Jones (Jo Ann) both of Guntersville, 3 Daughters: Mary Lois Hart (Jimmy) of Arab, Kathy Alverson (Charles) of Guntersville, and Jo Ellen Acklin (Jimmy) of Huntsville, 2 Brothers: Curtis Jones Jr. (Carolyn) of FL and Ray M. Jones (Charlotte) of Guntersville, 3 Sisters: Christine David of Scottsboro, Louise Burks of Birmingham, and Sue Strickland (Randall) of Guntersville, 8 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren, and Highschool sweetheart Tempie Fullilove.
The Visitation will be Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 11:00am to 2:00pm with the Funeral service following at 2:00pm in the Chapel. Bro. Bill Millican, Bro. Steven Swords, and Jimmy Hart will be officiating. Burial is at the Guntersville City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be the Law Enforcement Officers of Marshall Co.
Mr. Jones is preceded in death by his Wife: Mary Jeanette, Parents: Curtis and Minnie Jones, Brother: Oland Jones, and Sister Faye Deck.
In lieu of Flowers, the family request donations to Cystic Fibrosis, Children Hospital in Birmingham, or Hospic of Marshall Co.

Mr. Jay V. Zanetti passed away March 21, 2009 at his residence, he was 78. He is survived by his wife: Linda Zanetti of Guntersville, 4 Sons: Jeffery Zanetti of FL, Gary Frear of NY, Bill Frear (Stacy) of TN, and David Frear (Diane) of LA, 2 Daughters: Stacy Zanetti of NY and Lori Frear (Chris Cole) of NC, 1 Brother: Vincent Zanetti (Phyllis) of SC, 1 Sister: Valerie Zanetti Moxley of FL, and 9 Granchildren.
A visitation was held at Guntersville Memorial chapel on Monday, Mar. 23, 2009 from 10:00am to 11:00am and the funeral following at 11:00am in the chapel. Bro. Randy Crawford officiating.
Mr. Zanetti is preceded in death by a son Jayson Zanetti.

Buck Fortenberry - Age 75 of Albertville passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at Crossville Health and Rehabilitation, Crossville, Al. Services for Mr. Fortenberry were held on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 2 pm at Carr's Chapel-in-the-Pines with Bro. Houston Cookston, Bro. Daniel Whatley, and Bro. Stoney Turner officiating and Carr Funeral Home Directing. Visitation for Mr. Fortenberry was Friday Evening, March 27, 2009 from 6 until 9 pm at Carr Funeral Home.

Buck Fortenberry was born in Marshall County, Alabama, March 26, 1934; the Son of Ralph Fortenberry and Lydia Mae King Fortenberry. He worked most of his life in maintenance at Gold Kist.
Buck is survived by his Wife: Mary Fortenberry of Alder Springs; 3 Daughters: Julie Turner and her Husband: Stoney of Guntersville, Jennifer Gail Strange of Alder Springs, and Amanda Throesch and her Husband: David of Naples, Florida; 4 Brothers: R.B. Fortenberry of Guntersville, Rex Fortenberry of Arab, Herman Fortenberry of Alabama, and J.C. Fortenberry of Union Grove; 7 Grandchildren: Dustin Turner, Brook Strange, Brandon Turner, Daniel Strange, Jacob Turner, Samantha Throesch, and Joshua Throesch. Buck was preceded in death by his parents: Ralph and Lydia Fortenberry andby 4 Brothers: Bill Fortenberry, Kenneth Fortenberry, Richard Fortenberry, and James Fortenberry.

She is survived by 3 Daughters: Jennifer Beck, Stacie Beck, & Regina Beck all of Birmingham, 1 Brother: Bruce Lee Dye (Vanessa) of Tuscaloosa, and Aunt: Sue Watts (Don) of Locust Fork.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 14, 2009 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Guntersville Memorial Chapel with the Funeral on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Guntersville Memorial Chapel with Bro. Morris Stephens fficiating. Burial is at High Point Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Beck was a school teacher at Douglas Elementary.

Charles Watkins and Bro Joel Samuels officiating and Carr Funeral Home Directing. Mr. Phillips was given full Masonic Rites. Visitation for Mr. Phillips was Saturday eveing, April 18, 2009 frrom 6 until 8 pm at Carr Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were: Ivan Teal, Dean Tucker, Vernon Cooper, Dennis Garrison, Wayne Todd, Aaron Cooper, and Mac McCord. Honorary pallbearers were Members of the Young Men's Sunday School Class at First Baptist Church.

Patty Sue Williams was born in the state of Kentucky, May 27, 1937; the Daughter of James Orvis Hughes and Ruth Tyler Hughes. She worked as a secretary for Civil Service.
Patty is survived by 2 Sons: Shane Williams and Tyler Williams, both of Guntersville and a Brother: J.O. Hughes of New Mexico.

Charles David Pittman - Age 67 of Guntersville passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at the home of his sister in Albany, Georgia. Services for Mr. Pittman were Graveside on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 12 Noon at Rosemere Cemetery in Opelika, Alabama. A Short visitation was held at the cemetery prior to the service.
Charles David Pittman was born in Lee County, Alabama, December 16, 1941; the Son of James F. and Doris Moore Pittman, Sr. He worked as a car salesman, his last job at Easy Term Car Sales in Albertville, Al.
Charles is survived by a Son: Michael C. Pittman and his Wife: Maricela of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee; a Daughter: Clariss Pittman of Cedar Creek Lake, Texas; a Sister: Arianne Carpenter of Albany, Georgia; 5 Grandchildren; Special Aunt and Uncle: Fred and Moline Hubband of Guntersville; and a Host of Nieces and Nephews.
