Rebecca Simms, who worked as a manager at a convenience store, died Sunday at her home in Mobile. She was 54.
The Mobile native was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Rosey Tanner of Mobile and C.J. Beggs of San Diego; one son, James Yow of Jacksonville, Fla.; one brother, Dalton Lawrence of Mobile; three sisters, Annie Dove and Avice Efstathio, both of Mobile, and Carol McKinley of Pensacola; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 tonight at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, with services at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.

Stanley Haselmaier
MOUNT VERNON - Stanley Brent Haselmaier, a mechanic, died Monday in a local hospital. He was 41.
A native of Mobile, Haselmaier lived in Mount Vernon, where he was a member of Mount Vernon United Methodist Church.
He graduated from McIntosh Academy in 1975. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Navy in Guam. He was also a graduate of Southwest Technical College.
Survivors include his parents, Rudolph H. and Sylvia Ann Haselmaier of Mount Vernon; two brothers, Ronald G. Haselmaier of Satsuma and Joseph Wesley Haselmaier of Mount Vernon; and one sister, Susan Teresa Haselmaier.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at Mount Vernon United Methodist Church, with services at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Methodist Cemetery in Mount Vernon. Freeman Funeral Home in Citronelle is in charge of arrangements.

Tim Elvin Lundy
Tim Elvin Lundy, who worked as a quality control inspector with Bender Marine, died Monday at his home. He was 47.
Lundy, a native and resident of Mobile, served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Beth Lundy of Grand Bay; one daughter, Ashley Collier of Mobile; his parents, George and Doris Lundy of Mobile; three sisters, Margie Seelhorst and Darlene Watson, both of Mobile, and Carla Inzina of Natchez, Miss.; and one brother, Rodney Lundy of Mobile.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 tonight at Pine Crest Funeral Home on Dauphin Island Parkway, with services at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.

William Lee Rodgers
William Lee Rodgers, a lifelong resident of Mobile County, died Nov. 22. He was 20.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Annett and Gerald Bosarge of Irvington; his father and stepmother, Richard and Darlene Rodgers of Bayou La Batre; two brothers, Richard L. Rodgers Jr. of Atmore and Bobby W. Rodgers of Irvington; his wife, Kandi Houston Rodgers of Theodore; and his grandparents, Perry and Ann Dalton of Pensacola.
Services were Monday at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street with burial in Serenity Memorial Gardens.

Sandra E. Snowden
Sandra Elizabeth Snowden, who had worked as a tax preparer with H&R; Block, died Friday in a local hospital. She was 51.
A lifelong Mobile resident, Mrs. Snowden was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, James C. Snowden Jr. of Mobile; two sons, Dr. Michael Snowden of Morris, Minn., and Calvin Snowden of New Orleans; her mother, Lula T. Little of Mobile; her father, Arthur Boyer of Philadelphia; and one grandchild.
Johnson-Allen Mortuary will announce arrangements.

Cleveland Scott
Cleveland Scott, a member and usher at St. Peter Baptist Church, died Friday at a local hospital.
Scott, who had turned 90 on Nov. 15, was a native of Ackerville, Ala., and a resident of Mobile. He formerly lived in Brooklyn, N.Y., where he had served as a deacon at Bethesda Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Alene S. Anderson and Marileta McMillian, both of Mobile; two sisters, Nellie Franklin of Birmingham and Leila S. Jenkins of Selma; one brother, Comer Scott of Pensacola; three stepchildren, Alfreda Hicks and Ruby Durette, both of Mobile, and Alfred Hicks of Atlanta; eight grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Christian Benevolent Funeral Home, and also after 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter Baptist Church, 650 S. Bayou St., with visitation at 10 a.m. and services at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.

Helen R. Cannon
Helen R. Cannon, a member of Travis Road Baptist Church, died Monday at a local hospital. She was 71.
Mrs. Cannon was a native and resident of Mobile.
Survivors include four children, Linda M. Hughes and Carolyn Wallace, both of Bessemer, Ala., and Kenneth Mark Cannon and John Andrew Cannon, both of Mobile; one sister, Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Rogers of Mobile; one brother, Arthur Rose Jr. of Mobile; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is scheduled for noon Thursday at Travis Road Baptist Church, with visitation at 11 a.m. Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street is handling arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
