Services for Grace Werner, 59, of Clanton, will be held today, Dec. 5, at 2 p.m. at New Covenant Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery with Reverends Nick Wells and Charles Brooks officiating.
Ms. Werner, a layout clerk, died at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Dec. 3.
Survivors include her brothers, T.J. Dubose of Milton, W.V. and James Dubose of Clanton and her sister, Betty Mims of Clanton.
Margaret Stanford Williams
Services for Margaret Stanford Williams, 89 of Birmingham, are today at 3 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home. Visitation was held Saturday night from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. She
died Dec. 5. She was born on July 29, 1914 in Lawley. She was a member of Philadelphia Baptist Church in Birmingham.
She is survived by her children, Charles Williams of Bradenton, Fla., Edwin Williams of Birmingham, Phillip Williams of Catawba, N.C., and Larry Williams of Warrenville, S.C.
She is also survived by her brother Brant Williams of St. James City, Fla in addition to 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services for Dorothy hand, 66, of Jemison, will be held today, Dec. 9 at Martin Funeral Home at 3 p.m. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Jemison with Reverend Calvin Smitherman officiating.
Mrs. Hand, a homemaker, died at Northport Medical Center Dec. 6.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Hand of Jemison; sons Richard Hand of Clanton and Gerald Hand of Jemison; daughter, Lillian Hand of Jemison; brother, Calvin Edwards; granddaughter, Alicia Robinson of Alabaster; grandson; Timothy Overton of Jemison and great-granddaughter, Stephanie Lawley.
Martha Marshall Blakemore Elliot
Services for Martha Elliot, 85, of Clanton, will be held Wednesday, Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Elliot was cremated at Abanks Crematory.
Mrs. Elliot, a homemaker, died at Hatley Health care Dec. 7.
Survivors include her daughter, Marsha Littleton at Jemison; son, A.O. "Pete" Elliot of Birmingham and grandson, Steven Littleton.
Betty Sue Brand
Services for Betty Sue Brand will be held Tuesday, Dec. 9 at Martin Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Lime Springs Methodist Cemetery with Reverends Jim Shannon and Charles Brooks officiating.
Survivors include her husband George Brand of Clanton; daughters, Carolyn Bean of Clanton, Vicki Gassaway of Thorsby, Frankie Clark of Clanton; sons, Richard Blackmon of Clanton, Donald Blackmon of Clanton, Curt Brand of Clanton and Jerry Blackmon of Verbena; brothers Hollis and Cecil Foshee and sisters Bessie Eiland and Christine Smith; 17 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three more due in April.
Charles William Moore
Services for Charles Moore, 73, of Clanton, were held Dec. 4 at Radney-Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Sylacauga, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Moore died at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Dec. 3.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Moore of Clanton and a host of nieces and nephews and great-nieces.
Robert Timothy "Tim" Hackett
Services for Tim Hackett, 24, of Clanton, were held Dec. 8 at Martin Funeral Home with burial at Scott Cemetery in Thorsby. Reverends David Jones and Jerry Cleckler officiated.
Mr. Hackett, a goldsmith, died at UAB Medical Center, Dec. 6.
Survivors include his wife, Beth Hackett of Birmingham; parents, Seth Hackett and Diane Morris both of Clanton; brother, Walter Hackett of Alexandria, La.; sister, Christina Lovelady of Maplesville; grandfather, Clyde Hackett of Clanton; grandmother, Marylou Scott and several cousins.

Patricia Duffey Lamberth
Graveside services for Patricia Lamberth, 52, of Clanton, were held Dec. 8 at Marbury Cemetery with Reverend Tony Smitherman officiating.
Ms. Lamberth, a specialist for Chilton-Shelby Mental health for 15-years, died Dec. 6.
Survivors include her daughters, Shannon Tipton and Robyn Lamberth, both of Clanton; brother, Raymond Duffey of Tuscaloosa; grandson, Hunter Lamberth of Clanton and granddaughter, Kristen Tipton of Clanton.
Jerel Wayne Rollan
Graveside services for Jerel Rollan, 54, of Birmingham, were held Dec. 7 at Mount Pisgah Cemetery. Reverend Dennis Foust officiated.
Mr. Rollan, a sheet metal welder and a veteran, died at Brookwood Medical Center Dec. 5.
