Mr. George Alton Clark:
A native of Eagleville, TN and a resident of Mobile, AL for the past 42 years died at his residence on Sunday, December 19, 1999. Mr. Clark was a veteran of World War II where he served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Mary Kelly Richards Clark of Mobile, AL; sons, George Alan Clark of Coden, AL and Richard Thomas Clark of Jacksonville, FL; daughters, Teresa Gardner of Chickasaw, AL and Julie Dekle of Daphne, AL; brother, Robert Ivey Clark of Columbia, TN; sisters, Nettie Gentry of Knoxville, TN and Carrie Cook of Payson, AZ; grandchildren, Richard Gardner, Tucker Clark, Brian Dekle, Jr., Randall Clark, Charles "Chipper" Clark, Carey Dekle, Devon Dekle, Cori Clark, and Kelly Dekle; great grandchild, Tyler Clark; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 1999 at 10:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Pine Crest Funeral Home on Cottage Hill Road. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 1999 from 6PM until 8PM at Pine Crest Funeral Home on Cottage Hill Road. Family request in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the American Red Cross. Interment in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by PINE CREST FUNERAL HOME, Cottage Hill Road, 565 1 Cottage Hill Road, (334) 660-1155.

Willie Mae Davis "Mother Davis":
Age 94. Born July 27, 1905, a native of Meridian, MS and a resident of Mobile, AL departed this life on Saturday, December 18, 1999 at her residence. Mother Davis served on the Mother Board of Christ Temple Apostolic Church. She is survived by three daughters, one devoted, Jennie Kemp, Dorothy Lewis, Julia Benjamin, all of Mobile, AL; one son, Alfred Godfrey, Mobile, AL; one sister Liza Stennis, of Meridian, MS; nine grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from the Christ Temple Apostolic Church on Wednesday, December 22, 1999 from 1 0:00 A.M. until the 11:00 A.M. funeral hour with Bis hop James E. Finley, Pastor and officiating minister. Interment in Oaklawn Cemetery. REESE FUNERAL HOME in charge of arrangements. 925 Bessemer Ave. Prichard, AL.

Mr. Leonard A. Wilson, Sr.:
76, a native and resident of Fairhope died Sunday, December 19, 1999 at a local hospital. Mr. Wilson served in the United States Army and was retired from the City of Fairhope after 27 years Service. Survivors include his wife, Catherine Wilson of Fairhope; one son, Anthony (Rose) Wilson; one daughter, Ava Daniels; one sister, Augustine (RJ) Houston, all of Fairhope; 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services for Mr. Wilson will be Wednesday, December 22, 1999 at 11am from the Twin Beach AME Zion Church with interment to follow in the Twin Beach Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30-11am at the church. Arrangements by WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, 329 So. Greeno Rd., Fairhope, AL.

William Eggleston Jones, II:
75, of Arnold Street, died of cardio-pulmonary arrest Monday, December 20, 1999 at Delta Regional Medical Center of Greenville, MS. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday afternoon, December 22, 1999 from St. James Episcopal Church in Greenville, MS with Rev. Scott Lenoir officiating. Visitation will follow the service in the Church Parish Hall. Mr. Jones, a native of Tchula, MS, was born on March 27, 1924. He attended school in Tchula, and the University of Mississippi. He was a graduate of Delta State with degrees in accounting & economics. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the 34th Infantry Division in Africa and Italy, where he received the Purple Heart, during WWII. He moved to Greenville, MS in 1948 where he married Jane Middleton. He was a communicant of St. James Episcopal Church where he served on the Vestry and as the Treasurer for thirty-five years. He was associated with Port City Barge Lines in Greenville for over thirty years. He is survived by his wife, Jane Middleton Jones of Greenville; sons, Bill Jones of Clinton, Rob Jones of Jackson, Wade Jones of Meridian & Monty Jones of Mobile, AL; six grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. James Episcopal Church, 1026 South Washington, Greenville, MS 38701. MARK SEEPE FUNERAL HOME OF JACKSON is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Robert M. Hilburn:
Funeral services were held from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, December 20, 1999 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Teddy Turrentine officiating. Honorary Pallbearers were William McNeil and John Deakle. Active Pallbearers were Paul Novay, Sammy Wilkins, Gary Taylor, Skip McNeil, Johnny Lott and Bob More. Internment was in Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements by MOBILE MEMORIAL GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 6040 Three Notch Road, Mobile, AL.

Patricia Mosley Huntington:
A native Alabamian and a resident of Whistler, AL died Saturday, December 18, 1999. She was a 1969 graduate of Mattie T. Blount. She was an active member of Union Missionary Baptist Church in Plateau, AL and a Matron until illness slowed her pace. She leaves to cherish her memories two devoted sons who loved her unconditionally, Mr. Herman Dennis Huntington, Jr. and Master Sherwin Donovan Huntington, both of Whistler, AL; a loving God daughter, Ms. Nedra Porter of Prichard, AL; a devoted great aunt who raised her (as her daughter), Mrs. Earsie Jones of Mobile, AL; mother, Mrs. Mattie Burrell of Indianapolis, IN; three brothers, Mr. Jentel Mosley and Mr. Henry Burrell, both of Indianapolis, IN and Mr. Anthony Mosley of Brewton, AL; a devoted sister-in-law, Patricia (Larry) Huntington of Decatur, GA; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, December 21, 1999 in the Sanctuary of Union Missionary Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the service. Sympathetic and professional services are by MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 1302 Viaduct St, Prichard, AL.

Mr. Robert Dale Lee:
Funeral services were held Monday, December 20, 1999 from Pine Crest Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby J. Rone officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Ed Sudduth, Joey Hartley, Bill Lee, David Taylor, Jr., Joey Proulx, John Scott Teasley. Honorary pallbearers were Richard Lee and Bob Stafford. Interment was in Pine Crest Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are by Pine Crest Funeral Home, 1939 Dauphin Island Pkwy, Mobile, AL 36605. 334-478-5227.
