Ethel Inez Jordan Jones, a homemaker and member of Bayou Sara Baptist Church, died Thursday at the age of 88.
Mrs. Jones was a native of Atmore and resident of Eight Mile.
Survivors include her husband of 70 years, Henry Thad Jones; two children, James Lamar Jones Sr. and Bettie Louise Jones Snuggs; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland, with services at 10 a.m. Monday.
Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.

Born November 7, 1911, a native of Atmore, AL residing in Eight Mile, AL, went home to be with the Lord on December 23, 1999.
She was a homemaker and member of Bayou Sara Baptist Church.
She is survived by her devoted husband of seventy years, Henry Thad Jones; two children, James Lamar (Vera) Jones, Sr. and Bettie Louise Jones (Harold, Jr.) Snuggs; six grandchildren, Deborah J. Graham, James Lamar Jones, Jr., Terri Jones Alexander, Jeffrey Scott Jones, Elizabeth Snuggs Charles and Harold Snuggs, III; seven great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 26, 1999 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 27, 1999 at 10:00 AM from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
Funeral arrangements were by RADNEY FUNERAL HOME, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, AL.
Mrs. Lola Troutman Mason:
Age 87, of Atmore, died Saturday, December 4, 1999 at a local hospital.
Mrs. Mason was a native of Robinsonville, but had been a resident of Atmore for most of her life.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Atmore.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Mason.
Funeral services will be Sunday, December 5, 1999 at 2 PM at Atmore Memorial Chapel with Rev. Kelly Brown officiating.
Burial will be held in the Oakhill Cemetery with Atmore Memorial Chapel directing.
Mrs. Mason is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Paul (Joyce) Mason of McKinnonville, FL; two daughters, Betty Ann Mason and Lanell Mason, both of Atmore; two grandchildren, Shayne Mason Lee and Missy Mason Kindig; two great grandchildren, Colby Kyle Kindig and Garrett Mason Lee.
The pallbearers will be Jim Vanpelt, George Vanpelt, Jim Spears, Jimmy Mason, Leon Troutman, and John Garrad.
Honorary pallbearers will be nephews and great-nephews. Funeral arrangements are by ATMORE MEMORIAL CHAPEL, Atmore, AL.
Horace C. Jackson
Horace C. Jackson, who had relatives in South Alabama, died Friday. He was 61.
Jackson, who resided in Davisville, Fla., was a native of , Fla., where he was a member of Bratt First Baptist Church.
He was a retired technician, having worked 35 years at Monsanto Power House.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Stabler Jackson of Davisville; a son, Darrell Wayne Jackson of Bratt; a daughter, Pamela Francine Jackson Brown of Davisville; three brothers, Charles Edward Jackson Jr. of Pensacola, William Royce Jackson of Poarch, Ala., and Julius "Punk" Jackson of Stapleton in Baldwin County; three sisters, Margaret Elouise Coleman of Enon, Fla., Vera Pearl Alford and Alice Nell Hall, both of Perdido; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will tonight be from 5:30 to 8 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
Services are set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with burial at Godwin Cemetery in Bratt.

Cathy Rudolph
ATMORE - Cathy Rudolph, a 1981 graduate of High School, died Sunday at her home. She was 37.
Miss Rudolph was a native of Atmore.
Survivors include her mother, Ruthie Lee Rudolph of Mount Vernon, Ala., and a sister, Dianne Taylor of Atmore.
Viewing will be today from 1 to 8:30 p.m. at Turner Funeral Chapel in Atmore.
Services are set for 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with burial at Fairview Cemetery.
