MOULTON -- Funeral for Mary Daphna Milligan, 73, of Town Creek will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church with Nelson Tucker and Milton Burks officiating.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery with Elliott Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home. The body will be at the church one hour before the service.
Mrs. Milligan died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2000, at home. She was born Aug. 9, 1927, in Lawrence County. She was a retired lumber inspector.
Survivors include two sons, Wayne Milligan of Killen and Larry Milligan of Richmond, Ind.; one daughter, Linda Milligan of Town Creek; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Slaton, Waymon Bain, Stoney Merrell, Joe Lansdell, Mike Parker and Dewey Boston.

HARTSELLE -- Funeral for Anthony Lewis "Yoshe" Reed, 18, of Falkville will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Lighthouse Independent Baptist Church with Johnny Reid officiating.
Burial will be in Herring Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.
Mr. Reed died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2000, on Morgan County 55 near Falkville. He was born Sept. 26, 1982, in West Palm Beach, Fla. He was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church, a former student at Falkville High School and a greenskeeper at Fairview Golf Course.
Survivors include his parents, Ricky and Della Lindley of Falkville; two sisters, Crystal Locklear and Ashley Lindley, both of Falkville; one stepbrother, Ricky Dewayne Lindley of Falkville; and his grandparents, Bud and Hester Reed of Falkville and George and Ruby Lindley of Hartselle.
Pallbearers will be Donald Motes, Brandon Brisco, Daniel Beaver, Joey Lane, Charles Borden and Rathel Lindley.

ATHENS -- Funeral for Rachel Holt Trafton, 78, of Athens will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Arvid McGuire and Warren Glass officiating.
Burial will be in Athens City Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Trafton died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2000, at Athens-Limestone Hospital. She was born Dec. 7, 1921, in Limestone County. She was a homemaker, a member of Market Street Church of Christ, president of Athens-Limestone Kidney Association and a charter member of Athens-Limestone Hospital Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond F. Trafton; three daughters, Mary Elizabeth Stroud, Janice Lynne Moore and Rachel Ann Horton, all of Athens; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Hill, Michael Hill, Marvin Black, Fred Varnell, Bonnie Sutton and Johnny Bullington.
Van drivers for the Athens-Limestone Kidney Association will be honorary pallbearers.

Mr. Couey died at home Friday, Nov. 24, 2000. He was born July 2, 1949, in Decatur to Arvle and Dorothy Couey. He was the former owner of Couey Electronics and was a member of Decatur Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Couey of Decatur; and one sister, Janice Smith of Decatur.

Mr. Crossley was born Nov. 3, 1931, in Anniston.

Mrs. Daniel died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2000, at Athens Convalescent Center. She was born Sept. 25, 1910, in Limestone County. She was a homemaker and a member of Craig's Chapel Church of Christ.
Survivors include one nephew, R.M. Daniel of Lester; and three nieces, Clara Dodd and Audrey Patterson, both of Elkmont, and Corine Gordon of Pulaski, Tenn.

Mrs. Fagan died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2000, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born June 17, 1902, in Lawrence County to Postell and Anna Terry Parham. She was the oldest member of the Church of Christ at Trinity and was a nurse's aide at the former Baugh-Wiley-Smith Hospital. She was the widow of Leonard A. Fagan and the mother of the late Christian Fagan Roberts.
Survivors include one son, Shelly C. Fagan of Trinity; two daughters, Francis Taylor of Mobile and Lois Turner of Decatur; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Burgess Clayton Harris

CULLMAN -- Funeral for Burgess Clayton Harris, 61, of Addison, who was killed Thursday, Nov. 23, 2000, in a private plane crash in Stillwater, Okla., will be announced by Williams-McCracken Funeral Home.
His daughter, Meagen Harris of Denver, was critically injured and remains in the burn unit at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
Mr. Harris was well-known in the field of drag racing. His 30-year career included many awards and several world championships, both as a driver, a car owner and a crew chief for many well-known racers. He was known for his engineering innovations and has several patents.
Survivors include his wife, Eulene Harris; three sons, Jon Harris of Decatur, Rex Harris of Moulton and Patrick Harris of Stillwater, Okla.; two daughters, Terri Byars of Moulton and Meagen Harris of Denver; and nine grandchildren.
Harold 'Buddy' McAbee

Mr. McAbee died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2000, at Hillside Hospital. He was born June 3, 1958, in Morgan County. He was a maintenance man for International Wire in Elkmont, Tenn. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Charvetta McAbee; one stepson, Bradley Chambers of Athens; his father, Thurman McAbee of Madison; his mother and stepfather, Edna Voray Harris Turney and Aubrey Turney of Falkville; two daughters, Mechel McAbee and Amanda McAbee, both of Falkville; one stepson, Bradley Chambers of Athens; one brother, Randy McAbee of Madison; and two sisters, Margie Bullard of Falkville and Shari Hayden of Huntsville.

Mr. Nelson died at home Friday, Nov. 24, 2000. He was born May 7, 1927, in Lawrence County. He owned Nelson Antiques and was a member of Moulton Church of God. He was the son of the late W.B. Nelson and the late Hattie Nelson and the brother of the late Harrison Nelson.
Survivors include two brothers, Jack Nelson of Decatur and Tommy Nelson of Moulton; three sisters, Flossie Burns of Decatur, and Annie NeSmith and Ruth McCay, both of Moulton; 10 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Survivors include one son, James Ryan Randolph of Woodville; two sisters, Vivian Allen of Fairview and Wilda Lawrence of Hartselle; and two grandchildren.
