Mr. Grady Lee Moody of Samson died Aug. 7, 2003, at Medical Center Enterprise after a brief illness. He was 83. Burial will follow at Piney Grove Assembly of God Church Cemetery.
Miss Lassie Mae Reardon of Roeton Community died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003, at her home. She was 80. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold Peters officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. There will be a 30-minute lie-in-state at the church prior to services. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.
Ephrum Truett Sullivan of Hartford died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan after an extended illness. He was 82. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, at First United Methodist Church in Hartford with the Rev. James Lolley, the Rev. Kevin Krist, the Rev. John W. Spivey and the Rev. Jeremy Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow at Hartford City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at New Canaan Ministries Church, two miles north of Hartford City Cemetery on Hendrix Road.
Lewie Daniel (Danny) Adams of Ft. Gaines, Ga., died late Wednesday morning, Aug. 13, 2002, at a Dothan hospital after a short illness. He was 49. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. (EDT) Friday, Aug. 15, at New Park Cemetery in Ft. Gaines with the Rev. Randy Stokes officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. (CDT) Thursday at Holman-Abbeville Mortuary in Abbeville. At other times, the family will be at the home of his father, Gerald G. Adams, 501 E. Mrs. Darlene Mary Bell of Airport Road, Hartford, died Monday, Aug. 11, 2003, at Flowers Hospital after an apparent heart attack. She was 43. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 15, at Tabernacle Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to time to depart for the cemetery.
