Fred D. Crigler
Fred Davis Crigler, a member of Government Street Methodist Church, died Sunday at a local hospital after a lengthy illness. He was 85.
Crigler, a native of Mobile, was a longtime resident of Baldwin County.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Molyneux Crigler of Mobile; a son, Paul David Crigler of Birmingham; a daughter, Nancy Elizabeth Weinberg of Greenville, S.C.; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Government Street Methodist Church, with a memorial service set for 10:30 a.m.

Ella Ree Law
Ella Ree "Sister" Law, a member of New Light Missionary Baptist Church, died Thursday. She was 68.
Mrs. Law, a native of Thomaston, Ala., resided in Prichard. She had served on the mission board at her church. She was a former member of St. Joseph Baptist Church.
Survivors include nine children, Eligah Miller of Leeds, Ala., Christine Harris, Joanne Harris, Shirley Davis, Willie Mae Tate, Linda Larcenia Williams, Joyce Pettway, Tommie Law and Carolyn Fleming, all of Mobile; four brothers, Leroy Miller, Theodore Miller, Robert Miller and Walter Miller, all of Birmingham; 34 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Viewing will be today from noon to 5 p.m. at Christian Benevolent Funeral Home. A second viewing will be Wednesday at New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 3946 St. Stephens Road, from 9 a.m. until visitation begins at 10 a.m., with services at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Whispering Pines Cemetery.

Grady F. Stagner
Grady F. Stagner, a native of Clanton, Ala., and resident of Mobile, died Sunday at a local hospital. He was 82.
Survivors include his wife, Nettie B. Stagner; two children, Josephine Hough and Joseph Stagner; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services are set for 2 p.m. today at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Radney Funeral Home in Saraland is directing.

Jeff L. Tolbert
Jeff L. Tolbert, a native of Marengo County who resided in Creola, died Monday at a local hospital.
Survivors include his daughter, Deanna Casleton of Biloxi; his mother, Mae J. Tolbert of Creola; a sister, Pat Stanley of Charlotte, N.C.; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland from 11 a.m. until services begin at 2 p.m., with burial at Creola Cemetery.

Hazel S. Tyra
Hazel Sims Tyra, a Theodore homemaker for the past 12 years, died Sunday at a local hospital. She was 67.
Mrs. Tyra was a native of Bumpass, Va., where she had been a member of Sharon Christian Church.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Tyra of Theodore, and her sister, Beatrice King of Richmond, Va.
Visitation will be this evening from 5 to 8 at Serenity Funeral Home.

Lucile J. Williams
ROBINSON SPRINGS, Ala. - Lucile Judkins Williams, 94, died Saturday at her Robinson Springs residence.
She is survived by a daughter, Joan W. Backes, and a son, Judkins B. Williams Sr., both of Mobile; a sister, Eugenia J. Sparks of Robinson Springs; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services are set for 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Prattville, Ala., with burial at Brookside Cemetery in Millbrook, Ala.

Rodgers R. Frison
Rodgers R. "Sporty" Frison, a native and resident of Mobile, died Saturday at a local hospital. He was 69.
He is survived by two daughters, Yvette Jackson and Jalaine Blackston of Mobile; one stepdaughter, Charlotte Otis; two brothers, Marshall Frison of Mobile and Sam Frison of Moss Point, Miss.; seven grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from noon to 5 p.m. Friday and from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at Christian Benevolent Funeral Home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, with burial in Ebeneezer Cemetery.
