Willie Cee Reese

Services for Willie Cee Reese, 88, of Conyers, Ga., will be Saturday, August 28 at 2:30 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist

Church with The Rev. Harold Clements will officiate.

Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 p.m. until service

time. Ridouts Southern Heritage will direct. Survivors include her

husband, Thomas F. Reese; daughter, Shirley Crawford of Conyers; sons, Norman C. Reese of Lawrenceville, GA, and

Lester T. Reese of St. Louis, MO; a sister, Aleese Street; sister-in-law, Alma Clements; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Auline B. Jones

Graveside services for Auline B. Jones, 88, of Jemison, are today at Union Grove Cemetery at 11 a.m. with Rev. Johnny Bowman officiating.Mrs. Jones died August 29.Surviving are three daughters, Nola Jean Ludolf of Bessemer, Maureen Deavers of Jemison and Myrtlene Jones of Marion; three granddaughters, Jeanet Pike of Clanton, Betty Sue Logan of Jemison and Nola Ann Garner of Bessemer; eight great-grand children and eight great-great-grandchil-dren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Nolon T. Jones; her son, Gilbert Jones and her grandson, Richard Wayne Moon.

Frances Lucile Henry

Survivors include her husband, R.C. Henry of Clanton; four sons, Dwight Henry of Jemison, Mike Henry of Alabaster, Phillip Henry of Jemison and Frank Henry of Briarfield; three daughters, Sue Vanderslice of Jemison, Becky Lucas of Jemison and Dorothy Thurman of Arkansas; five sisters, Betty McKay of Huntsville, Annie Marie Bruner of Montgomery, Margaret Martin of Jemison, Jimmie Lee Mullins of Wilsonville and Louise Littleton of Maplesville; 19 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her son, Pat Henry.

Hollis Cleckler

Services for Hollis Cleckler, 69, of Clanton will be held today, August 15 at Martin Funeral Home at 3 p.m. with Reverend Robert Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at Bell Lane.

Survivors include his mother, Lennie Wyatt of Clanton; step-father, John Wyatt of Clanton; step-sisters, Martha Nell Whitehead of Atlanta and Judy Williamson of Orrville, Ala. and several nieces and nephews.

Earl Mayhan

Services for Earl Mayhan, 82, will be Saturday, August 14 at 12 p.m. at the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Plantersville. Agee Brother's Funeral Home is directing.

Survivors include his wife, Willie Mayhan; aunt; sister in law; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and friend, Rosie Bailey of Plantersville.

Survivors include his mother, Daisy Law of Clanton; a brother, Jessie Law of Autaugaville; a sister, Earlean Brown of Marbury; two sons, Anthony Law and Marcus Kine, both of Clanton; two grandchildren; two brothers in law, Charles Brown of Marbury and Mack Burden of Tupelo, MS; five aunts; three uncles; four nephews and one niece.

Kenneth Sidney Corey Presley

Kenneth Sidney Corey Presley, 19, of Clanton died Sept. 3 in Lowdnes County.

He was born Saturday, December 15, 1984 in Chilton County, son of the late Ronald Kenneth Presley, Jr. and Melissa Ann Haye Presley.

Surviving are mother, Melissa Presley of Clanton; brother, Andrew Presley of Clanton; grandfathers, Ronald Presley of Calera and Charles Haye of Clanton; grandmothers, Brenda Presley of Calera and Edna Haye of Clanton and great-grandmother, Gladys Stinson of Wilsonwille.

Services will be held at Martin Funeral Home today, Sept.. 5 at 1 p.m. with Reverend Charles Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens.

Hazel Crowe Riffe

Services for Hazel Crowe Riffe, 86, of Lawley, were Saturday, July 3, 2004, at Friendship Baptist Church in Perry County at 10 a.m. with the Rev. John Acreman and Rev. Donald Harris officiating. Mrs. Riffe, a member of Friendship Baptist Church and former member of Randolph Baptist Church, died July 1 at Perry County Nursing Home in Marion. Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Lawley with Martin Funeral Home directing. Survivors include five sons, James Thurston "J.T." Crowe Jr. of Selma, William Bryant Crowe, Paul A. Crowe, and Jimmy O. Crowe, all of Lawley, C. Blakey Crowe of Maplesville; a sister, Mrs. Gladys Howard of Bessemer; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, James Thurston Crowe Sr. and T. Hargus Riffe; a daughter, Edith Crowe Hughes; and a son, Harold R. Crowe.

Jennie Lee Dalrymple

Services for Jennie Lee Dalrymple, 63, of Clanton, were Saturday July 3, 2004 at Seventh Day Adventist Church at 2 p.m. with Pastor Mahoney officiating. Mrs. Dalrymple died July 1 at Brookwood Medical Center. Burial was in Martin Memorial Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Thomas Franklin Dalrymple of Clanton; a son, Thomas Jeffrey Dalrymple of Clanton; daughters Mrs. Melanie Easterling of Clanton and Misty Mims of Clanton; a sister, Mrs. Barbara Walls of Maplesville; three brothers, Thomas Orr of Prattville, Labron Orr of Douglas, and Tolly Orr of Boaz; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Geraldine Deason

Services for Geraldine Deason, 87 of Clanton, are Monday, July 5 at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Martin Memorial Cemetery.

Deason died Saturday, July 3 in Clanton.

Survivors include her son, Allen Deason of Clanton; sisters Margaret Spigner of Midfield, Birtel Hill of Birmingham and Annie Merle Jones of Auburn; and her grandson, Michael A. Deason of Clanton. She was preceded in death by her husband Harvey A. Deason.

Lilla L. Heflin Taylor

Graveside Services for Lilla L. Heflin Taylor, 95 of Clanton, were Saturday, July 3 at 1 p.m. at Clanton City Cemetery. The Rev. Bill Tucker officiated and Martin Funeral Home directed. Taylor died Friday, July 2 at her residence.

Survivors include her sons James Taylor and Johnny Taylor, both of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.; grandsons Cole Taylor of Atlanta, Ga., and Hal Taylor of Clanton; granddaughters Kitty Taylor of of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., and Debbie Foshee of Mt. Pleasant, SC; a sister, Janice Heflin Copeland of Huntsville; a brother, Bobby Heflin and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband James M. Taylor.
