Thelma Harrison
SNELL, Miss. - Thelma Ray Shirley Harrison, a resident of Snell and sister of an Eight Mile resident, died Friday in a hospital in Meridian, Miss. She was 80.
Mrs. Harrison, a homemaker, was a native of Mississippi.
Survivors include two sons, Don Harrison of Asheville, N.C., and Leland Harrison of Meridian; two brothers, Jack Shirley and Hollis Shirley, both of Snell; two sisters, LeRue Harris of Riderwood, Ala., and Lola Mae Till of Eight Mile; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Bumpers Funeral Home in Butler, Ala. Graveside services are set for 3 p.m. Sunday in Rock Springs Cemetery in Rock Springs, Ala.

Martha Spruce
Martha Spruce, a Bucks County, Pa., native and Mobile resident, died Friday at a local hospital. The World War II and Korean War veteran was 87.
She is survived by two sisters, Ruth Spruce of Mobile and Apolonia Krusen of Clearwater, Fla.; and one brother, Elmer Spruce of Springfield, Pa.
Graveside services will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Barancas National Cemetery in Pensacola. Arrangements are by Pine Crest Funeral Home.

Eddie Brown Jr.
SELMA - Eddie Brown Jr., a Tuscaloosa native and Selma resident for 20 years, died April 11 at a Selma hospital. He was 61.
Brown lived in Mobile for many years, and worked for Norfolk Southern Railroad for 32 years.
He is survived by his wife, Susie Brown of Selma; three sons, Eric Brown of Chicago and Anthony Brown and Reginald Brown, both of Mobile; two daughters, Jacqueline Brown Tucker of Mobile and Iris Washington of Montgomery; one stepdaughter, Joycelyn Brown of Mobile; three brothers, Columbus Brown, Willie Brown and Jerry Brown, all of Tuscaloosa; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, with burial in Little Sandy Cemetery in Taylorville, Ala. Miller's Funeral Home of Selma is in charge of arrangements.

Billie G. Baker
Billie G. Baker, a retired long-haul truck driver, died Saturday at a local hospital.
Baker, 62, resided in Mobile and was a native of Houston. He was a member of Azalea Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Ruth Baker of Mobile; four daughters, Molly Patterson, Tina Baker, Anita Allen and Josie Baker, all of Texas; three sons, James N. Baker, Abram Baker and Thomas Baker, all of Wilmer; two sisters, Carroll Holloway and Mary Barkham, both of Texas; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 11 a.m. today at Serenity Funeral Home, with graveside services at noon at Serenity Gardens.

Prince Albert Dunn
Prince Albert Dunn, a Monroeville native and a Mobile resident, died Saturday at a local hospital. He was 86.
He is survived by his wife, Amelia Augusta Dunn of Mobile; a son, Lt. Col. Robert Albert Dunn of Atlanta; a daughter, Marion Amelia Dunn of Citronelle; a brother, James T. Dunn of Mobile; two sisters, Ivey B. Dunn of Birmingham and Ossie Nell Ryals of Macon, Ga.; and five grandchildren.
Services are set for 3 p.m. today at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Mobile Memorial Gardens.

Rilla W. Lolley
Rilla Wingo Lolley, a Jefferson County native and longtime Mobile resident, died Friday at a local hospital.
Mrs. Lolley, 87, attended the Church of God in Empire, Ala.
She is survived by four daughters, Nelda Jo Riles, Fay McDonald and Phyllis Lewis, all of Mobile, and Charlotte Mullinix of Theodore; a son, Sonny Lolley of Mobile; three sisters, Opal Wrenn and Geraldine Wingo, both of Empire, and Colene Wooten of Apache, Ariz.; four brothers, Ellis Wingo of Ashville, Ala., Morris Wingo of Empire, Winford Wingo of San Antonio, Texas, and Norman Wingo of Birmingham; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Services are set for noon today at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Mobile Memorial Gardens.

Zellawane D. Skelton
Zellawane Daniels Skelton, 81, a Mississippi native and a Chunchula resident, died Friday.
She is survived by a son, Billy Wayne Skelton of Chunchula; two daughters, Belinda McEachern of Humble, Texas, and Judy Finney of Willis, Texas; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 tonight at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Services are set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with burial at Pine Crest Cemetery.
