Grady Lee Ellison, 79, of Jemison, died Tuesday, November 16 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.
Services will be held at Martin Funeral Home Chapel today at 3 p.m. with Rev. Royce Ellison and Rev. Jeff Calhoun officiating. Burial will follow in the Rocky Mount Cemetery, Jemison.
Survivors include three daughters,Vickie Thomas of Jemison, Patsy Taylor of Jemison and Bette Lowery of Jemison; brother, Floyd Ellison of Jemison; and six grandchildren.
James Conway (Connie) Smith
Services for James Conway (Connie) Smith, 90, of Jemison, were Tuesday, November 30 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Smith died Sunday, November 28.
Survivors include his son, Billy D. Smith of Clanton; daughter, Ruby Neely of Jemison; brother, Merlie Smith of Jemison; sister, Pattie Culp of Jemison; two granddaughters, Sheila Hucks of Clanton and Gwen Vines of Jemison; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Tiny Lea Dora Varden Smith.
Colley Martin
Colley Martin, 90, of Clanton, died Friday, November 26 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.
Services were held at Martin Funeral Home Chapel, Monday, November 29 with Rev. Donnie Messer officia ing. Burial followed in the Martin Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Violet Martin of Clanton; son, Donald W. Martin
of Biloxi, MS; two daughters, Tracia D. Bussey of Thorsby and Elaine Marshall of Pinson; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Ruby Celestia Williams Jones
Services for Ruby Celestia Williams Jones, 88, of Jemison, were held Monday, November 29 at Union Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Gothard officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Jones died November 27.
Survivors include two sons, Garvas Dean Jones of Jemison and John William Jones of Jemison; daughter, Cecilia Ann Lowery of Jemison; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Luther Jones.
Willard Cobern Little
Services for Willard Cobern Little, 55, of Clanton are today at Martin Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. with Rev. John Coburn officiating. Burial will follow in the Martin Memorial Cemetery. Friends will be received before the service from 9-11 a.m.
Little died Monday, November 29.
Survivors include his wife, Lynn Little of Clanton; son, Kevin Little of Clanton; daughter, Misty Jones of Clanton; brother, Eugene Little of Verbena; sister-in-law, Yvonne Little of Clanton; and six grandchildren, Ashlee, Brandon, Chad, Frank, Dakota and Courtney Jones.
Neal Allen Neal
Services for Neal Allen Neal, 52, of Jemison, will be Thursday, December 2 at 1 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel in Jasper with Rev. Harry Bunn officiating. Friends will be received before the service at 11 a.m.
Neal died Thursday, November 25 in Pensacola.
Survivors include his wife, Karen G. Neal of Jemison; mother, Eva Ingle Neal of Hayden; father, Jack D. Neal of Hayden; sons, R. Justin Neal of Birmingham and Taylor G. Neal of Jemison; sister, Dianne N. Crumpton of Birmingham; and grandchild, Ashlyn Shea Neal of Birmingham.
Anna Faye Northcutt
Services for Anna Faye Northcutt, 73, of Clanton, are today at Martin
Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. with Rev. Terry Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Midway Memorial Gardens in Jemison.
Northcutt died Tuesday, November 30 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.
Survivors include four daughters, Pam Washington of Calera, Shelli Crane of Jemison, Roxanne Coker of Clanton and Zippi Morris of Clanton; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, W. R. Young of Milton, FL; and niece, Wanda Underwood of Calera. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. N. Northcutt; her sons, John Wayne Northcutt and Gary Northcutt; and granddaughter, Angel Peters Williams.
Christopher Alexander Hodges
Christopher Alexander Hodges, seven days old, of Alabaster, passed away on Saturday, November 27.
His survivors include his parents, Bobby and Dana Hodges; and grandparents, Leonard R. and Mary Hodges and Gina and Raymond Westervelt. He was preceded in death by his twin sister, Arabella Elisl Hodges.
Graveside services will be held today at 1 p.m. in Southern Heritage
Cemetery with Carl Thomason officiating. Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home is directing.
Richard C. Sauer, Sr.
Richard C. Sauer, Sr., 85, of Thorsby, died Saturday, November 13 at Brookwood Medical Center.
Graveside services are today at 11 a.m. at Thorsby Memorial with Father Ray Remke officiating.
Burial will follow in the Thorsby Memorial Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia Sauer of Thorsby; daughter, Joanne Head of Thorsby; brother, Robert F. Sauer of Torrance, CA; granddaughter, Ashley H. Betty Burkhalter Cox Taylor
Services for Betty Burkhalter Cox Taylor, 72, of Decatur, were Monday, November 15 at 11 a.m. at Bethany Baptist Church, Verbena, with Rev. Jason Clouse and Rev. Craig Carlisle officiating. Burial followed in the Bethany Baptist Cemetery.

Taylor died November 12 at Huntsville Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Arthur S. Taylor of Decatur; three sons, Keith Cox of Hueytown, James J. Taylor of Alaska, and Derek O. Taylor of Acworth, Georgia; three daughters, Rene' Williams of Birmingham, Janet E. Taylor of Rockvale, TN, and Amber I. Marteal P. Traywick
Marteal P. Traywick, 80, of Clanton, died Monday, Nov. 15 in Shelby Baptist Medical Center.
She was born Friday, Jan. 4, 1924 in Jackson Parish, LA, daughter of the late Brewster Puckett and the late Macy Shows Puckett.
She worked as a homemaker.
Friends will be received today from 6-8 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held at Martin Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, Nov. 17 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Tony Smitherman officiating.
Interment will follow in the Chilton Memorial Gardens.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Wanda Chancellor of Montevallo, Mrs. Linda Noah of Clanton; brother, Mrs. James Puckett of Clanton, seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Annie Robinson McCrary
Annie Robinson McCrary, 94, of Green ville, died November 18 in Green ville.
Services will be Sunday, November 21 at 2:30 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Allen Winn officiating.
Burial will follow in the Martin Memorial Cemetery. Friends will be received before the service from 1-2:30 p.m.
