spry Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Hurt was a native of Bristol, Tenn., and had lived in Madison County the past 13 years. He worked at Intergraph.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy Hurt; his father, Lynn Hurt of Brooksville, Fla.; his mother, Joan Rogers of Bristol; his stepmother, Beth Hurt of Brooksville; three sisters, Angie Phillips of Bristol, and Suzanne Hurt and Katie Hurt, both of Brooksville; his grandmother, Mrs. Edward Castle of Bristol; and two special friends, Brian Phillips and Brandy Phillips.
Visitation will be today at Spry from 6 to 9 p.m.
The body will be at the church an hour before the funeral.

Hayden Long
STEVENSON - Hayden Long, 75, died Thursday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson with the Rev. J.R. Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Pinehaven Memorial Cemetery in Hollywood.
Mr. Long was a sawmill worker and an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include two sisters, Emma Long of Stevenson and Monteen Lannon of Ohio.
Visitation will be today from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Robert C. Sanders
Robert Corneal Sanders, 58, of 2802 Attu Court died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be today at 3 p.m. at Royal Funeral Home with the Rev. Theodis Acklin officiating.
Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Michael Sanders of Huntsville; one stepson, Richard Similton Jr. of Huntsville; two sisters, Madgie Davis and Macie McCarver, both of Huntsville; and five brothers, George Sanders of Huntsville, Ervin Sanders of New Market, Ike Davis and Leonard Hampton, both of Huntsville, and Jimmy Davis of Decatur.

Arthur Steely
Arthur John Steely, 61, of Huntsville died Thursday at a local hospital. The memorial service will be today at 11 a.m. at Holmes Street United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dalton Styes officiating.
Laughlin Service Funeral Home will be directing.
Survivors include his wife, Judy R. Steely; one son, James Michael Steely of Huntsville; one daughter, Janet S. Lyons of Atlanta; and his mother, Lillian Steely of Pleasant Grove.
Memorial donations may be made to Holmes Street United Methodist Church for the childrens library, 501 Holmes Ave., Huntsville 35801.
Visitation will be at the church one hour before the service.

Gordon W. Wright
Gordon W. Wright, 71, of Huntsville died Friday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the Bicentennial Chapel on Redstone Arsenal.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Valhalla Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Wright was an Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Hilda Wright; two daughters, Maureen Anderton of Scottsboro and Susan Thomas of Clearmont, Fla.; one son, Gordon W. Wright Jr. of Lewisburg, Tenn.; one sister, Shirley Kerr of Connecticut; one brother, Donald Wright of Connecticut; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
