Funeral for Clara Sparkman Wynn, 93, of Hartselle will be Thursday, December 30, at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Ridge United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tom Elder officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Wynn died Tuesday, December 28, 1999, at her residence. She is a native of Morgan County and a member of Oak Ridge United Methodist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Mary Lou Wynn Long of Hartselle; one brother, Franklin Sparkman of Gardendale; one grandchild; and one great grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Kirby, Alton Johnson, Jim Sparkman, Bobby Roberson, Marion McAbee and Oliver Townson.
James Lemuel Prater

Funeral for James Lemuel Prater, 71, of Falkville will be Thursday, December 16, at 2:00 p.m. at Liberty Grove Baptist Church in Winston County with the Rev. Bill Pike officiating.
Burial with military honors will be in the adjoining cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Prater died Monday, December 13, 1999, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was a native of Tennessee and a member of the Falkville First Baptist Church. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict as a member of Company L, 180th Infantry (Thunderbird). He was a lifelong member of the Falkville Chapter of the DAV and was preceded in death by a sister, Joan Prater.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Mavis Prater of Falkville; one son, David Prater of Hartselle; two daughters, Lynn Knight of Hartselle and Lorla Allen of Somerville; three brothers, Jimmy Ray Prater and John E. Prater, both of Haleyville and Leonard E. Prater of Priceville; five sisters, Norma McGee of Rogersville, Kay Adams of Priceville, Imogene Bailey of Bear Creek and Joyce Sutherland and Movalene Bowen, both of Double Springs; and three grandchildren.

Funeral for Johnnie Francis Proctor, 80, of Hartselle was Friday, December 10, at 2:00 p.m. at Speake Christian Fellowship Church with the Revs. H.E. LaFavor and Richard Riley officiating.
Burial was in Lebanon Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Proctor died Wednesday, December 8, 1999, at Parkway Medical Center Hospital in Decatur. He was a native of Lawrence County and a warehouseman for the Tennessee Valley Authority. He was a veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Willie Myrl Proctor of Hartselle; five sons, Francis Proctor and Darrell Proctor, both of Danville, Clinton Proctor of Frazier, Pa., Doyle Proctor of Haleyville and Eddie Proctor of Piedmont; five daughters, Margaret Hampton and Teresa Cameron, both of Hartselle, Dorothy McLemore of Woodstock, Ga., Reanee Watkins of Prospect, Tenn., and Belinda Rittenberry of Dalton, Ga.; one brother, Travis Proctor of Moulton; one sister, Stella Goodwon of Moulton; 29 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
Grandsons were pallbearers.
Ollie (Snook) Pearl Bean Love

Mrs. Love died Thursday, December 9, 1999, in Hartselle. She was a native of Morgan County and a lifelong member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church and the Ladies No. 1 Sunday School Class. She was the widow of Nathan Leon Love.
She is survived by one sister, Julia Jean Byford of Hartselle; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Robert Johnson, Willie D. Smith, Billy Chancellor, Jr., Jeff Byford, Bobby Eric Champion, Chuck Keenum, Yoon K. Liaw and Brett David Byford.

She is survived by one son, Jimmy Don Wilson of Falkville; one brother, Aberham Hudgins of Falkville two sisters, Mary (Mag) George and Janie Hudgins, both of Falkville; four grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Ted Hudgins, J.L. Hudgins, Herbert Hudgins, George Hudgins, Robert Simmons and Tommy Blanton.
William Harris Dobbs, Sr.

Funeral for William Harris Dobbs, Sr., 72, of Falkville was Saturday, December 11, at 1:00 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Alred officiating.
A Masonic graveside service followed at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Mr. Dobbs died Wednesday, December 8, 1999, at Cullman Health Care Center. He was a native of Morgan County and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He was a pipe fitter for Tennessee Valley Authority, a member of R.E. Oden Masonic Lodge #396 in Falkville and Cahaba Shrine Temple in Huntsville.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Dobbs of Falkville; two sons, Robert Motley and Harris Dobbs. Jr., both of Decatur; one daughter, Sandra Brown of Orlando, Fla.; six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Masons were pallbearers.
James Edward Meeks

Mr. Meeks died Friday, December 10, 1999, at Crestwood Hospital in Huntsville. He was a native of Morgan County.
He is survived by four sisters, Ollie Louise Sands of Fort Worth, Tex., Emma Victoria Thomas of Harvest, Linda Lang of Valhermoso Springs and Mildred Harris of Lacey's Spring.
