Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, July 8, 2003, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary chapel with Dr. Sam Brassell Jr. and Rev. Billy Rich officiating. Burial will follow in the Camp Springs Baptist Cemetery, near Columbia. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Wiregrass Hospice, Inc., P.O. Drawer 2127, Dothan, Al. 36302. Holman-Headland Mortuary of Headland, 334-693-3371, is in charge of arrangements.

Donald L. Lykken
Donald L. Lykken of Clayhatchee died Saturday, July 5, 2003, at his home. He was 77. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2003, at Searcy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Beasley officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow in Daleville Memorial Gardens with Searcy Funeral Home directing. Alma "Nell" Peacock
Mrs. Alma Bernell Byrd "Nell" Peacock, died suddenly Saturday, July 5, 2003, at her home in Hartford. She was 78. The funeral will be at 4 p.m. today, July 8, 2003, at Shiloh Baptist Church with burial following in the church cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be given to the Shiloh Baptist Church Sanctuary Fund or the Gideons International Society. Bottoms Garden Chapel, 334-588-3250, is in charge of arrangements.

Clara Lois Smith
Mrs. Clara Lois Smith of Noma, Florida, died Monday, July 7, 2003, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan following an extended illness. She was 70. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday, July 10, 2003, at Fadette Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Johnny Strickland and the Rev. Wallace Duke officiating. Burial will follow in Noma Cemetery with James & Lipford Funeral Home of Graceville directing. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, 6 to 8 p.m. James & Lipford Funeral Home of Graceville, Fla., 850-263-3238, is in charge of arrangements.

Thomas E. Smith

Mrs. Eva "Era" Turner, a resident of Ozark, died Friday, July 4, 2003, at her residence. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. today at the funeral home. The graveside services will be 2 p.m. today, July 8, 2003, at the Summerhill Cemetery in Daleville with Bishop Carl McCombs officiating. GRIMES - Roy A. Gulledge, Sr., age 79, of Rt. 2, Midland City, (Grimes), went to be with his Lord, Saturday night, Aug. 19, 2000, in a Dothan hospital after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 22, in the Napier United Methodist Church with his son-in-law, Rev. Mark Brackin and Rev. Bill Westbrook officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery with Holman-Headland Mortuary directing.

Mr. Henry L. Brown
Mr. Henry L. Brown, 85, 85 Simpson St. in Cottonwood, Alabama, went to be with the Lord early Saturday morning, August 19, 2000, in the Flowers Hospital in Dothan. Additional arrangements can be obtained by calling Chapel Hill Mortuary.

Angel Hannah Berglund
COLUMBIA- Angel Hannah Berglund, infant daughter of Ronnie and Mary Elizabeth Berglund, died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2000, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. Graveside services will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2000, at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with the Rev. John D. Reese III officiating. Burial will follow, Ward-Wilson Memory Hill Funeral Home directing.

Lillian Gladys Underwood
Lillian Gladys Underwood of Geneva, 85, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2000. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Wyatt Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today at Wyatt Funeral Home.

Charlie Jackson
Mr. Charlie Jackson, 100, died Friday, Aug. 18, 2000, at West Side Terrace. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 23, at Levite Funeral Home Chapel, 5 p.m., with Brother Sammie Jackson offering condolences to the family by means of scripture. Mrs. Lucy Brown
Mrs. Lucy Brown, 55, of 302 Cyclone Circle, Dothan, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Aug. 20, 2000, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center after a courageous battle. Graveside services will be conducted by Pastor Lee Singley and will be held at Memory Hill Cemetery today, Aug. 22, 2 p.m.

Mildred Hardee Baxley, 71, 3919 Highway 77, Graceville, Fla., died Saturday, Aug. 19, 2000, at Northwest Florida Community Hospital, Chipley, Fla., following a short illness. Funeral will be 3 p.m. today, Aug. 22, at the Galilee United Methodist Church with the Rev. Robert Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Byrd-Williams Funeral Home directing.
