TAHLEQUAH - Ruth Ann Ree Keeton, of Tahlequah died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2001, in her home. She was born May 21, 1940, in Van Buren. She was a graduate of Northeastern State University and was employed by Oklahoma Production Center for over 10 years. She served in the Navy and was a member of First Christian Church in Wagoner, Okla. Memorial service was held Sunday in the Oklahoma Production Center Activity Building in Tahlequah. Graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. today at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Shipman Funeral Home & Crematory of Wagoner, Okla. WEST COVINA, Calif. - Evelyn M. Stull, 82, of West Covina, Calif., died Monday, July 30, 2001, in Glendora, Calif. She was born June 7, 1919, in Billings, Mont. She was a retired branch secretary for the Rocket Propulsion Lav at Edwards Air Force Base and a volunteer at San Dimas Community Hospital. She was the widow of Harold Stull. Memorial services celebrating Evelyn's life were held in San Dimas, Calif. Her ashes were privately scattered at sea. She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Cockran of Fort Smith and Terry Allen of Glendora, Calif,; six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

He was a veteran of World War II having served in the Army Air Corps in the 31st Bombardment Squadron in the Pacific, managed Safeway for 18 years and was owner of Baker's Quik Pick. He was a member of Goddard United Methodist Church, the Elks and Kiwanis. Quin Bugh Sr.
Quin W. Bugh Sr., 82, of Fort Smith, died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2001, in a local hospital. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War, having completed more than 30 years of active military service. He served eight years as Air Force advisor to the Fort Smith Air National Guard Unit. He was a former vice president of the Fort Smith Bowling Association, a member of the Fort Smith Bowling Hall of Fame and a member of Oak Cliff Baptist Church of Fort Smith. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday in Oak Cliff Baptist Church with burial at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
