Services for Ada Mozelle Huffstutler Walker, 83, of Jemison, will be held at Pates Chapel Baptist Church, December 4 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Alvin Porter officiating.
Burial will follow in the Pates Chapel Baptist Cemetery.
Friends will be received at Martin Funeral Home Chapel today from 5-8 p.m. Walker died Thursday, December 2 at Hatley Health Care.
Survivors include her son, William H. Walker of Jemison; three daughters, Francis Benefield of Arab, Minnie Martin of Thorsby and Essie Price of Jemison; brother, Rev. Eulas Huffstutler of Thorsby; sister, Pauline Dorsett of Albertville; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Grady Walker; son, Jackie Walker;
daughter, Rebecca Walker and granddaughter, Donna Joe Price .
Christopher Alexander Hodges
Christopher Alexander Hodges, seven days old, of Alabaster, passed away on Saturday, November 27.
His survivors include his parents, Bobby and Dana Hodges; and grandparents, Leonard R. and Mary Hodges and Gina and Raymond Westervelt.
He was preceded
in death by his twin sister, Arabella Elise Hodges.
Graveside services will be held today at 1 p.m. in Southern Heritage Cemetery with Carl Thomason officiating. Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home is directing.

Mackensey Alise Kent, of Clanton, died Thursday, November 25 in Birmingham.
Graveside services were held Sunday, December 5, at Martin Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Lockhart officiating.
Survivors include her mother, Jenee Miller of Clanton; father, Rodney Kent of Clanton; sister, Lindsey Miller of Clanton; grandfathers, Roger Kent of Clanton and Ronald Romero of Hemphill, Texas; grandmothers, Becky Kent of Clanton and Judy Smith of Hemphill, Texas; great-grandfather, Chester Romero of Branch, LA; great-grandmothers, Mary Lou Romero of Branch, LA and JoAnn Edwards of Clanton; three aunts, Candice Kent of Clanton, Angie Kent of Clanton and Meghan Romero of Eunice, LA; and two uncles, Sonny Romero of Hemphill, Texas and Mike Hann of Clanton.

Jessie C. McCraw, 89, of Clanton, died Saturday, December 4 at her residence.
Services were held at Mulberry Baptist Church, Maplesville, December 6 at 11a.m. with Rev. David Bishop officiating.
Burial followed in Mulberry Baptist Cemetery.
Survivors include her son, J. Warren McCraw of Maplesville; three daughters,
Sue Willis of Clanton, Jean Ramsey of Clanton and Nancy Gore of Clanton; two sisters, Ann Bonnett of Montgomery and Willie Frank Gilliland of Electic; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Helen Gray Cleckler
Services for Helen Gray Cleckler, 64, of Clanton are today at Martin Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. with Buddy Gray speaking.
Burial will follow in the Bethany Cemetery, Verbena. Cleckler died Saturday, December 4 in Alabaster. Survivors include her daughter, Angela Rose Hester of Verbena; three sons, Buddy Gray of Verbena, Terry Cleckler of Clanton and Joseph Cleckler of Maplesville; three sisters, Sattie Brown of Verbena; Ruth Fulmer of Montgomery and Doris Moncrief of Montgomery; and five grandchildren.
Mary Frances Williams Burnette
Services for Mary Frances Williams Burnette, 70, of Thorsby, were held at Martin Funeral Home Chapel, Monday, December 6 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Ralph Esco officiating. Burial followed in Martin Memorial Cemetery.
Burnette died Saturday, December 4.
Survivors include her son, Mike Burnette of Thorsby; daughter, Terri Connell of Clanton; two brothers, Lamar Williams of Clanton and Cecil Williams of Clanton; two sisters, Myrtle Bean and Jeanette Oaks, both of Clanton; two grandsons, Jared Burnette of Thorsby and Patrick Connell of Clanton; and granddaughter, Jenny Burnette of Thorsby.
Debbie Lynn Cleckler
Services for Debbie Lynn Cleckler, 48, of Eutaw, are today at Martin Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. with Rev. Tom Sticklin officiating. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery, Green e County. Friends will be received before the service from 10-11 a.m.
Cleckler died Saturday, December 4.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Ray Cleckler of Eutaw; mother, Dorothy Absher of Prattville; three daughters, Melissa Smith of Clanton, Rachel Coggins of Clanton, and Kimberly Cleckler of Eutaw; son, Timmy Cleckler of Clanton; step-son, Anthony Cleckler of Clanton; four brothers; and six sisters.
Helen Minor Baker
Services for Helen Minor Baker, 78 year old homema er of Clanton, will be held at Martin Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday, November 18 at 1 p.m. with Rev. W.T. Cleckler and Rev. Jerry Milliken officiating.
Burial will follow in the Sunshine Assembly of God Cemetery. Friends will be received today at Martin Funeral Home Chapel from 5-8 p.m. Baker died Tuesday, November 16 in Clanton.
Survivors include her sister, Annie Lee Mims of Clanton and brother, Fonsie Lee Minor, also of Clanton.
Ottis Ivan Wright
Services for Ottis Ivan Wright, 89, of Jemison, will be Saturday, November 20 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Lee Prater officiating.
Burial will follow in the Mineral Springs Cemetery.
Friends will be received today at Martin Funeral Home Chapel from 5-8 p.m. Wright died Thursday at Hatley Health Care. Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews.
Lavada Houston Wilson
Services for Lavada Houston Wilson, 90, of Valley Grand, Alabama, formerly of Maplesville, are today at Cox Chapel Methodist Church at 11 a.m. with Rev. Cletice Ingram officiating.
Burial will follow in the Cox Chapel Methodist Cemetery. Martin Funeral Home will direct. Friends will be received at the church before the service from 10:30-11 a.m. Wilson died Wednesday, November 17 at Warren Manor Nursing Home. Survivors include her son, Jim Wilson of Vestavia Hills; daughter, Sue Godwin of Valley Grand; and grandson, Brad Wilson of Vestavia Hills.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George D. Wilson and her grandson, David Godwin.
Jesse Jasper Wyatt
Jesse Jasper Wyatt, 80, of Thorsby, died Wednesday, Nov. 24 in Shelby Baptist Medical Center.
He was born Friday, February 22, 1924 in Autauga County, Ala., son of the late Erbie Newton Wyatt and the late Hattie Bell Blankenship.
He was a carpenter.
Surviving are his wife, Irene Pate Wyatt of Thorsby; three daughters, Lois Faye Jones of Jemison, Linda Gail Lockhart of Thorsby and Jessie Blair of Thorsby; two sisters, Mary McHerg of Clanton and Lula Bell Rudolph of Childersburg, Ala.; eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 5-8 Friday, Nov. 26 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Clanton.
Services will be held at Martin Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, Nov. 27 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Lonnie Plunkett and the Rev. Billy Boatwright officiating.
Interment will follow in the Midway Memorial Gardens in Jemison.
Bertie Lou Headley Caldwell
Services for Bertie Lou Headley Caldwell, 56, of Shelby were Friday, July 30 at Charter Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Bryant and Rev. Stan Bruce officiating.
Mrs. Caldwell died July 28.
Survivors include her husband, Leo Caldwell, Sr.; son, Ricky Headley of Childersburg; her daughter, Vickie Morgan of Sylacauga; step-sons, Donald Caldwell of Shelby and Leo Caldwell, Jr. of Shelby; her step-daughter, Helen Davis of Shelby; brother, Roy White of Shelby; four grandchildren, Chasity, Dewayne, Jamie and Blake; several step- grandchildren and several great- grandchildren.
Jane Nelems Grissom
Services for Jane Nelems Grissom, 72, of Hoover, were Monday, August 2 at Charter Funeral Home in Calera with Rev. Lewis Bunn officiating.
Mrs. Grissom died July 31.
Survivors include her daughter, Becky Key of Decatur; grandson, Jonathan Key of Decatur; granddaughter, Amy Key of Hoover; one great-grandson, Christian Key of Decatur, three brothers, Henry Nelems, Jack Nelems, both of Birmingham, and Jerry Nelems of Tuscaloosa.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Jack McConnell Grissom and her son, Dick Grissom.
