Funeral for Eric Dushaun (Cisco) Wiggins, 24, of Hartselle was Tuesday, November 23, at 12:00 noon at Providence Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Chatman officiating.
Burial was in the adjacent cemetery with Reynolds Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Wiggins died Tuesday, November 16, 1999, at Cooper Green Hospital in Birmingham. He was a native of Morgan County and attended Hartselle High School. He received a history award in 1993 from the U.S. Achievement Academy.
He is survived by one son, Terry Wiggins of Hartselle; his father, Richard Morris of Hartselle; his mother, Dorothy J. Wiggins of Hartselle; three brothers, Jessie Williams of Decatur, Pernell Wiggins of Hartselle and Brian Morris of Trinity; one sister, Verna Garner of Hartselle; and his grandmother, Mary Fowler of Hartselle.
Pallbearers were Mike Benson, James Muhammad, Sherell Garth, Corey Chapman, James Sharpley and Deangelo White

Funeral for Walter C. (Pat) Haney, 84, of Valhermoso Springs was Tuesday, November 16, at Morgan City Church of God with Duane Spanogle officiating.
Burial was in Rescue Cemetery with Arab Memorial Chapel directing.
Mr. Haney died Sunday, November 14, 1999, at Huntsville Hospital. He was a native of Lamar County and a retired Redstone Arsenal civil service employee.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Haney of Valhermoso Springs; two sons, Jerry W. Haney of Arley and Steve Haney of Morgan City; two daughters, Sandra Steadham of Morgan City and Patsy Cruce of Jasper; two brothers, Benny M. Haney of Columbus, Miss.; and Roland Haney of Sulligent; nine grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Erskin Brown, Glenn Williams, Franklin Edwards, Kyle Haney, Andy Gullion and Darren Steadham.

A graveside service for Margaret Marie Morris, 78, of Decatur was Sunday, November 21, at Decatur City Cemetery with the Rev. Tony Anderton officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Morris died Friday, November 19, 1999, at her residence. She was a native of Morgan County.
She is survived by two sons, Larry Hagamaker of Decatur and Raymond Morris of Moulton; two sisters, Cora May Ferguson of Iowa and Lula May Shankle of Decatur; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Lester (Les) Hughes

Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery with Ridout's Brown Service Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Hughes died Wednesday, November 17, 1999, at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Birmingham. He was a native of Morgan County and a member of Deer Springs Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a former owner of Highway Discount Furniture in Hartselle and a retired truck driver.
He is survived by two daughters, Leslie Hughes of Springville and Cindy Morgan of Hartselle; two brothers, Jimmy Elkins of Altus, Okla. and Larry Elkins of Florida; two sisters, Sarah Scott of Somerville and Mary Percival of Huntsville; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Pallbearers were Brandon Scroggins, Bobby Shadden, Ricky Young, David Cagle, Lamar Percival and Jim Demastus.

Mr. Smith died Thursday, November 18, 1999 at his residence. He was a native of Arlington, Tex., and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Ocie Smith of Lacey's Spring; one stepdaughter, Lesa Daly of Lacey's Spring; and one sister, Viola Finzel of Michigan.
Marie Stephenson Howell

Mrs. Howell died Saturday, November 20, 1999, at her residence. She was a native of Morgan County and was retired from Coca-Cola Bottling Co. and Kentucky Fried Chicken. She was the oldest living member of Austinville United Methodist Church, a charter member of ABWA and a member of the Pilot Club.
She is survived by her husband, James A. Howell of Decatur; two daughters, Jackie Cheatham of Decatur and Mary Fields of Foley; one sister, Martha Tanner of Kalamazoo, Mich.; four grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Al Cheatham, T.J. Braswell, Billie Puckett, Allen Cheatham, David Wood and Chris Jackson.

Mr. Lindsey died Thursday, November 18, 1999, at Northport Medical Center in Tuscaloosa County. He was a native of Morgan County and a member of Calvary West Baptist Church in Cullman. He was a self-employed carpenter and a former pastor of Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Church, Bell Springs Baptist Church and other Baptist churches in the area.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Moses Lindsey of Vinemont; three sons, James Lindsey of Eutaw, Richard Lindsey of Vinemont and Lynn Lindsey of Falkville; three daughters, Carol Free and Darlene Clark, both of Falkville, and Regina Hall of Eva; three brothers, Jack Lindsey of Mogadore, Ohio, and George Lindsey and James Don Lindsey, both of Ohio; three sisters, Helen Kennedy and Retta Mertz, both of Ohio and Kathy Gordon of Orlando, Fla.; 17 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were grandsons:; Dale Free, Chris Free, Mark Hardin, Jamie Lindsey, Jimmy Moses, George Hudgins, Albert Thompson and Junior Lindsey.
