Imogene Thompson Young, 62, of Fyffe, died Tuesday, June 24, 2003, at her residence.
Services will be Saturday, June 28, at 1 p.m. at W. T. Wilson Funeral Chapel in Rainsville. Burial will follow in Welcome Grove Cemetery. The Revs. Tim Davis, Lee Earl Thompson and Jerry Bryan will officiate. W. T. Wilson Funeral Home will direct.
Lowe
Ovell S. Lowe, 73, of Boaz died Thursday, June 26, 2003.
Services were Sunday, June 29, at 1 p.m. at Rowan McRae Chapel with burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. The Revs. Charles McDowell and W.C. Putman officiated.
Mrs. Lowe was a member of he Boaz Church of God.
Mrs. Lowe is survived by her sons, Charles E. Lowe II and Douglas Lowe, both of Boaz; daughters, Loretta Lowe, Reba Cofield and Rebecca Kay Mason, all of Cullman, and Diane Lowe of Attalla; sisters, Vona Lee Bobo of Southside, Dean McDowell and Patsy Gross, both of Boaz; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Lowe, Sr. and her son-in-law, Tommy Cofield.
Pallbearers were Alan McDowell, Kenneth McDowell, Tim Holmes, Jim Gross and Anthony Cofield.

Mr. Earl Roden, 93, of Crossville, died Thursday, June 26, at Marshall Medical Center South.
Funeral services were Saturday, June 28, at 2 p.m. at the Harris Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Crossville Cemetery. The Revs. J.H. Robison, Wayne Tarvin and Harvey Beck officiated. Harris Funeral Home of Geraldine was in charge.
Mr. Roden is survived by his son, Prentice Roden, of Crossville; daughter-in-law, Judy Roden of Leesburg; sisters Ione Corder and Polly Holcomb, both of Albertville; brothers Elmos Roden and G.B. Roden, both of Crossville; and two granddaughters.

Mrs. Charlotte O’Brien, 41, of Fort Payne, died Friday, June 27, 2003, at her residence.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 30, at 2 p.m. at Rainsville Funeral Home with burial at Concord Cemetery. The Revs. Cates Noles and Billy Summerford officiated. Rainsville Funeral Home was in charge.
Mrs. O’Brien is survived by her husband, John O’Brien, of Fort Payne; daughter Breanna Silvey of Fort Payne; parents, Marcell and Grace Martin and William and Ann Kittrel of Fort Payne; brothers, Dewayne Martin of Fort Payne, Greg Martin and David Shane Kittrel, both of Henagar and Jimmy Martin of Rising Fawn, Ga.; step-brother, Greg Wooten of Florida; sisters Cherylene Britt of Rainsville and Connie Bailey of Fort Payne; step-sisters Lisa Baker of Fort Payne, Cindy Goodman of Florida and Annette Hamms of Texas; and one grandson.
