Thomas Marion Rosenbaum
Thomas Marion Rosenbaum, 84, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Nov. 28, 2005 at his home. He was born Sept. 25, 1921, in West Frankford, Ill., to Thomas M. Rosenbaum and Mary King Rosenbaum.
He was a World War II veteran, serving in the U.S. Army. He moved to Bella Vista in 2002 from Mountain Grove, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean Rosenbaum; and a sister and brothers.
Survivors include three daughters and a son-in-law, Nancy Jean Slater and Tim Slater of Bella Vista, Patricia Ann McGinley of Fredericktown, Mo., and Donna Sue Stearns of Quanah, Texas; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
No services were planned.
Arrangements were by the Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory.
Elsie Schatz
Elsie Schatz, 88, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Oct. 29, 2005, in Bella Vista. She was born Dec. 4, 1916, in Berlin Township, Ohio, to George Knittel and Flossie Mae Abell Knittel.
A memorial service was held Dec. 4 at Heritage Baptist Church in Bella Vista with the Rev. Dale E. Schatz.
Arrangements were by the Benton County Funeral Home of Rogers, Ark.

Harold Lee Tillman
Harold Lee Tillman, 83, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Dec. 2, 2005, at his home. He was born Aug. 20, 1922, in Topeka, Kan., to William W. Tillman and Anna L. Burbank Tillman.
He moved to Bella Vista 19 1/2 years ago from Kansas City, Kan. He was a member of the Bella Vista Community Church, the Bentonville Masonic Lodge and the Nomad Shrine Club of Bentonville, Ark.
He was preceded in death by a son, Artie Tillman; three sisters; and a brother.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Betty Tillman; two sons and a daughter-in-law, John Tillman and Bonni Tillman of Assaria, Kan., and Dan Tillman of Kansas City. Kan.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Janice Lyle and Peter Lyle of Nottingham, N.H., and Sue Pass and Mark Pass of Esko, Minn.; a sister and brother-in-law, Lula Hunter and Jack Hunter of Bella Vista; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Dec. 5 at the Bella Vista Community Church with the Rev. Richard Lindman.

Fredrick S. Victor Jr.
Fredrick S. Victor Jr., 86, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Nov. 28, 2005, at Northwest Medical Center of Benton County in Bentonville, Ark. He was born Feb. 13, 1919, in Muskogee, Okla., to Fredrick S. Victor Sr. and Dorothy Mae Showalter Victor.
He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was president of the 1939 Class at Oklahoma A&M, now Oklahoma State University. He was vice president of National Cooperative Refinery Association in McPherson, Kan. He was a member of the Disciples of Christ Church for 55 years, having served as a deacon, elder and Chairman of Board at Edina, Minn., and Dallas, Texas. He was a past member of the Bella Vista Community Church. He was a member of the Bella Vista Presbyterian Church. He was co-leader of the Presbyterian Golf Association and Shepherd Group. He enjoyed golf, bridge, travel and sports.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Henry Victor, and Paul Victor; a sister, DeeLaura Allen; and his first wife, Nancy Louise Victor.
Survivors include his wife, Helen "Mickie" Victor; two sons and daughters-in-law, Grant Victor and Julie Victor of Dallas, Texas, and David Victor and Brenda Victor of Albany, Ga.; a daughter and son-in-law, Judy Moore Nichols and Charles Nichols of Kansas City, Mo.; three stepchildren, John Duncan of Bologna, Italy, Diane Thompson and her husband Doug Thompson of Wichita, Kan., and Dick Duncan and his wife Teresa Duncan of Austin, Texas; a sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy Baker and Jim Baker of Broken Bow, Okla.; three grandchildren, Rae Fourt, David More, and Ryan Victor; seven step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
A memorial service was held Dec. 1 at the Presbyterian Church of Bella Vista, with the Rev. James E. Still and the Rev. Tracy L. Evans.

David Edward Baldwin Jr.
David Edward Baldwin Jr., formerly of Ponca City, Okla., died Dec. 4, 2004, in his home in Broken Arrow, Okla. He was born to David E. Baldwin Sr. and Leah (Horton) Baldwin on Jan. 9, 1934, in Seattle.
He enjoyed golf, fishing, playing bridge, camping, reading and family vacations. He was a Westinghouse Scholar, and earned his Ph.D. at Carnegie Melon University.
He and his wife lived in Bella Vista for 10 years before moving to Oklahoma in late 2004.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Betsy; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Suzy Taylor of Edmond, Okla., Cathy and Mark Stevenson of Houston, and Amy Baldwin and Jimmy Coffill of Austin, Texas; two sons and two daughters-in-law, Mike and Roxann Baldwin of Stillwater, Okla., and Richard and Rhonda Baldwin of Tulsa, Okla.; six grandchildren, Chris Deal, Randa Deal, Chris Taylor, Ashley Taylor, Megan Stevenson and Ryan Stevenson; and a sister and brother-in-law, Diana and Harold Anderson of Seattle.
A private family service was held in Baldwin's home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
Edna Lucille Brown
Edna Lucille Brown, 103, of Pea Ridge, Ark., died Jan. 17, 2005, at Brighton House Nursing Center in Rogers, Ark. She was born April 1, 1901, in Harper, Kan., to Curtis Eugene Wisler and Getta Teeter Wisler.
She moved to Pea Ridge in 1997 from Harper. She was a Baptist and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Cypress Chapter 255 in Harper. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and playing circle a word and skipbo.
Survivors include a daughter, Jan Snodgrass of Garfield, Ark.; three sisters, Grace Riggs of York, Pa., Betty Phillips of Fullerton, Calif., and Lois Wisler of Bella Vista, Ark.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Jan. 20, in Harper, Kan. Burial was at the Harper Cemetery.
Arrangements were by Elliott Funeral Home of Harper.
Local arrangements were by Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge.
Donna Joyce Bullock
Donna Joyce Bullock, 76, of Salina, Kan., formerly of Hiwasse, Ark., died Jan. 25, 2005, at Salina Regional Health Center. She was born Sept. 13, 1928, in Bridgeport, Kan., to Carl Arthur Lundgren and Edna May Byrn Lundgren.
She graduated from Assaria (Kan.) High School. She married Irvin Verl Bullock on Sept. 7, 1946, in Bridgeport, Kan. She and her husband were co-owners of Shorty's Conoco in Boulder, Colo., and she was a co-owner of Hiwasse Service in Hiwasse, Ark. She was a member of the Gypsum Baptist Church of Gypsum, Kan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Verl Bullock; three brothers, Carl Lundgren, Oliver Lundgren and Bill Lundgren; and three sisters, Anna Tarbell, Beda Johnson and Eunice Shanahan.
Survivors include a son, Don "Butch" Bullock of Boulder, Colo.; a brother, Ted Lundgren of Assaria, Kan.; a sister, Mayola "Macy" Langloss of Allerton, Iowa; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Jan. 28 at the Gypsum Baptist Church of Gypsum, Kan., with the Rev. David Walters.
A private inurnment will be held.
