Mr. Kirby died Thursday, July 29, 1999, at Athens-Limestone Hospital. He was born Aug. 14, 1959, in Morgan County. He was an employee at Kar-Mart in Madison and a member of Community Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Kirby; two daughters, Tasha Kirby and Kelsey Kirby, both of Ardmore; and two sisters, Janie Diver of Decatur and Frances Shaw of Illinois.

TRINITY -- Funeral for Phillip Gene Sherrill, 43, of Trinity will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Turner officiating.
Burial will be in Red Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8:30 at the funeral home.
Mr. Sherrill died Friday, July 30, 1999, at his home. He was born Sept. 28, 1955, in Athens. He was a construction worker.
He is survived by his wife, Nita Sherrill; four daughters, Brandi Sherrill of Decatur, and Chasity Sherrill, Jada Sherrill and Tara Sherrill, all of Trinity; three brothers, Jeff Sherrill of Moulton, Chris Sherrill of Nashville and Derek Sherrill of Town Creek; two sisters, Andrea Zahnd of Trinity and Resa Fore of Town Creek; and his grandmothers, Sallie Sherrill of Trinity and Marie Carter of Athens.
Pallbearers will be Darren Sore, Tim Blankenship, Harold Johnson, Donald Vance, Rodney Motes and Arnold Alexander.

MOULTON -- Funeral for Alma Terry, 90, of Town Creek will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Old Liberty Congregational Church with the Rev. Neal Blaxton and the Rev. Larry Crumpton officiating.
Burial will be in J.C. Terry Cemetery with Elliott Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Terry died Thursday, July 29, 1999, at her home. She was born July 7, 1909, in Lawrence County. She was a homemaker and a member of Old Liberty Congregational Church for at least 75 years.
She is survived by five sons, Dwight Terry, Dan Terry, Charles R. Terry and James Hill, all of Town Creek, and Nathaniel "Hop" Terry of Priceville; five daughters, Peggy Terry, Yvonne Vines and Betty J. Randolph, all of Town Creek, Helen Givens of Courtland and Katie Hill of Moulton; 21 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Gary Givens, Danny Terry, Scotty Terry, Faron Terry, Ricky Jo Terry, Randy Hill, Cricket Terry and Wayne Goodwin.

MOULTON -- Funeral for Bruce W. Dodd, 85, of Moulton will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Lebanon United Methodist Church with the Rev. Estus Hardin and the Rev. Kyle McWhorter officiating.
Burial will be in Aldridge Grove Cemetery with Lawrence Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at the funeral home. The body will be at the church one hour before the service.
Mr. Dodd died Saturday, July 31, 1999, at National Healthcare Center in Moulton. He was born March 30, 1914, in Lawrence County. He was a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church and was a former District 7 state representative. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and was a veterans affairs officer in Lawrence County. He was also a member of the American Legion Post No. 25.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Ellis Dodd; one son, Bryan Dodd of Muscle Shoals; two daughters, Elsa Rutherford of Birmingham and Patricia Hill of Moulton; one brother, Roy Dodd of Moulton; two sisters, Marie Simms and Audrye Watkins, both of Moulton; six grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Nephews and grandsons will be pallbearers.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association or Lebanon United Methodist Church.

Mr. Roberts died Saturday, July 31, 1999, at his home. He was born Feb. 6, 1937, in Morgan County. He was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church and Rising Sun Masonic Lodge. He was a U.S. Army veteran during the Berlin crisis and was a member of Pipe Welders Local No. 391.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Roberts; one son, James Roberts of Hartselle; one daughter, Regina Roberts Hightower of Hartselle; his parents, Ada and Emmett Roberts of Decatur; one sister, Margaret Collins of Hartselle; and one grandchild.

He is survived by two sons, James Reed of Town Creek and David Reed of Moulton; one sister, Ann Warren of Moulton; and one grandchild.
