James Foy Deese, a former resident of Webb, died early Saturday morning, April 5, 2003, at Oakview Manor Health Care Center in Ozark. Garnet Michelle Garvin of Montgomery, formerly of Abbeville, died Friday morning, April 1, 2003, as the result of injuries received in a motor vehicle accident which occurred on Alabama Highway 25, between Centreville and Montevallo.
