Barbara “Susie” Lewis
Barbara “Susie” Lewis, age 68, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away peacefully Thursday, May 24, 2018. She was born in Los Alamos, New Mexico, on February 19, 1950 to Charles and Jewel (Estetter) Dunning.
Her life was defined by a servant spirit, always caring for those around her. She spent the majority of her professional life at the University of Arkansas, passionately serving and connecting with students. She raised 3 determined and intelligent children. She was a life-long learner that could always share something new. Above all, she never missed an opportunity to glowingly speak of the latest accomplishments of her children and 4 grandchildren. She blessed her friends and family with strength and compassion.
She is survived by her sons, David and Matthew, daughter Sarah and her husband Ethan, grandsons Evan and Anderson, granddaughters Mollie and Lennon, mother Jewel, and sisters Melinda, Amy and Beth. She was preceded in death by her father Charles Edwin Dunning, and husband Douglas Ivey Lewis of Currie, North Carolina. Her memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on June 2, 2018 at the First United Methodist Church of Bentonville. Ruth Annabeth Wymore
Ruth Annabeth Wymore, 88, formerly of Rose Hill and Oskaloosa, IA died May 16, 2018 in Rogers, AR. Ann was born August 22, 1929 to Dave and Felicia Thomas of Oskaloosa, IA. She was married 48 years to Clay Purdue Wymore, who preceded her in death in December, 1996.
Survivors include a son, Steven B. Wymore and his wife Nancy of Rose Hill; and a daughter, Taddy A. Nordyke and her husband Jerry of Lowell, AR. Five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a great-great granddaughter. She is also survived by her brother Jack Thomas and wife Peggy of Springfield, MO and many beloved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and six sisters.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 12:30pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1712 South Market Street in Oskaloosa, IA. Paul Resczenko officiating.
Imogene “Jean” Brewer
Imogene “Jean” Brewer, 83, of Conway peacefully passed Tuesday May 15, 2018 at Baptist Medical Center located in Little Rock. She was born November 1, 1934 in Quitman, Arkansas the daughter of Ada Sarah (Fulton) and Leyman Wilson.
She enjoyed driving tractors and operating the backhoe on the family farm. She loved riding horses, attending Okalona wagon trail rides, deer hunting, driving the back roads, and cutting and splitting firewood.
She loved her crew while working at Kimberly Clark and retired as Material Handling Leader.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband and childhood sweetheart of many years Raymond Carroll Brewer, and son; Wayne Brewer. Jean is survived by three sons; Michael E. Brewer, and his wife Iris, of Conway, Curtis Brewer, of Conway, Tim R. Brewer and his wife Glenda, of Holland, one brother; Ray Wilson and his wife Adena, of Conway, and one granddaughter; Cheyenne Brewer, of Conway. Along with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday from 6-8pm at The Church on the Hill located in Conway.
A celebration of Jean’s life will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Church on the Hill, Conway, Ar. with Curtis Brewer officiating. Interment will follow at Caney Cemetery, Conway, Ar. Join us for lunch and fellowship after the services.
Pallbearers will be: David Wilson, Jarett Wilson, Keith Wilson, Kevin Wilson, Josh White, Moose Brewer, Ricky Brewer, Dillon Cantwell, and Dan Thessing.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Mark Drilling, Ronnie McPherson, Rick McPherson, Hamilton Thomas, Mike McDonald, Ross Burgess, Jason Thessing, Eddie Swaffar, Pascal Swaffar, Gary Crow, Alex Lafferty, Ethan Lafferty, Mark Cantwell, Don Cantwell, and Rollin Scholtz.

Gary Denton Colvin
Gary Denton Colvin, 72, of Gravette died Saturday, May 12, 2018 at his home. He was born September 22, 1945 in Wasco, California the son of Lois Mozzel Valinse and Robert Denton Colvin.
He was a Police Officer for 31 years, serving with Sulphur Springs, Gentry, and Benton County. He enjoyed shooting at the range, spending quality time with his family, and drawing.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, one brother, and one son.
Survivors include: his wife of 53 years; Linda Colvin, one son; Eugene Denton Colvin, of Gravette, two daughters by marriage; Roxanne and Naomi, two brothers; Phil and Allen Colvin, three grandchildren; Kyle, Burgandi, Cassidy, and nine great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be Friday at 10am at Hillcrest Cemetery located in Gravette.

Emily Marie Davis
Emily Marie Davis, 5, of Fayetteville passed away May 9th at Children's Hospital in Little Rock. She was born November 1, 2012 the daughter of Christy Smith and Chad Davis.
She will be dearly missed as she brought joy into so many people's lives. Emily's parents are honored to have been her parents. "Charge on!"
She is survived by her parents, three brothers; Wayne, CJ, Ethan, three sisters; Ashley, Jessy, Kailey, and many loving family and friends.
A celebration of Emily's life will be held at 2:00 pm, May 19th, at Goshen Baptist Church.
Billy Joe Brannon
Billy Joe Brannon, 63, of Prairie Grove died May 9, 2018 in Bella Vista. He was born January 28, 1955 the son of Florene Wilkins and Tom Brannon.
Billy enjoyed drag racing, working on cars, camping and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, son; Michael Brannon, and daughters; Nikki Davis and Tiffany Crawford.
Billy is survived by his wife; Sonja Brannon, mother; Florene Wilkins, sons; Tommy Brannon, Chris Davis, daughter; Jennifer Kappen (Eric), brothers; Tim Brannon (Vickie), Jon Brannon (Kristi), seven grandchildren and many loving friends and family.
Steven James Gidney
Steven James Gidney, 64, of Pea Ridge died Sunday, May 6th in Cassville, Missouri. He was born March 23, 1954 in Liberal, Kansas the son of Dolores and James Gidney.
Steven was an active member of the Pontiac-Oakland Club International and a founding member of the Arkansas River Chapter of POCI. He enjoyed road trips, long drives and working on old cars. Steven was also a long time employee of Little Debbie in Gentry.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by one sister; Sue Gidney of Rogers, and many close friends.
A celebration of Steven’s life will be held at 10:30, on Friday, May 18th, at Riverfront Pavilion picnic area at Roaring River State Park in Missouri.
