Oline Schultz
Oline Boone Schultz, 84, of West Fork, Arkansas died Monday, January 28, 2013 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born October 4, 1928.
Oline is survived by husband, Danny; two sons, Steven and Micheal, all of West Fork; two brothers; two sisters; and many other loving relatives.
Earl Ford
Earl Lee Ford, 49, of Rogers, Arkansas died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born January 20, 1964 in Gravette, Arkansas the son of Linda Louvean Hicks and Coy Lee Ford.
He enjoyed four wheeling in his jeep, riding his motorcycle, and working on and rebuilding old cars. He was a mechanic for several years with Springdale Dodge. He enjoyed fishing when he had spare time. He was a lifetime resident of Northwest Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his father, and his grandparents.
Earl is survived by his mother, Linda Hicks, of Springdale, Arkansas; one son, Calvin James Ford, of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one brother, Ricky Eugene Ford and his wife, Sabrina, of Springdale, Arkansas; three sisters, LouAnn Richardson and her husband, Jimmy, of Rogers, Arkansas, Lottie Eisenhart and her husband, Perry, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Melinda Myers and her husband, Jimmy, of Springdale, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Emma Grace Ford; numerous cousins; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Epting Funeral Home in Bentonville.
Funeral service will be Thursday, at 12:30 at First Church of the Nazarene in Fayetteville, Arkansas with Pastor Larry Woodward officiating. Interment will take place at Omaha Methodist Cemetery in Omaha, Arkansas at 3:30 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Shown, John Long, J.D. Evans, Timmy Evans, David Gilly, and Justin Eisenhart.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Jimmy Richardson, Perry Eisenhart, Jimmy Myers, Afton Judkins, Todd Woods, and Ricky Ford.
Memorials may be sent to The American Heart Association to the local Arkansas Chapter.
The family would like to extend an expression of thanks to the Baptist Health Medical Staff and the Heart Transplant Group, especially Dr. Hutchens, Lola, and the entire staff.
Alexander Ortiz
Alexander Ortiz, 73, of Rogers, Arkansas died Friday, January 25, 2013.
Alexander is survived by his wife, Lenora; son, Alex; daughter, Charlotte; brothers, Art, Felix, Michael, and Bobby; sisters, Eva, Martha, Irene, Delores, and Rachel; and many other relatives.
Jacqueline Cercone
Jacqueline Cercone, 66, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died on Tuesday, January 21, 2013 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born August 20, 1946 in Madison, Wisconsin to Robert and Meta (Peters) Arner.
She enjoyed gardening and reading. She had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area since 1999 after moving from Blue Island, Illinois.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Gregory Cercone, of Bella Vista; one son, Robert Cercone, of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one daughter, Christine Cercone, and her husband, Robert Pfannkuche, of La Grange Park, Illinois; one sister, Melissa Ozturk, and her husband, Hakan, of Alpharetta, Georgia; and two grandchildren.
Robert Grothe
Robert Grothe, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died Monday, January 21, 2013 at Circle of Life Hospice House in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born May 14, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois to James and Clarice (McNabb) Grothe.
He was a Boy Scout leader for 17 years and a member of several RV organizations. He enjoyed playing cards (especially poker), traveling, and camping out in the RV. He loved his card playing buddies weekly activities. He had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for 13 years after moving from Palatine, Illinois.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Audrey Grothe, of the home; three sons, Mark Grothe and Dave Grothe and his wife, Barbara, all of Rolling Meadows, Illinois, and Jeff Grothe and his wife, Pamela, of Camarillo, California; one daughter, Kathy Lobmeyer, of West Jordan, Utah; one sister-in-law, Pat Grothe; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Friday, January 25, 2013 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at his home, 18 Oniell Ln., in Bella Vista. Internment will be at a later date at St. Michael's Cemetery in Palatine, Illinois.
Memorials may be sent to Circle of Life Hospice.
Estelle Boatwright
Estelle Boatwright, 95, of Jasper, Arkansas died Thursday, January 17, 2013 at the Newton County Nursing Home. She was born August 12, 1917 in Pegram, Chetham County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Lela Lillian Harrison and Albert Spates Travis.
She married Riley W. Boatwright in 1940; he died in 1990. Brother "Buck" Travis preceded her in death.
She moved from Nashville, Tennessee to Newton County in May 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Fay Knox, and husband, Dwayne, of Swain. Special thanks to the beyond excellent staff of the Newton County Nursing Home, Jasper United Methodist Church, and Larry and Rose Acton.
Graveside service will be Wednesday, January 23 in Spring Hill Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee.
A Newton County memorial service will at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at the worship service at Jasper United Methodist.
Susan Mitchusson
Susan Clara Mitchusson, 58, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Northwest Medical Center of Benton County in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born October 5, 1954 in Memphis, Tennessee the daughter of Eva Newell and Asa Matlock.
She graduated from West Memphis High School. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a waitress at Smokin’ Joes Restaurant. She had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for about two years after moving from Forrest City, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Susan is survived by two daughters, Ronni Barnett and her husband, Ronny, of Bella Vista and Leigh Ann Mitchusson of Forrest City, Arkansas; one brother, Bobby Simmons of Calico Rock, Arkansas; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be in Forrest City, Arkansas at a later date.
