BAY MINETTE - Edgar Thomas Beaulieu, 84, died Tuesday, Aug. 17, 1999, at Mobile Infirmary.
The Bay Minette resident was a self-employed plumber. He was a native of Fitchburg, Mass.
He is survived by his wife, Everline Anderson Beaulieu of Bay Minette; one son, Charles Beaulieu of Gulf Shores; a sister, Lena Hargreaves of Fitchburg, Mass.; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette. The Rev. Alan Blackmon will officiate and burial will follow in Bay Minette Cemetery.
Visitation will be tonight, from 6 to 9 o'clock, at the funeral home.
Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette is handling the arrangements.

William Frank Cowart
BAY MINETTE - William Frank "Bill" Cowart, 48, died Monday, Aug. 16, 1999, at his home in Bay Minette. He was employed at J&M Vinyl Siding and served in the National Guard.
Cowart is survived by one son, William Shane Cowart of Bay Minette; two daughters, Dana Lynn Sprinkle of Atmore and Teresa Caye Styron of Loxley; his mother, Louise Sprinkle of Bay Minette; three brothers, Grady Dewayne "Buck" Sprinkle, Larry Paul Sprinkle and Michael Ray Sprinkle, all of Bay Minette; two sisters, Shelia Turk and Kay Philpot, both of Bay Minette; and six grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette. The Rev. Joe Welch will officiate and burial will follow in Bay Minette Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.
Norris Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Pat Webb
BAY MINETTE - Pat Webb, 81, died Monday, Aug. 16, 1999, at Oakwood Nursing Home in Bay Minette. The Atlanta native was a secretary and was retired from MARTA.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Stromberg of Snellville, Ga., and Paula MacKenzie of Fowlerville, Mich.; two grandchildren, Sandy Ludwig of Waterford, Mich., and Sheryl Eastman of Tecumseh, Mich.; and two great-grandchildren.
No services are planned, as was Mrs. Webb's request.
The family suggests that memorials be made to the Habitat for Humanity, c/o First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 338, Bay Minette, AL 36507; to Mercy Medical, 177 Baldwin Square, Fairhope, AL 36532, or to a charity of choice.

Matthew Englund
Matthew Carson Englund died Wednesday at a local hospital at the age of 18 months.
He was a member of Creekwood Church of Christ on Schillinger Road.
Survivors include his parents, Regina Carson Englund and Bruce M. Englund; a brother, Mitchell Carter Englund; and two sisters, Courtney Lynn Englund and Monica Leigh Englund, all of Mobile; and his grandparents, Murdock and Ona Mae Carson of Gulfport, Miss., and Doris Mae Englund of Mobile.
The wake is scheduled at 9 a.m., with services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Creekwood Church of Christ. Burial will be in Springhill Memorial Gardens.

Allie Platt
Allie Platt, a homemaker, died Wednesday in a local convalescent center.
Mrs. Platt, 88, was a native and resident of Citronelle.
Survivors include three sons, Marvin P. Platt, Beverly D. Platt and Phillip P. Platt; and a sister, Adele Melton, all of Citronelle; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. today at First Baptist Church of Citronelle. Burial will be in Pine Crest Cemetery in Citronelle.

Willie Easley
Willie Easley, a retired longshoreman with ILA Local No. 1410, died Friday at a local hospital. He was 71.
Easley, known affectionately as "Bo-Weaver" to family and friends, was a Marengo County native and a Prichard resident.
He was a member of Greater Nazaree Baptist Church No. 1, where he served as a trustee, a member of the usher board and vice president of the male chorus.
Survivors include three daughters, Emma Black of Selma, Ida Jackson of Thomasville, Ala., and Irma Jackson of Mobile; six sons, Carl Poellnitz, Michael Poellnitz and Cleophus Grimes of Mobile, Joe Easley of Sweet Water, Ala., Curtis Rogers of Linden, Ala., and Johnnie Easley of Cincinnati; a brother, Alex Easley of Mobile; a sister, Martha McIntosh of Linden, Ala.; and 25 grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Greater Nazaree Baptist Church No. 1, followed by services at noon. Burial will be in Whispering Pines Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Reese Funeral Home.

Herbert L. Michael
Herbert L. Michael, a retired math and science teacher for the Mobile County Public School System, died Friday at a local hospital. He was 63.
Michael, a Prichard native and Mobile resident, was a 1953 graduate of Mobile County Training School. He was a roofer by trade and a teacher-counselor for Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center.
He was a member of Samuel Chapel AME Church, where he served as both secretary and treasurer. He was a member of the Lions Club of Cedar Grove No. 628, Prince Hall Grand Lodge of A&FM;
He is survived by his wife, Susie Ward Michael of Mobile; one son, Ephriam Michael of Atlanta; his mother, Eunice Michael of Prichard; one sister, Helen Hudnell of Prichard; two brothers, Curtis Michael of Mobile and Leroy Michael of Detroit; and two grandchildren.
Viewing will be from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Reese Funeral Home. Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at Samuel Chapel AME Church, follwed by services at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Whispering Pines Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
