Burial will be in the Moss Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Ms. Stephenson died Sunday, Sept. 12, 1999, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born April 15, 1905 in Alabama to Eddison and Audrey Kirby Stephenson. She was a United Methodist and a lifetime resident of Morgan County.
She is survived by nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Boger, Donald Parker, Dale Vandiver, Rodger Vandiver, Sidney Stephenson and Keith Jeffries.

Mr. Black died Thursday, Sept. 9, 1999, in Jackson, Tenn. He was born Sept. 14, 1945, in Flint, Mich. He was a former Athens resident and a retired cable television operator. He was the widower of Peggy Jean Black.
He is survived by three daughters, Crystal Golitko of Nokomis and Peggy Johnson and Tammy Pickler, both of Jackson; one sister, June Black of Athens; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Brown died Thursday, Sept. 9, 1999, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born May 8, 1910, in Colbert County to James Newton and Lela Maude Posey Bridges. She was a homemaker and the widow of Elton Brown. She attended the Talucah Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Nettie Sue Sparks of Valhermoso Springs; one brother, J.N. Bridges of Gadsden; two sisters, Rebecca Congo and Johnnie Aday, both of Athens; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Leonard Brown, Bobby Chunn, David Graveman, Michael Chase Moore, Lonnie Turney, Mike Dunnaway and Robert Dudley.

She was a math teacher at Trafalga Middle School in Cape Coral, Fla. She was a graduate of Alabama A&M University and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and Canaan Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Kevin Carmichael of Huntsville; one brother, Julian O'Neal Bolden of Decatur; one sister, Latrica Birgan of Hillsboro; and her grandmother, Beatrice Coffey of Hillsboro.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Rochelle; two brothers, Wayne Wales of Decatur and John Wales of Elkmont; and one sister, Hazel Johnson of Decatur.

SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. -- Funeral for Horace Mitchell Trout, 78, of Bangor, Mich., was Tuesday, Sept. 7, 1999, at Calvin, Starks and Frost Funeral Home.
Mr. Trout died Wednesday, Sept. 1, 1999, at South Haven Community Hospital. He was born April 25, 1921, in Lawrence County to Charlie and Cordie Trout. He was a retired factory worker from Allied Paper Mill. He was a member of Chalybeate Baptist Church in Hillsboro. He was a veteran of World War II where he served in the European Theater, mostly in Belgium. He received the Bronze Star.
He is survived by two sons, Ronnie Trout of Allegan, Mich., and Ricky Trout of Kalamazoo, Mich.; four stepsons, Greg Leitz and Donald Leitz, both of Bangor, Norman Leitz of Portage, Mich., and Stan Leitz of Scottville, Mich.; two sisters, Martha Cahela of Trinity and Josephine Cahela of Inverness, Fla.; and four grandchildren.
