Mrs. Moore died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2000, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born April 28, 1917, in Tennessee to William B. Boldan and Ida Bell Winchester Boldan.
She was a homemaker and the widow of Charlie Hamlet Moore. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ. She was retired from Marr's Cleaners.
Survivors include three daughters, Martha Moore McDearman and Margie Bernice Rothlisberger, both of Decatur, and Vadie Beautone Moore Howton of Jasper; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be William F. Brown, James W. Brown, Dillion McDearmon, Jeremy Bennett, Johnny Wyrick, Harvey Ray Moore and Van Brooks.

Mr. Jeffreys died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2000, at Cheatham County Nursing Home in Ashland City, Tenn. He was born Oct. 22, 1921, in Lawrence County to Luther Vollen Jeffreys and Sally Pearl Jeffreys. He was retired from Ford Motor Co. in Nashville. He was the brother of the late Harold Theo Jeffreys.
Survivors include one son, Grady Luther Jeffreys Jr. of Nashville; one daughter, Donna Woodward of Brentwood, Tenn.; one step-daughter, Dawn McCall of Dickson, Tenn; one brother, Terrell Lee Jeffreys of Leighton; five sisters, Earleen Brackin Smith, Willie Owens and Ila Long, all of Decatur, Irene Oliver of Leighton, and Melba Burney of Muscle Shoals; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Adrian Hamm, Troy Butner, Scott Oliver, David Woodward, Joshua Cooper and J.D. McClurken.

Mr. Mankins died Monday, Sept. 25, 2000, at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. He was born Feb. 17, 1954, in Giles County, Tenn., to Clifford O. Mankins and Jeanette D. Mankins. He was a sales representative for Utility Trailer Sales of Lebanon, Tenn.
Survivors include his father and mother, both of Lester; and one brother, Daniel Mankins of Minor Hill, Tenn.
Pallbearers were to be Toby Sircy, George Craig, Mike Fowler, Travis Terhune, Allen Hood, Rickey Green , Steve Britton, and Louis Robertson.

Mr. Parker died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2000, at his home. He was born Feb. 25, 1948, in Lawrence County to Gurnie L. Parker and Boveene Parker. He was a chemical plant operator at 3M Co., a Baptist and a Vietnam veteran.
Survivors include one son, Jason Parker of Moulton; one daughter, Rayshell Parker of Moulton; his mother of Moulton; and one sister, Debbie Hughes of Moulton.
Cousins will be pallbearers and members of the Masonic Lodge will be honorary pallbearers.

Mrs. Cassis died Friday, Sept. 8, 2000, at Parkway Medical Center. She was born Oct. 17, 1912, in New Jersey to John Boggiano and Anita Zucci Boggiano. She was a member of West New Hempstead Dutch Reform Church, a member of the Spring Valley, N.Y., chapter of the Order of Eastern Star and was involved in the Order of Rainbow Girls. She was the widow of Robert H. Cassis.
Survivors include two sons, Richard Cassis of Decatur and the Rev. Robert H. Cassis Jr. of Olympia, Wash.; one daughter, Carole Chappelle of Highland Falls, N.Y.; one half-sister, Anita Kilian of Virginia; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She is survived by one daughter, Mattie Mallory of Decatur; two sisters, Minnie Wheeler and Ola Mae Montgomery, both of Decatur; and four grandchildren.
Nephews and grandsons will be pallbearers.

Mrs. Lemm died at home Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2000, of cancer.
She was born July 8, 1938, in Athens to Roy Childers and Mary Etta Spurlock Childers. She was a member of Flint Church of Christ and retired from Decatur General Hospital as a licensed practical nurse.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Allen Lemm of Decatur; one son, Tim Smith of Hartselle; one stepson, David Fick of Lake City, Mich.; one daughter, Michon Smith of Nashville; one stepdaughter, Michelle Fick of Cadillac, Mich.; two brothers, Roy Childers Jr. of Killen and Alvin Childers of Hartselle; four sisters, Margaret McDonald of Athens, Katherine Griffis, Shirley Bishop and Pat Johns, all of Decatur; and two grandchildren.

Mrs. Riddle died Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2000, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born July 4, 1914, in Athens to Joseph Simpson McDonald and Eva Looney McDonald. She was a graduate of Athens College for Young Women and attended Auburn University. She and her husband owned and operated Riddle Furniture Co. until 1958 and Riddle Rug and Upholstery Cleaners until 1981. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church, where she participated in The Good Fellowship Class.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse Ernest Riddle; two daughters, Joyce Riddle Fuller of Cummings, Ga., and Peggy Riddle Black of Decatur; two sisters, Lilly McDonald Ancell of Rogersville and Connie McDonald Lane of Kerrville, Texas; and two granddaughters.
Pallbearers will be John Black, Jack Fuller, Alan Carlquist, Richard Christensen, Joe McDonald and Kyle McDonald.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of The Good Fellowship Class.

Ms. Tunstill died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2000, in Athens. She was born Oct. 7, 1949, in Limestone County. She was a member of First Union Baptist Church and a 1967 graduate of West Limestone High School. She earned a doctorate degree from The University of Alabama and formerly taught school in Athens and Limestone County. She retired as a professor from Athens State University and was employed as a Realtor for Sunrise Realty. She was the daughter of the late Fulton Carwile.
Survivors include one son, Jordan Rudder Jenkins of Elkmont; her mother, Katherine Carwile of Athens; and one brother, Gene Carwile of Evington, Va.
Pallbearers will be Clint Carwile, Coty Johns, Mark Abernathy, Reed Tunstill, Daniel Tucker, T.J. Barnett, Phillip Laye and Andrew Smith.

Mrs. Allen died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2000, at her home. She was born Oct. 19, 1932, in Decatur to Lula Bell Allen and Frank Allen. She was retired custodian worker at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta and was a member of Apostolic Church of God.
Survivors include one son, Jimmy Ray Allen of Decatur; one brother, Earnest Robinson of Decatur; one sister, Louise Allen Ellison of Decatur; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Mr. Brackin died Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2000, at Lawrence Baptist Medical Center. He was born April 28, 1919, in Lawrence County to Henry Brackin and Ava McGregor Brackin. He was a farmer and a charter member of Donald Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon. Mr. Brackin was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mattie Irene Brackin; three sons, Paul R. Brackin of Athens, Tenn., Brice Herald Brackin of Alabaster and the Rev. Mickey Daniel Brackin of Lawrenceburg, Tenn.; one sister, Udell Berryman of Town Creek; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
