Mrs. Gulley died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 1999, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born March 8, 1940, in Morgan County to Houston and Reatha Thornton Gulley. She was a Baptist and was employed at Lurleen B. Wallace Developmental Center for the past six years.
She is survived by one son, Steve Carpenter of Hartselle; one daughter, Melissa Bard of Decatur; one brother, William H. Gulley Jr. of Decatur; two sisters, Jean Davis of Decatur and Rose Sutton of Somerville; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Nicholas King, Nicholas Lindsey, Ray Bard, Jack Grantland, Robert Grantland and Jason Grantland.

Mrs. Guragnus died Monday, Sept. 27, 1999, at Falkville Health Care Center. She was born April 29, 1922, in Marion County to Andrew and Martha Jane Green Shaddix. She was a homemaker and a member of the Union Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Hillard Gurganus; two sons, Roy Gurganus and Marvin "Butch" Gurganus, both of Mobile; two daughters, Margaret O'Rourke of Hollywood, Fla., and Becky Burnside of Falkville; one brother, Richard Shaddix of Eva; two sisters, Purnia Smith and Mary Moore, both of Cordova; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Kenneth Dewayne Martin

PRICEVILLE -- Funeral for Kenneth Dewayne Martin, 62, of Hartselle will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Priceville Church of Christ with Raymond Bush officiating.
Graveside service will be at 3:30 p.m. at Huntsville Memory Gardens with Priceville Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home. The body will be at the church one hour before the service.
Mr. Martin died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 1999, at Parkway Medical Center Hospital. He was born Nov. 11, 1936, in Limestone County. A 1956 graduate of Ardmore High School, he was a pharmacy technician at Parkway Medical Center Hospital and at the former Fourth Avenue Pharmacy at Baugh-Wiley-Smith Hospital, for a total of 42 years. He was an Army veteran and attended Priceville Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda Mae Martin; two sons, Gregory Martin of Decatur and Jimmy Martin of Athens; seven brothers, J.W. Martin of Montgomery, David Martin and Barry Martin, both of Louisville, Ky., and Howard Martin, Bobby Martin, Billy Martin and Donnie Martin, all of Thatch; two sisters, Peggy Magnusson and Ruby Brooks, both of Thatch; and two grandchildren.
Brothers will be pallbearers.

Mr. Black died Monday, Sept. 27, 1999, in Decatur. He was born May 21, 1949, in Morgan County to John Thomas Black Sr. and Mamie Lee Binford Black. He graduated from Lakeside High School and worked as a carpet layer.
He is survived by one brother, Gregory Lynch of Philadelphia; and three sisters, Beverly Bumpus, Deborah Goode and Peronica Porter, all of Decatur.

Mr. Caudle died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 1999, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born Nov. 3, 1908, in Morgan County to Walter Braxton Caudle and Mary Elizabeth Woods Caudle. He was a retired farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Trixie Kelley Caudle; one son, William Edward Caudle of Decatur; one daughter, Betty Kress of Cullman; one sister, Elsie Gonzales of Warren, Texas; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Lee Cutcher; two sons, Billy Joe Cutcher Jr. of Vinemont and Ricky Wayne Cutcher of Nesmith; one daughter, Teresa Lee Jones of Nesmith; his mother of Nesmith; two sisters, Brenda Godbee and Sharon Stallings, both of Nesmith; and 10 grandchildren.

Mr. Rigel died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 1999, at his home. He was born Nov. 19, 1933, in Athens to Millard and Mable Rigel. He was a member of Ninth Street United Methodist Church, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a contractor for 35 years. He retired from Decatur Housing Authority.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Rigel; one son, Mitchell Rigel of Florence; one daughter, Susan Jett of Decatur; one stepson, David James of Decatur; one stepdaughter, Jerilyn Savage of Plano, Texas; two sisters, Dorothy Harvey and Frances Free, both of Decatur; his mother of Decatur; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
