Funeral for Michael Bell, 17, of Germantown, Tenn., was Tuesday, September 21, at 3:00 p.m. at Grace Evangelical Church with Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel directing.
Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Bell died Sunday, September 19, 1999, in an automobile accident. He was a senior at Briarcrest Christian School and a member of Grace Evangelical Church. He was a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society and soccer team.
He is survived by his parents, Don and Kathy Bell of Germantown; one sister, Katie Bell of Germantown; and his grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. Roland King of Hartselle.
Minnie S. Anders

Funeral for Minnie S. Anders, 85, of Falkville was Tuesday, September 28, at 11:00 a.m. at Salem United Methodist Church with the Revs. David Weaver, Odie Gregg and W.L. Cole officiating.
Burial was the adjoining cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Anders died Sunday, September 26, 1999, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was a native of Lincoln County, Tenn., and a member of Salem United Methodist Church for more than 35 years. She was retired from Redstone Arsenal where she worked as an office clerk.
She is survived by two brothers, Clay Berryman and Woodrow Berryman, both of Huntsville.
Pallbearers were Charles Frazier, Tony Reynolds, Jerry Wright, Leon Anders, Charles Anders and Luther Anders.
Ruby Mae Harris

Funeral for Ruby Mae Harris, 62, of Falkville was Saturday, September 25, at 2:00 p.m. at Williams-McCracken Funeral Home.
Burial was in Bell Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Harris died Wednesday, September 22, 1999, at her residence. She was a native of Morgan County and a clerical worker at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville. She was the sister of the late Frankie MeChaw, Billy MeChaw, and Phillip MeChaw.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Roland Harris of Falkville; four sons, William F. Barley of Texas, Edward R. Harris, II, of Minnesota, Dale Reeves of Ohio and Roger Johnson of Falkville; her mother, Myrtice MeChaw Parker of Vinemont; four brothers, C.J. MeChaw of Battleground, Herman MeChaw of Palm Beach, Fla., James MeChaw of Chicago and Guy MeChaw of Tampa, Fla; and seven grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Herman MeChaw, James MeChaw, Michael MeChaw, Michael Blankenship, Michael Johnson, Steve McCravy, Guy MeChaw and Bobby Hart, Sr.
Varnell Bell

Funeral for Varnell Bell, 82, of Danville will be Thursday, September 30, at 11:00 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Virgil Bohn officiating.
Burial will be in Herring Cemetery.
Mr. Bell died Monday, September 27, 1999, at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham. He was a native of Jackson County and a member of McKendree United Methodist Church. He was a self-employed builder and farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Billie Grace Bell of Danville; two sons, James Varnell Bell and Billy Jack Bell, both of Hartselle; one daughter, Doris Bell Mitchell of Florence; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and four step-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Billy Jack Bell, James Varnell Bell, Jimmy McCoy, Brent Mitchell, Robert Mitchell and Frank Salazar.
Addie Moran
Funeral for Addie Moran, 71, of Falkville was Friday, September 10, at 1:00 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home with the Rev. Edward Hardin officiating.
Burial was in Flat Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Moran died Wednesday, September 8, 1999, at Lawrence Baptist Medical Center. She was a native of Morgan County and the widow of Wendell Moran.
She is survived by two sons, Robert Allen Moran of Falkville and Jerry Wayne Moran of Milton, Fla.; six daughters, Shirley Faye Hurly, Barbara Jean Holmes and Wilma Ann Holmes, all of Decatur, Mildred Smith of Lexington, Ky., Diane Shipp of Cullman and Joyce Ann Moran of Falkville; two brothers, James Tucker and Erskine Tucker, Jr., both of Athens; one sister, Beatrice Barber of Priceville; 21 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
Bobbie Leeann Roberson
A graveside service for Bobbie Leeann Roberson, infant, of Hartselle was Friday, September 10, at 11:00 a.m. at Herring Cemetery with the Rev. Wendell Callahan officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
The infant was born on Wednesday, September 8, 1999, at Decatur General Hospital and died the same day.
She is survived by her parents, Bobby and Brenda Roberson of Hartselle; one brother, Joe Roberson of Hartselle; her grandparents, William and Bonnie Sanford of Danville; and her grandmother, Louise Roberson of Hartselle.

Dan B. Adams
Dan B. Adams, 81, of Imperial Beach, Calif., died Sunday, August 22, 1999, at his residence.
A memorial service was Wednesday, August 25, at 5:00 p.m. at Claude Morrison Masonic Lodge in San Diego. Arrangements were handled by Telophase Cremation Society in Chula Vista. Ashes were placed in the Crypt Wall in Ft. Rosecrans, San Diego.
Mr. Adams was a native of Pearson, Ga., and a retired electrician. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of the Scottish Rite and the Fleet Reserve Branch 289.
He is survived by his wife, Freda Elliott Adams, of Imperial Beach, formerly of Hartselle; one sister, Susie Adams of Pearson; three brothers, Fred Adams, Norman Adams and Charles Adams, all of Floral City, Fla.; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Evelyn Humphries
Funeral for Evelyn Humphries, 71, of Eva was Thursday, September 9, at 2:00 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Cable officiating.
Burial was in Mount Carmel Cemetery near Eva.
Mrs. Humphries died Tuesday, September 7, 1999, at her residence. She was a native of Franklin County and a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Humphries.
She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Humphries of Franklin, Tenn., and Kevin Humphries of Eva; and two grandchildren.
