Mr. Robert Norvin Webb
Mr. Robert Norvin Webb, 75, of Huntsville, TX, formerly of Hamburg, died Saturday, June 3, 2000, in Huntsville. Born February 2, 1945, in Minneapolis, MN, he was a forester and a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church. He was an U. S. Marines Corps veteran of World War II and received the Purple Heart. He was a member of the Texas Forestry Association, Society of American Foresters, Knights of Columbus in Humble, TX, the Boy Scouts, Humble Area Assistance Ministries and Helping Every American Remember Through Serving.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Webb of Huntsville; four sons, Michael R. and wife Carolyn Webb of Etoile, TX, Gregory and wife Brenda Webb of Lufkin, TX, Gary and wife Janet Webb of Diboll, TX and Terence Webb of Richwood, TX; five daughters, Kathleen and husband Jeff Ferro of Cedar Park, TX, Mary Ellen Webb and husband Tom Milliman of Lee, NH, Barbara and husband Kip Sieger of Cedar Park, TX, Margaret and husband Ronny Rozell of Huntsville, TX and Louise and husband Wes Abbott of Dodge, TX; 24 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by granddaughters, Michelle and Tessa Webb.
Funeral services were set for 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 6, in the St. Thomas Catholic Church in Huntsville with Father Stephen Payne officiating. Pallbearers were to be Joe Shaw, Pete Patrosky, Jack Cogan, Al Losack, Josh Webb and Travis Webb. Honorary pallbearers were to be Joe Sullivan, Jim Peterson, Henry Neumann, Barney O'Neill, Dick Williams and Wes McCoy.
Burial was to follow services at the Dodge
Cemetery in Dodge, TX, directed by Huntsville Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Humble Area Assistance Ministries, P. O. Box 14051, Humble, TX 77347, Helping Every American Remember Through Serving, P. O. Box 6060, Huntsville, TX, Subiaco Abbey, Subiaco, AR 72865 or St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 1323 Sixteenth Street, Huntsville, TX 77340.

Augustine Campbell
Augustine Campbell, 82, of the White Station community outside Crossett died Sunday, May 21, 2000, at the North Monroe Hospital. A native of Ashley County and a homemaker, she was a member of the Holly Grove Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Campbell; her parents, Frank and Carrie Bell Campbell; and a brother, Irving Evans.
Survivors include two sons, Frank Campbell of Crossett and Donald Watts of Detroit, MI; a daughter, Willistine Addison of Detroit; a sister, Myrtle Shaw of Bastrop, LA; 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 28, in the Ryles Chapel A. M. E. Church with Rev. Jessie Radford, Sr., officiating. Pallbearers were Ray C. Tucker, Donald Richmond, Terry Thompson, Mike Brown, Ricky Wray, Roderick Richmond, Bruce Richmond and George Campbell. Burial followed services at the Ryles Cemetery, directed by Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg.

Gus Edward Culbreath, Jr.
Gus Edward Culbreath, Jr., 70, of Crossett died Friday, May 26, 2000, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA. Born March 21, 1930, in Crossett to Gus E. and Mollie Jeffers Culbreath, he was retired from Georgia-Pacific, and he was a member of the Beech Street Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by two sons, Tommy and Tony Culbreath, and one daughter, Pamela Gay Culbreath.
Survivors include his wife, Betty McNabb Culbreath of Crossett; two sons, Eddie Culbreath of Mer Rouge, LA, and Randy Culbreath of Crossett; three sisters, Barbara Flemister and Margie Kalil of Monroe, LA, and Betty Briggs of Crossett; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday, May 29, in the Beech Street Baptist Church with Bro. Bob Vest officiating.
Burial followed services at Pinewood Memorial Park, directed by Jones Funeral Home of Crossett.

R. Alan Ford
R. Alan Ford, 48, of Crossett died Sunday, May 21, 2000, at the Ashley County Medical Center. Born September 18, 1951, to James and Monte Shivers Ford in Crossett, he was employed as a fork lift driver for the Georgia-Pacific tissue mill and was a member of the Jarvis Chapel Baptist Church, Klassy Kruzers and the West Crossett Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Tucker Ford; a son, James Alan Ford; a daughter and son-in-law, Carrie Lyne and Aubrey Wells; his parents, James and Monte Ford; and one grandson, Tanner Lane Wells, all of Crossett.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, in the Jarvis Chapel Baptist Church with Revs. Gayle Riles and Dennis Davis officiating. Pallbearers were Tony Adcock, Colby Houston, Billy Morris, Shawn Watkins, Greg Murphy, Jim Bob Godwin, James Greg Murphy, Don Brooks, Gary Mayhew, Bill Murphy, Vaughn Barnes and Herman White. Honorary pallbearers were Leon Gifford, Joe Frank Murphy, Glenn Riles, Robert Young and Ronnie Clark.
Burial followed services at the Flat Creek Cemetery, directed by Jones Funeral Home of Crossett.
