Curtis Allen Rogers
Curtis Allen Rogers of Fayetteville died January 12, 2015 in his home. Curtis was born December 18, 1947 to Odell and Ida Novene Rogers in Newport.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Curtis is survived by his wife, Katie, two sons: Henry Abel (Amy) of Washington state and Jai Kamke of Barling; six daughters: Annie Campbell (Zach) of Fayetteville, Madeline Hutson (Jacob) of Bentonville, Katherine Thacker (Jeremiah) of Prairie Grove, Sarah Helmer (Shane) of Prairie Grove, Grace Wen (Yugi) of France, and Helen Ames (John Bailey) of Fayetteville; two sisters: Annetta Baum (Gary) of Louisiana and Barbara Rogers of Missouri; and ten grandchildren.
Daniel Edward-Leo Conley
Daniel “Dan” Edward-Leo Conley, of Rogers Arkansas was born February 11th, 1986 in Roscoe Illinois and passed on December 13th, 2014 in Dallas Texas. He was the son of Daniel “Danny” Conley and Jackie Garr Conley.
Dan was born and raised on the Rock River in Roscoe Illinois; we made many memories of fishing and bond fires, he was a true River Rat. Dan was also an avid car enthusiast, from car shows to rebuilding, there wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix. He was a protective, and loving big brother, and adoring son. Dan loved his friends and family, especially his beloved daughter Jewel Lynn. Daniel had a big heart, and loved with all of his heart unconditionally.
He is survived by his daughter, Jewel Lynn Conley of Rogers Arkansas, sisters Meaghan Conley-Boyle (Matt) and Marah Conley, all of Illinois. Dan is survived by his maternal grandparents Paul and Joann Garr of Machesney Park Illinois, his paternal grandparents Ed and wife Linda Conley , of Blue Eye Missouri, and Gwen Conley, also of Blue Eye Missouri. Also by his long time girlfriend Candace Plunkett of Rogers Arkansas. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
Dan’s celebration of life will be this Saturday, January 17th, 2015 at 2:00p.m. at the Apple Spur Community Center off of Dixieland Road in Rogers Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please make donations to Conley family.

William West III, 59, of Bentonville died Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Northwest Medical Center of Benton County located in Bentonville. He was born September 28, 1955.
Arnold Alfons Van Der Vieren
Arnold Alfons Van Der Vieren, 74, of Bella Vista died Sunday, January 11, 2015 at his home. He was born May 16, 1940.
Arnold is survived by many loving relatives.
Ola Harwood Sherrill
Ola Harwood Sherrill, 90, of Rogers died Sunday, January 11th at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers.
She is survived by many loving relatives including: two nieces; Kenda Vaughn, of Rogers, and Barbara Holman, of Birmingham, Alabama.
No local services are planned.
Daniel Castro
Daniel Castro, infant son of Rafael Castro and Gabriela Castro was born and died Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Northwest Medical Center of Benton County in Bentonville.
Daniel is survived by many loving relatives.
Sandra Goodier
Sandra D. Goodier, 69, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas died Thursday, June 25, 2015 at her residence. She was born November 22, 1945 in Alameda, California the daughter of Anna Joyce Knight and Benjamin C. Davidson.
Len Peplyn
Len Peplyn, 86, of Fayetteville died June 20th. He was born December 15, 1928 to Jack and Carol Peplyn. Len served in the U.S. Army.
Preceded in death: parents and sister.
Survivors: niece, Linda Purselley of Farmington, nephew, John Cox (Raymie) of Virginia.
James "Dave" David Moffitt
James “Dave” David Moffitt, 60, of Lowell went home to Heaven, Friday, June 19, 2015 at his residence. He was born June 9, 1955 in Pontiac, Michigan the son of Naomi Gertrude Garner and George Walthan Moffitt.
He was a fireman and paramedic for many years, serving with Springdale and Lowell area departments. He spent many years providing training and service to many local community fire departments.
He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and traveling. He had a love for painting. He also enjoyed singing and playing guitar with friends, especially his Virginia’s Boys group. Most importantly he enjoyed spending time in the church, and with his family, especially with his grandchildren. He had moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1973 after leaving Pontiac, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his father.
Dave is survived by his wife of 40 years Sherrie Moffitt, whom he married August 3, 1974, his mother; Naomi Moffitt, of Greenland, one son; Michael Moffitt and his wife Jennifer, of Fayetteville, one daughter; Michelle Moffitt Donnell and her husband Damon of Lowell, four brothers; Duane Moffitt and his wife Gina, of Decatur, Alabama, Rich Moffitt, of West Fork, Paul Moffitt and his wife Pat, of Hollis, New Hampshire, Dr. Gary Moffitt and his wife Donna, of West Fork, one sister; Janis Thompson and her husband Richard, of Sherwood, and five grandchildren; Faith and Cadence Donnell, Jacob, Joshua, and Jonathan Moffitt.
The memorial service will be Tuesday, June 23rd at 2pm at First Baptist Church of Lowell with Pastor Gary Thomas and Reverend Ben Rowell officiating. Following the service will be “A Tribute to Dave’s Life” located in the Fellowship Hall. The family invites all that attend the service to share memories with them and snacks will be provided.
Memorials may be sent to First Baptist Church of Lowell to the “Building Fund,” Lowell Fire Department, or The American Cancer Society.
Owen Douglass Donaldson
Owen Douglass Donaldson, 94, of Bella Vista died June 18, 2015. He was born June 21, 1920 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He served in the Army and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Survivors: four sons; Douglass (Bella Vista), Dana (Bella Vista), David (Oklahoma), and Dennis (Oklahoma); two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials can be made to the wounded warriors.
