Burial was in Roselawn Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Decatur.
Mrs. Hamilton died Sunday, January 2, 2000, in Hartselle. She was a native of Morgan County.
She is survived by her husband, Frankie Hamilton of Hartselle; one son, Keith Wynn of Hartselle; three daughters, Katrina Wynn, Subrina Wynn and Jennifer Wynn, all of Hartselle; her father, Clyde Kent, Sr., of Decatur; her mother and stepfather, Carolyn and George Letson of Hartselle; her grandmothers, Dorothy Kent of Hartselle and Myrtis Dilbeck of Decatur; two brothers, Clyde Kent, Jr., and Sammy Kent, both of Hartselle.

Funeral for Ruth Sivley Buford, 91, of Hartselle was Thursday, December 30, 1999, at 1:00 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Gary Cardwell and Jack Redfearn officiating.
Burial was in Center Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Buford died Tuesday, December 28, 1999, at Falkville Healthcare Center. She was native of Tennessee and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by a son, Walter Sivley.
She is survived by four sons, William Sivley of Mt. Clement, Mich., Billy Sivley of Decatur, Edward Sivley of Brooksville and Johnny Sivley of Hartselle; five daughters, Doris Abernathy of Morris, Jean Finley of Flint, Bobbie Anderson of Tanner, Mary Sanders of Ford Worth, Tex., and Linda Ricks of Hartselle; two stepdaughters, Jenny Townsend of Decatur and Nancy Buford of Atlanta, Ga.; 39 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.
Grandson were pallbearers.
Amy Bell Luker Bryant

Funeral for Amy Bell Luker Bryant, 89, of Danville was Tuesday, January 4, at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Methodist Church, South of Danville, with the Revs. Bill Monk and Greg Standridge officiating.
Burial was in Corinth Cemetery in Cullman County with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Bryant died Saturday, January 1, 2000, at her residence. She was a native of Morgan County and a 60-year member of Pine Grove Methodist Church. She taught Sunday school for many years, was the oldest member of the church and Church Mother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Bryant, one daughter, Lilla Marilyn Bryant, three brothers, Frank Dillard Luker, Harry William Luker and Glenn Webster Luker, and three sisters, Gertrude Denton, Deliah Luker and Edna Luker.
She is survived by three sons, Ronald Coleman Bryant of Decatur; Terry Edward Bryant of Satellite Beach, Fla., and Paul Phillip Bryant of Danville; one daughter, Sonya Earle Duke of Vinemont; one brother, Herbert Hoover Luker of Cullman; three sisters, Lottie Mae Smith of Addison, Francis Willard Harris of Falkville and Belva Christine Roberts of Atlanta, Ga.; one stepsister, Margaret Chenault of Huntsville; 11 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Michael Bryant, Andy Bryant, Vincent Bryant, Scott Bryant, Billy Bryant and Wayne Heard.
Cecil Carl (Grandally) Swader

Funeral for Cecil Carl (Grandally) Swader, 60, of Somerville was Tuesday, January 4, at 1:00 p.m. at Center Springs Methodist Church with the Revs. Robert Ballew and Jack Lemmond officiating.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Priceville Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Swader died Saturday, January 1, 2000, at Decatur General Hospital. He was a native of Morgan County and a plumber, electrician and armer.
He is survived by his wife, Clara Lemmond Swader of Somerville; one son, Charles E. Swader of Somerville; one daughter, Sonya R. Swader of Somerville; one brother, Dorrell Swader of Somerville; one sister, Lurlene Beggs of Somerville; and two grandsons

Debra Darlene Whitt

Funeral for Debra Darlene Whitt, 38, of Somerville was Tuesday, January 4, at 2:00 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with the Rev. Harlon Hood officiating.
Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery.
Ms. Whitt died Sunday, January 2, 2000, at Decatur General Hospital. She was a native of Limestone County and a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was a 1980 graduate of Austin High School and received an associate degree in science and business administration from Calhoun Community College in 1982. She received a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Alabama in 1985. She received a paralegal studies and assistant law degree form Southern Institute in 1990 and was last employed as a paralegal for W. Clint Brown of Decatur. She previously worked for 10 years for Johnson, Carey, Watson, Corrader and DeGans law firm in Birmingham.
She is survived by her parents, Martha Ann Lecroix Whitt Roberts and Doyle Roberts of Somerville; and two brothers, Keith Roberts of Decatur and Jim Roberts of Somerville.
Pallbearers were Whitt Dukes, Payton Dukes, Jeff Dukes, Frank Roberts, III, Robert Freeman, Bill Parker, Rusty Davis and Eric Cottingham.
Roger Barton Cannon

A graveside service for Roger Barton Cannon, 58, of Decatur was Tuesday, January 4, at 3:30 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with the Rev. Mitch Smith officiating.
Mr. Cannon died Sunday, January 2, 2000, at Decatur General Hospital. He was a native of Cullman County and a brick mason. He was a member of the Decatur Homebuilders Association.
He is survived by one son, Troy Cannon of Falkville; two daughters, Donna Cannon of Killen and Rachel Goodwin of Trinity; five brothers, Ronald Cannon, Tommy Cannon, Cole Cannon and Laddie Cannon, all of Decatur, and Dale Cannon of Michigan; five sisters, Sue Barnett, Melba Jones and Brenda Gower, all of Decatur; Blanche Vitale of Rochester, N.Y., and Connie Castleberry of Washington; and one granddaughter.
Pallbearers were Jess Richie, Mark Cannon, James Glover, Billy Reeves, Bryan Wallace and John Matthews.

Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Griggs died Thursday, December 30, 1999, at Decatur General Hospital. She was a native of Lauderdale County and a member of Southside Baptist Church, where she was active in the missions organization. She was a graduate of Lauderdale County High School, where she played basketball. She continued to be an avid sports fan, with particular emphasis on girls basketball, throughout her life.
She is survived by two daughters, Robbie Griggs of Decatur and Claudelle Ellis of Hartselle; one grandson; and two great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Harold Holland, Leo Terry, Brian Legg, Richard Dunn, Snooky Hairell and Joel Ellis.
