A graveside service for infant Tristan Hoyt Sherrill of Decatur was Monday, June 5, at 10:30 a.m. at Lawrence Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Waymon Fike officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing.
The infant died Saturday, June 3, 2000, the day of his birth, at Parkway Medical Center.
He is survived by his parents, Erik and Pam Sherrill of Decatur; one brother, Trevor Sherrill of Decatur; his grandparents, Charles and Sadie Long of Danville and Kathy Sherrill of Huntsville; and his great grandparents, Mary K. Sherrill of Decatur, Kenneth and Kathleen Thomas of Moulton and Mattie Lou Long of Birmingham.
O.D. Swann

Funeral for O.D. Swann, 95, of Cullman was Tuesday, June 6, at 2:00 p.m. at Hanceville Funeral Home with the Rev. David McDonald officiating.
Burial was in Valley Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Swann died Sunday, June 4, 2000, at Cullman Health Care Center. He was a native of Cullman County and a retired farmer.
He is survived by three sons, Edgar Swann and O. Voight Swann, both of Cullman, and Sherrill Swann of McMinnville, Tenn.; three daughters, Marion Brown of Thomaston, Ga., Lola Wilson of Massey and Modene McKrill of Perry, Ohio; 19 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; and 18 great great grandchildren.
Jacob (Ramsey) Waite

Funeral for Jacob Ramsey Waite, three, of Huntsville was Tuesday, May 30, at 11:00 a.m. at Restoration Church in Madison with Pastor Bob Guay officiating.
Burial was in Huntsville Memory Gardens with Laughlin Funeral Home directing.
The child died Friday, May 26, 2000, at his residence.
He is survived by his parents, Dr. Jay and Angelia Waite of Madison; two brothers, Benji Waite and Chandler Waite, both of Madison; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Waite of Muscle Shoals and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Elliot of Hartselle.
Janice Ware Breeding

Funeral for Janice Ware Breeding, 56, of Hartselle was Friday, June 9, at 2:00 p.m. at Priceville Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Ervin officiating.
Burial was in Somerville Church of God Cemetery.
Miss Breeding died Tuesday, June 6, 2000, at Decatur General Hospital. She was a native of Morgan County and a member of Somerville Church of God.
She is survived by three brothers, Hertchel E. Breeding of Montgomery, Theron L. Breeding of Hartselle and Harold S. Breeding of Decatur.
John Paul Vinzant

Funeral for John Paul Vinzant, 78, of Hartselle will be on Thursday, June 15, at 1:00 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Greene officiating.
Burial will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
Mr. Vinzant died Saturday, June 10, 2000, in Hartselle at the residence of a sister, Essie Harris. He is a native of Morgan County and a veteran of World War II.
He is survived by three sons, Dale Wayne Vinzant of Ryan, Fenton Darnell Vinzant and Johnnie Vinzant, both of Hartselle; three brothers, Roy Vinzant, Coy Vinzant and Kenneth Vinzant, all of Hartselle; three sisters, Essie Harris of Hartselle, Geraldine Byrd of Decatur and Laverne Byrd of Falkville; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
Nephews will be pallbearers.
Bert Lee Sapp

Funeral for Bert Lee Sapp, 49, of Hartselle was Saturday, June 10, at 11:00 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Terry Nappier and Danny Pitts officiating.
Burial was in Falkville City Cemetery.
Mr. Sapp died Thursday, June 8, 2000, at Huntsville Hospital. He was a native of Morgan County and a Baptist.
He is survived by his father, Douglas Sapp of Decatur; two brothers, J.D. Sapp of Decatur and Charles Rose of Moulton; and one sister, Bobbie Morgan of Decatur.
Pallbearers were Mike Shaffer, C.W. Walling, James Shaffer and Eric Shaffer.
Marie McLemore

Funeral for Marie McLemore, 72, of Danville, was Sunday, June 11, at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Francis Proctor officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. McLemore died Friday, June 9, 2000, at Decatur General Hospital. She was a native of Lawrence County and the sister of the late James White and Sebron White.
She is survived by her husband, Charles McLemore of Danville; two sons, Damion McLemore and Bryan McLemore, both of Speake; three daughters, Debra Motes of Moulton, Sandra Higdon of Massey and Annette Hyde of Speake; one brother, Calvin White of Decatur; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Pallbearers were Mark McLemore, Keith McLemore, Chad Mote, Joe Hyde, Chance Higdon and Marty Kelsoe.
