FOREST PARK, Ga., -- Funeral for Virginia Privett Lewis Minor, 86, of Lake City, Ga., will be Wednesday at noon at Parkway Gardens Chapel with the Rev. Paul Robbins officiating.
A graveside service will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in Eatonton, Ga., at 3:30 p.m. with the Rev. Dudley Horton officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Minor died Friday, Nov. 12, 1999, at Athena Rehabilitation Center in Lake City. She was born Sept. 7, 1913, in Moulton, to John Privett and Fannie Logan Privett. She married Rufus A. Lewis, who died in 1950. After his death, she worked as a nurse for a private physician and later at Georgia Military College, where she was known as "Mama Lewis." In 1974, she married Howard Minor and moved to Columbia, Tenn., where she lived until moving to Lake City.
She is survived by one son, James E. Lewis of Morrow, Ga.; three sisters, Katherine Claburn and Francis Manor, both of Decatur and Elsie Thompson of Flintstone, Ga.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. Penn died Monday, Nov. 15, 1999, at Hartselle Medical Center. He was born Feb. 18, 1947, in Morgan County, to Rufus Alvie and Lois Evelyn White Penn. He was a member of the McKendree United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Lois White Penn of Hartselle; and one brother, Rufus A. Penn of Danville.
Pallbearers will be Jim Bramlett, Tim Bramlett, Russell Reeder, Steve Anders, Allen Hopkins and Carl Penn.

Graveside service for infant Catherine Isabella Underwood of Decatur was Saturday at Decatur City Cemetery with the Rev. Ken Dunivant and the Rev. Sid McAnnally officiating and Roselawn Funeral Home directing.
The infant died Thursday, Nov. 11, 1999, the day of her birth, at Decatur General Hospital.
She is survived by her parents, John F. and Stefanie Underwood of Decatur; one brother, Jack Underwood of Decatur; one sister, Wiley Underwood of Decatur; her grandparents, Fred N. and Louise C. Underwood and Charlotte Marcum Staff, all of Decatur, and James Richard Staff of Atmore; and her great-grandparents, Stella Barron Marcum of Troy, Serena Gaunt Cooper of Macon, Mo., and Eddie A. and Nell Staff, of Atmore .

Mrs. Wheeldon died Monday, November 15, 1999, at her residence. She was born Jan. 16, 1919, in Wilmington, Del., to Frank and Cecil Murray Campbell.
She was a former Navy nurse, a member of the Eastern Star, and a member of West Hartselle Baptist Church. She was the widow of Vernon J. Wheeldon and the mother of the late Janet W. Browning.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Bobby O. Browning of Birmingham; two granddaughters, Angela H. Morrison of Birmingham and Melanie A. Simmons of Hayden; and five great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband; Michael Clinard; three sons, Robert Patrick Henderson of Hillsboro, David Michael Henderson of Decatur and James Ray Furr of Section; her mother, Rosemary Reeves of Montgomery; two brothers, Glynn Reeves and Michael Reeves, both of Huntsville; three sisters, Julie Reeves and Susan Reeves, both of Montgomery, and Marion Partion of Atlanta; and four grandchildren.

Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin, Wis., with Eernisse Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church.
Mrs. Julian died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1999, at St. Mary's Hospital in Ozaukee. She was born May 2, 1917, in Clyde, N.Y., to Julian C. and Anna J. Bird Gifford. She moved to Wisconsin from New York after 1939. She and her husband, Melvin D. Julian, moved to Decatur in about 1987 and lived here for several years. She was a member of St. Boniface Episcopal Church-Mequon and various women's clubs and church groups. She was a private children's nurse.
She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie Tenengolts of Saratoga, Calif., and Kathleen Bahrke of Port Washington; three granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren.

Mr. Nethery died Saturday, Nov. 13, 1999, at University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham. He was born Feb. 3, 1952, in Morgan County. He was an engineer and worked McConnell Engineering in Birmingham for 22 years.
He is survived by one daughter, Amelia Nethery of Homewood; his parents, Hilrey and Lois Nethery of Hartselle; and one sister, Shelia Blackwood of Hartselle.

Mrs. Russell died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 1999, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born Feb. 26, 1922, in Limestone County to John Thomas and Cora Lee Reeves Vinson. She was a member of Hartselle Church of Christ and retired from Decatur General Hospital, where she worked in central supplies.
She is survived by one son, Edgar Earl Smith of Decatur; two daughters, Brenda Smith Julian of Mobile and Dianne Terry Lawter of Hartselle; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was a homemaker and a member of Mount Carmel Church of Christ. She was the mother of the late Deborah Taylor and the sister of the late James Terry.
She is survived by two daughters, Selina Hunt of Pulaski, Tenn., and Beth Taylor of Athens; one brother, Robert Terry of Rogersville; two sisters, Wynell Reynolds and Marie Harrison, both of Athens; one grandchild; and four step-grandchildren.
