Funeral for Martha Eugenia Price Gilchrist, 80, of Decatur, Tuesday, August 8, at 11:00 a.m at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Sandra Locke-Godbey officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle City Cemetery.
Mrs. Gilchrist died Sunday, August 6, 2000, at her residence. She was a native of Morgan County, a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and was a World War II Army veteran. She is survived by two sons, Bill Gilchrist of Decatur and John Gilchrist of Priceville; four daughters, Carolyn Mueller of North Babylon, New York, Robin Przepiora of Plymouth, Minn. and Marsha Kimbrell and Susan White, both of Decatur; one brother, Edwin Price of Ormond Beach, Fla.; three sisters, Frances Price and Elizabeth Kirby, both of Decatur and Tommie Kelly of Ben Hur, Va,; and 10 grandchildren.

Funeral for Louie G. Key, 89, of Moulton was Saturday, August 5, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Wendell Callahan officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Key died Thursday, August 3, 2000 at NHC Healthcare in Moulton. He was a retired farmer and former employee of Worthington Corporation. He was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church.
He is survived by one brother, Vernon Key of Trussville; and two sisters, Ruby Harris of Birmingham, and Helen Hudson of Moody, Ala.
Mrs. Ethel Mae Ward

Funeral for Ethel Mae Ward, 81, of Warrior, was Friday, August 4, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m.
Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Mrs. Warrior died Tuesday, August 1, 2000, at Carraway Methodist Medical Center. She was a native of Cullman County, a homemaker and a member of St. Andrews Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Lee Holmes, Alonzo Holmes and Cephus Holmes and three sisters, Avy Yates, Ferby Runge and Rosie Clemmons.
She is survived by her husband, Manuel Ward of Warrior; one son, Luther (Nora) Wooten of Amelia, Va.; two daughters, Martie (Marshall) Bolding of Knoxville, Tenn and Nella Faye West of Warrior; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Audie Lee McDonald Ryan

Funeral for Audie Lee McDonald Ryan, 96, of Oneonta, formerly of Cullman, was Sunday, July 23, at Hanceville Funeral Home with the Rev. Chris Denson officiating.
Burial was in Hopewell Cemetery.
Mrs. McDonald died Friday, July 21, 2000, at Medical Center Blount Hospital in Oneonta. She was a longtime member of Hokes Bluff United Methodist Church and the widow of Dewey Ryan and the mother of the late Delwyn Gillespie.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Gerald and Gaynell Gillespie, Snead; one brother, Grady McDonald of Decatur; two sisters, Lucia Nance of Decatur and Leila Wallace of Hartselle; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and two step-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Larry Wallace, Jackie Morgan, Gary Tucker, Mark Phillips, Paul Wallace, Bob Sellers, Mike Phillips and Floyce Bridges.
Allen C. "Al" Moore

Funeral for Allen C. "Al" Moore, 63, of Martinez, Ga. were Wednesday, August 9, at 11 a.m. at Elliott Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Georgia.
Mr. Moore died Monday, August 7, at Doctor's Hospital in Augusta, Ga. He was a native of Hartselle and had resided in Georgia since being stationed at Camp Gordon Army Base in 1954. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War, earning numerous citations and commendations including the Bronze Star for valor. He was a member of the Disable American Veterans.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Moore of Martinez, Ga; one brother, J.V. Moore of Hartselle; two sisters, Leona Eubanks and Katie Guthrie both of Decatur, Ala.; three daughters, Karen Sammons of Grovetown, Ga, Sharen Buckner of Bethlehem, Ga. and Susan Moore of Evans, Ga.; and three grandchildren.
Hilda Weaver Pellowski

Funeral for Hilda Elizabeth Weaver Pellowski, 81, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was Friday, July 28, at 11 a.m. at St. Bernadette Church in Milwaukee with Pastor Bill Whalen officiating.
Burial was in Wood National Cemetery, Milwaukee alongside her husband, Joseph J. Pellowski.
Mrs. Pellowski died Monday, July 24, 2000, at her residence. She was born in Eva and grew up in Greasy Cove, and attended Rock Creek Elementary School and Eva High School.
She is survived by one sister, Wilda Tanner of Eva; one brother, Hilbert Weaver of Eva; one son, James Pellowski of Milwaukee; one daughter, Linda Sell of Altoona, Wis.; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Marty Sell, Mark Rademann, Scott Rademann, Christopher Baumann, Aaron Gellings, and Jerry Marzion.
Alice Posey Sherman

Funeral for Alice Posey Sherman, 96, of Decatur, will be Thursday, August 10, at 10:00 a.m. at Shelton Funeral Home with the Revs. Bobby Bentley and Phillip Sessions officiating.
A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. at Bethsada Cemetery in Cullman County.
Mrs. Sherman died Tuesday, August 8, 2000, in Decatur. She was a native of Blount County and the widow of Henry Posey. She was the mother of the late Dessie Posey and Ressie Posey.
She is survived by four sons, Robert E. Posey and Floyd Posey, both of Decatur, Dee Posey of Trinity and Harold Posey of Somerville; four daughters, Boula Brown of Priceville, Audie Morgan of Hartselle, Christine Hartselle of Decatur and Ora Dean Holbert of Trinity, twenty-four grandchildren; forty-eight great grandchildren and twelve great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
