ATHENS -- Funeral for Pete DuBois, 94, of Elkmont was to be today at 2 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Grady Reyer officiating.
Burial was to be in Antioch Cemetery.
Mr. DuBois died Tuesday, March 21, 2000, at home. He was born Jan. 1, 1906, in Selmer, Tenn., to Andrew Thomas and Nancy Isabell Fisher DuBois. He was a concrete finisher and a businessman and a member of Carey Baptist Church. He was the widower of Velma Reece DuBois and the father of the late Cecil "Buddy" DuBois.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Vinson DuBois; four sons, Gary DuBois and Andy DuBois, both of Elkmont, and Daryl DuBois and Jackie DuBois, both of Athens; five daughters, Joy Robison, Ruth Black, Onedia Pressnell and Lisa Taylor, all of Athens, and Marcia Adams of Elkmont; one brother, Alex DuBois of Cleveland, Miss.; one sister, Billie Rotenbury of Coffeeville, Miss.; 25 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were to be Butch Robison, Danny Black, Mickey Pressnell, Jamie Adams, George DuBois, Chancey DuBois, Johnathan Mayfield and Matthew DuBois.

ATHENS -- Funeral for Anna Belle Kennemer, 96, of Anderson will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Anderson. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Moore died Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at her home. She was born May 24, 1931, in Alabama. She was a housekeeper.
She is survived by two sons, John Willie Samiton of Belle Mina and Lachie Jolley of Athens; four daughters, Artie Malone, Nevada Lane and Mildred Parker, all of Huntsville, and Bobbie Thatch of Athens; three brothers, Robert Moore, Richard Moore and Raymond Moore, all of Baltimore; two sisters, Hazel Clark of Baltimore and Bobbie Williams of Birmingham; 17 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Margaret Irene Lake Ratliff

Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery at Danville with the Rev. Jimmy Clark officiating. The family will receive friends today from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ratliff died Wednesday, March 22, 2000, in Jasper. She was born Sept. 13, 1903, in Morgan County to Daniel and Zuella George Lake. A retired seamstress for Bromberg's, she was a member of Wylam Baptist Church since 1954. She also was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Alma Seay Chapter. She was the mother of the late Ewell D. Ratliff.
She is survived by two sons, Grady H. Ratliff of Decatur and Raymond W. Ratliff of Texas; two daughters, Margaret Zannis of Homewood and Melba Caldwell of Jasper; one sister, Nelle Fairer of Hartselle; 15 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Vic Zannis, John Chris Zannis, Jamie Caldwell, Nathan Payne, David Ratliff, Larry Ratliff and Dru Jackson.
Lettie Daniels Fields
Funeral for Lettie Daniels Fields, 97, of Courtland will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Courtland with the Rev. O.C. Neloms officiating.
Burial will be in Courtland Cemetery with Reynolds Funeral Home directing. The body will be at the church one hour before the service.
Mrs. Fields died Thursday, March 23, 2000, at Lawrence Baptist Medical Center. She was born in Lawrence County. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Courtland and was the mother of the late Mary Stewart Williams, who was director of Courtland Senior Citizens Center.
She is survived by two granddaughters, Valerie Young and Felicia Williams, both of Courtland; two great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Mahlon Hartselle; one son, Art Hartselle of Largo; two daughters, Dr. Mary Lynne Capilouto of Birmingham and Mimi Steele of Largo; and three sisters, Rachel Baker, Wanda Harvel and Lurline Isley, all of Hartselle.

Mrs. Kennemer died Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at her home. She was born Jan. 21, 1904, in Giles County, Tenn. She was a member of Union Hill Presbyterian Church for 76 years. She was a homemaker and the widow of George Kennemer.
She is survived by four sons, George Kennemer Jr. of Anderson, Thomas V. Kennemer of Huntsville, Otis E. Kennemer and Alvin W. Kennemer, both of Athens; two daughters, Jean Jaynes of Lexington and Jo Lemay of Rogersville; one sister, Ruby Randolph of Lawrenceburg, Tenn.; 18 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Mr. Marsh died Thursday, March 23, 2000, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born Nov. 5, 1980, in Morgan County to Joseph David and Barbara Piper March.
He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and a 1999 graduate of Brewer High School.
He is survived by his parents of Somerville; one brother; Daniel Marsh of Somerville; grandfather, Burton Marsh of Madison; and grandmother, Opal Piper of Decatur.

He was a retired farmer and a member of First United Pentecostal Church. He was the widower of Mary Frances Pitts.
He is survived by four sons, Robert Pitts of Columbia, Tenn., David Winfred Pitts of Athens, Morris Pitts and Billy Pitts, both of Elkmont; one daughter, Linda Gayle McGlocklin of Decatur; one sister, Nettie Mae Webster of Goodsprings; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
